Hôtel de très grande capacité, avec ses inconvénients, surtout l'ambiance bruyante (piscines, et restaurants). Dommage également que la plage de l'hôtel ne soit plus accessible au delà de18h30 (idem pour les piscines). Ça reste un Hilton, donc propreté nickel, personnel au top et grande variété des plats au resto principal ; les autres restos sont assez limités et j'en ai été déçu. J'ai bien aimé la "tante bébouine" sur la pelouse, aussi bien pour prendre un temps relax (thés, chichas, ...) que pour des achats de produits locaux.

The Hotel on the whole was fine. The life Guards at the main pool were great especially Kamal. They were always making sure you were ok and kept the pool area clean and tidy. The food was varied and looked good. I stuck to basics due to health reasons so I can’t vouch for most of it. I had a room on the second floor with a terrace. Rm 267. The shower leaked as the door didn’t quite close properly and the ironing board had a piece broken of it. I reported this to reception on check out. They asked why not before hand and to be honest it didn’t make or break my stay. All staff were all very friendly and helpful. A couple of downsides. 1. The music by the pool was repeated over and over and at times was far too loud. The animation team needs to learn to read their audience. 2. The poor guy at the pool bar needs help. They need 2 people. The hotel really seems to care what their patrons think. Whether they act on any constructive criticisim is up to them. If I got the chance I would return tho.

We did not get the inclusive option and did not feel a loss as the hotel has 3 a la carte restaurants that are very good and we are not drinkers. We did not leave the hotel grounds. December is a little chilly but during the day it was nice to soak up some sun and the kids played in the heated pool. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We were happy we had a balcony

Big resort hotel with 3+ swimming pools and beach area - beach area is a bay so good for swimming. Food was plentiful in buffet breakfast and dinner - i prefer a more boutique hotel than this mass package holiday tourism.

Safe haven in HURGHADA. Lovely beach and pools. Staff mostly helpful, a couple (waiter at beach and main inside bar) are too familiar or rude eg. mimicked my accent which I didn’t find amusing after the upteenth time. Security, front desk, cleaning, gardening and Wok staff very professional. Omelette maker very grumpy which spoilt breakfast experience. Food is great quality and choice. One swimming pool is always in shade which is a shame as are the expectant crows at the beach after food. Pool bar staff and lifeguards very helpful. Animation team only interested in local tourists so don’t really interact with others and still make a noise at pool when nobody is doing the planned activity. Cocktails are hit and miss but beer is good as is the mint green tea. Excursions enjoyable but the beauty service was so pushy and disorganized, they really upset me and didn’t want to return for other treatments or spa which spoilt that aspect of my trip. All in all an enjoyable stay, excluding the beauty service which should be more honest about their services/staff competence and dishonest pricing.

Very nice place. Food was excellent and variety was great. Very nice staff and many employees to help out with any need we had. Property is in great shape and one of the things we liked to was that the marina was in the same hotel so if was so convenient to take a day tour to do snorkeling and get back and be just a few steps away from your hotel. I would definitely recommend this property for everyone including families with kids, friends or couples.

Hotel grande , padrão resort. Quartos muito espaçosos e equipados. Wi-Fi um pouco lenta. Academia no térreo e variedade de piscinas e com serviço de praia. Café da manhã muito completo , estilo buffet. Jantar tb em modo buffet, um pouco confuso. Serviço de quarto competente e de preços justos. Sauna é extra e custa caro. Muitos vendedores insistentes. Passam do ponto .

The staff in the dining room were great, very attentive and professional, nothing was too much trouble for them. Housekeeping was also great, my room was always beautifully cleaned and the water and coffe/tea stocked up. The food choices in the dining room were boring and repetitive. The bread was always dry and the hot dishes were luke warm. One of the pools was closed for renovation but my room was far enough away so wasn’t disturbed however there was construction work on a building opposite my balcony (don’t know if it’s part of the hotel) which was loud all day, that was quite irritating. The staff at the beach were always happy to set up my beach lounger and made sure I had everything I needed for the day. Don’t know how old the hotel is but it looks and feels tired. The staff really made my stay a good one.

Lots of services are not given compared to the info sheet received at check in or while booking. Room received 1:30 after check in time. No beach towel cards received the first day due to shortage. No staff at the bar from adult only swimming pool. Poor cleanliness in the main restaurant. Tables are dirty. Tables are never set. Too few glasses for wines. Too few napkins. Staff tries their best but have limited resources. Wouldn’t recommend nor come back.

