Also das Hotel ist ja sehr schlecht bewertet worden. Das hat es wirklich nicht verdient. Ich weiß auch wirklich nicht was die Leute erwarten bei dem bisschen Geld was sie da bezahlt haben. Die Anlage ist top gepflegt, jeden Morgen wird der Sand durchgerecht, der Müll wird regelmäßig entsorgt, gefühlt nach jedem Toilettengang wird die Toilette gereinigt. Die öffentlichen Bereiche sind alle sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Zimmer sind alt, und die Sauberkeit ist einfach Ägypten typisch, man kann nicht erwarten dass es wie in Deutschland ist. Aber meine Matratze war sauber, mein Bett wurde immer frisch gemacht, die Spiegel , Toilette und Handtücher wurden immer gewechselt und sauber gemacht. Es wurde auf jeden Fall gesaugt oder gewischt weil wir viel Sand verloren hatten, aber abends dann nichts mehr unter den Füßen hatten. Das Essen ist natürlich nicht wie in Deutschland, sie haben nun mal keinen Käse, die Milch ist dünn , aber sie kochen alles frisch. Ob nun herzhafter Reis mit Zimt dem deutschen Gaumen schmeckt, lasse ich jetzt mal einfach so im Raum stehen. Vieles sehr korianderlastig.... Wenn man sich so ein bisschen durchgefuchst hat weiß man auch was man essen kann und was nicht. Ich leide unter einer Pankreasinsuffizienz und kann keine fertigprodukte vertragen und kein fettiges Essen und auch keinen Zucker, ich konnte dort ganz viele Sachen essen, und ich habe auch keinen Durchfall bekommen und auch meine Kinder nicht. Es war schon okay, und für den Preis super.

Don’t stay here . It takes you ages to get to reception if you are in room 6035. They are under construction so it’s very noisy !!!! It’s dirty with cola bottles and plastic in the ocean. The all inclusive has so many restrictions . The food is disgusting , the FISH HOUSE fish is is inedible . ONG I could go on forever .Dont waste your money . The staff try and bribe you all the time .

Will not recommend it, room had separate beds, bedding old and not properly cleaned, same with the bathtub. Wi-Fi is horrible and even when I paid for extra, it was not good. The food not high quality but can be eaten. However, the facilities are great, pool and beach are fantastic!! So it’s not bad at all but the rooms need a simple upgrade.

Much better than some reviews would have you believe. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Food edible. The only downside are the very small plastic cups used for the drinks- not eco friendly. There are a few sales people trying to get you on trips but you can bargain them down or book yourself online. The Wi-Fi is rubbish almost non existent. Russians are the most prominent group

Spirituosen - Die Kuchen bei der Dessertecke sind oft trocken und schmecken alle gleich Außenanlage: - Poolbereich laut und Umgebung. - linke Seite Strandbereich etwas ruhiger - Korallen sind alle tot, sehr wenig Fische - fast die Hälfte der Strandschirme sind nicht vorhanden - die Außenduschen beim Strandbereich links sind alle defekt - Abends oft laute Musik an der Tribüne. Lovely resort with all facilities. Pleasant staff. Right on the beach. Slight trouble now and then with language, but overall a very good experience.

The worst experience i've ever had. The time i am writing this review is 11th night and i booked 14 nights. Just a little warning, this will be very, very long review explaining my solo traveller experience at the Sunny Days El Palacio hotel. To be clear the reviews from the last year are not relevant at all to this date, i will explain why it is like that, later in the review. So i arrived to the hotel may 2 at 4am. Check- in went good and i got a key. Luggage was taken by service men and delivered to room while explaining where is everything. I come in the room. Sheets were used, towels were black from sand and it was really dirty (didn't care so much, just wanted to sleep for few hours). The safe did not work. In the morning i went to reception and told that i have a problem with the safe and it is not working. Receptionist says he will send someone right away to fix it and i believed him and went to the room to wait for the fix. After 1 hour nobody came. I call reception and after 5 minutes somebody comes and fixes the safe, the battery was dead (notice i had to ask 2 times before anything happened, this is important and i will explain later, why). They changed to the "new" battery but it did low battery alarm straight away. No worries, still working at the 11th night. Look at my pictures attached to the rest of the review.

Das Hotel ist sehr alt , der Zustand ist katastrophal, die Wände schmutzig und böseln ab , das Wc Schwarz innen ,von der Klo Büste nicht zu sprechen , bei uns im Zimmer funktionierte nicht mal das warm Wasserhahn , musst meine Tochter nach dem Meerwasser kalt abduschen , das Bett war benutzt , bevor wir das Zimmer bekommen haben , in den Minibar eine angefangene Wasserflasche im Badezimmer und im Zimmer alles voller Sand … und das war das superior Zimmer was wir NACH 3 anderen Zimmer nehmen mussten, um 4in der Nacht … weil meine Tochter (5) nur noch müde war, nur geweint und nach Hause wollte …. Wir hatten eine Decke die wir für sie von zuhause mitgenommen haben und ein Polster, die haben Wir aufs Bett gelegt um darauf schlafen zu können ….

올인클 리조트인데 전반적으로 맛없는식사 청결하지않은 호텔 내부 시설입니다 다만 가격이 아주 저렴합니다 방키를 1개만 주는데 키를 꼽아야 전기가 들어옵니다 그래서 나갈때 에어컨을 켜놓고나가던가 핸드폰 충전을 한다던가 이런건 불가능합니다 욕조는 있는데 욕조마개가 없고, 12월중순에 이용했는데 쉬고 밥 먹고 근처 쇼핑만했고 춥고 바람이 많이 불어 물놀이는 못했습니다

L’état de la chambre était vraiment à déplorer, chambre très vieille et équipement qui laisse à désirer … vraiment pas propre. Nourriture correcte mais trop de monde, il faut attendre 15 minutes pour avoir une omelette. Belle plage et bon emplacement de l’hôtel.

The first day they gave me aroom key with someone inside then they gave me a wrong type of room after 3 rooms finally given my room, the wash basin water knob was bad but after asking room service it was fixed, at night when my driver came to pick us from hotel he was not allowed to enter the parking lot so we walked out to the gate which was about 300 meters away where the security personnel had bad manners and raised his voice on me too then police men calmed me down and promised to take care of it, next day had a meeting with the manager who apologized and promised that this will not be repeated again but at the next day they gave my driver hard time again. The food was not as good as it was supposed to be according to the hotel rating and was not allowed to take breakfast to my kids in room. Rooms and toilets are not as clean as they have to do

Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Gebäude/Zimmer sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Alle in die Jahre gekommen.

20 jours avant notre arrivée,lorsque par mail l hôtel nous a demandé si on avait besoin de quelques service on a prévenue l hôtel qu on sera la avant l heure de check in 00.50 au lieu de (14:00) on a donc demandé d avoir une chambre un peu plus tôt même avec un petit supplément financier. Lorsque nous sommes arrivé on nous a dit qu il n y avait pas de place libre et qu on devait de dormir dans le hall avec 2 enfants et une femme enceinte,bravo! La personne a la réception m a même dit que c est pas son problème qu on avait pas de chambre plus tôt. Puis d un coup le manager a trouvé une chambre dans l hôtel annexe insalubre pour 3000 livre égyptiens lorsque nous sommes arrivé la bas le prix a augmenté a 4600 livres a la réception car il fallait réserver une chambre triple! après une dispute le prix a baissé a 3550 livres, l odeur dans la chambre sentait le produit pour éliminer la cafard, on a du dormir avec le fenêtre ouvert malgré le fort vent de cette nuit la,aucune humanité, juste profité des touristes pour soutirer le max d argent,triste

Cet hôtel est vraiment super , j’y suis resté 2 semaine, c’était un rêve ! Le personnel est au petit soin et travail d’arrache pied pour rendre votre séjour parfait . Grande dédicace à Mohamed au restaurant merci à lui pour les moments qu’ils nous a permis de passer. Vous pouvez vraiment y allé les yeux fermés. Le seul point négatif de cet hôtel pourrais être dédié au voyageur qui n’on aucun respect pour personne et pour le travail des employés, alors si vous vous rendez la bas faite en sorte d’être éduqué car le gâchis dans le all inclusive dans un pays comme celui ci ne devrait pas être toléré et un bonjour et au revoir au personnel ne devrais pas être une option pour certains.

Prima verblijf gehad hier. Eten is ook best goed te doen hoor. Maak vooral ook gebruik van naastgelegen Sunny days Mirette, daar is het wat rustiger in eetzaal en op het heerlijke strand.

El hotel está muy bonito, tiene acceso a la playa, muy limpia, la comida buffet está muy buena. Me encantó

I really liked my stay here! The staff was wonderful, outside property beautiful, great location, and easy to get around. The only discrepancy was my room when I checked in, every was clean except for the floor, it was a little wet and grimey, so I grabbed one of the extra towels from the bathroom and did a quick mop up of the bedroom floor to dry and clean it up so I could walk around with dry feet. That, and, I fiund out on premise, for non Eastern European visitors, like myself, the main cuisine in the main restaurant was Eastern European, not Egyptian, but the other restaurants with various other cuisines open only for dinner. So I had Eastern European style breakfast and lunch, which was OK, but I was hoping for a more international menu from their main restaurant open for all meals, now I know. Still, 4.5 stay for me, thanks again!

Hébergement catastrophique !! Chambre qui me correspond pas à la photo très sal vieux mobilier. Nourriture catastrophique dans le ALL IN toujours la même chose au buffet ! Nourriture médiocre de très mauvaise qualité ! Décors sublime, magnifique place en revanche l’hôtel est CATASTROPHIQUE les photos des chambres sont très très embellit !

For this price, this hotel is best choice. Staffs are nice. Food is not great. But for the price is good. I will be back again.

I am very sad to say that Sunny Days El Palacio Resort & Spa , was the most unpleasant , awful and disaster stay that we had in our life. I would like to rank out few unacceptable service and experience that we had in this Hotel. INFECTION: 1. One day after the arrival first myself and one day later my wife had a very heavy Intestine poisoning. We had a total watery diarrhea with heavy body ache and weakness. We noticed that during the same days some other families faced the same situation. It was not a subject that we could prove with laboratorial research results. 2. When we have shared this horrible situation with the Food and Beverage management, they were apologizing in a manner like it’s a very normal situation. Just showing a fake interest and protecting themselves just with one word “we are sorry “ 3. During this period they were showing a deep regret but when we asked them from the morning to boil us potatoes for the dinner, they forgot and apologies by