Nice location at beach. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, bathroom was nice. Air conditioning wasn’t very effective-didn’t cool effectively. We did the all inclusive dining, there was a large variety, we liked the personalized egg station best. Food was kind of bland. We were all disappointed with the dessert options , I would recommend a few crowd pleasers- creme brulee? Tiramisu- maybe an ice cream sundae station for dinner? They need to clean tables between diners better- lots of crumbs everywhere. Need to be better at maintaining their coffee machines- often wasn’t working well. Staff are ok, could be friendlier- we all liked our cleaner on the 6th floor- hameedi - we had booked 7 rooms for our group. Also, more family entertainment would be nice - All in all we had a great time and facilities were good- I would give 4 stars overall.

The hotel itself is relatively ok with nice swimming pools, beach front and decent breakfast. However, the rooms are somewhat outdated. The decorating needs improvement, as well as the bathrooms. For example, the shower door leaked, so the whole floor was flooded every time we had a shower. Next, upon my arrival, the toilet was not perfectly cleaned, so I asked for someone to intervene, but no-one showed up! Unacceptable ! Furthermore, if you ask for towels through their QR code application, no-one will serve you. So, what's the use? In my opinion, even the staff at the reception do not deliver service, they just take the clients' payments, and that's it! This particular Hilton doesn't live up to its name!

All are good including the beautiful sea view, delicious breakfast and food in restaurants. ONLY one thing, water leaking from the shower area to the toilet floor, even after repair work, still could not fit it.

We did not get the inclusive option and did not feel a loss as the hotel has 3 a la carte restaurants that are very good and we are not drinkers. We did not leave the hotel grounds. December is a little chilly but during the day it was nice to soak up some sun and the kids played in the heated pool. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We were happy we had a balcony

The hotel is a large resort with three pools and beach area. Very clean rooms. AC worked well. Two pillow choices which I appreciated. Mini fridge in room is nice to keep water cool. Loud music at one pool, which I don’t like, but the other adult pool is calm and quieter. Nice kids pool area. Buffet breakfast was a huge selection. Very nice. Close to walk to mall (across street), restaurants and stores. Safe at night.

Lovely hotel, not quite up to usual Hilton standard. We’ve stayed in Hiltons all over the world and can usually count on them for excellent service and surroundings. This one is lovely but because it’s an all inclusive holiday resort the communal areas, particularly the buffet restaurant, are crowded and messy. The food choices are mass produced and quite limited. Only the buffet restaurant and pool, beach and lobby bars are included in the all inclusive. Long queues at check in as bus loads of people arrive. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable, the bathroom has small areas of rust etc though. You will have a lovely time here, just if you are used to top notch Hilton hotels, lower your expectations a little.

Our stay at Hilton Plaza had its highlights but also some drawbacks. The Good: Friendly Staff: Most of the staff were kind and welcoming, making us feel comfortable during our stay. Beautiful Property: The grounds are stunning, with well-maintained gardens, two pools, several bars, and a gorgeous beach. The atmosphere felt safe and relaxing. The hotel itself is relatively ok with nice swimming pools, beach front and decent breakfast. However, the rooms are somewhat outdated. The decorating needs improvement, as well as the bathrooms. For example, the shower door leaked, so the whole floor was flooded every time we had a shower. Next, upon my arrival, the toilet was not perfectly cleaned, so I asked for someone to intervene, but no-one showed up! Unacceptable ! Furthermore, if you ask for towels through their QR code application, no-one will serve you. So, what's the use? In my opinion, even the staff at the reception do not deliver service, they just take the clients' payments, and that's it! This particular Hilton doesn't live up to its name!

The staff and service was next to none. I have been to many resort with all inclusive and half board service. This one by far tops them all. The food was so rich with incredible variety. Never at the same thing twice during this week. Staff were amazing. I have never really seen such attention to details. Location is certainly the best I have been to so far. Restaurant staff and managers went above and beyond their duties to make our stay a very memorable one.

Safe haven in HURGHADA. Lovely beach and pools. Staff mostly helpful, a couple (waiter at beach and main inside bar) are too familiar or rude eg. mimicked my accent which I didn’t find amusing after the upteenth time. Security, front desk, cleaning, gardening and Wok staff very professional. Omelette maker very grumpy which spoilt breakfast experience. Food is great quality and choice. One swimming pool is always in shade which is a shame as are the expectant crows at the beach after food. Pool bar staff and lifeguards very helpful. Animation team only interested in local tourists so don’t really interact with others and still make a noise at pool when nobody is doing the planned activity. Cocktails are hit and miss but beer is good as is the mint green tea. Excursions enjoyable but the beauty service was so pushy and disorganized, they really upset me and didn’t want to return for other treatments or spa which spoilt that aspect of my trip. All in all an enjoyable stay, excluding the beauty service which should be more honest about their services/staff competence and dishonest pricing.

Property is good, clean. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Check in was one of the worst I have ever experienced anywhere. It took almost an hour for no particular reason. It wasn't even that busy. They just don't seem to know how to work efficiently. Check out was slightly better. Similarly, food service in the main bar off the lobby is brutally slow. Ate lunch there twice and took 1 hour for 2 salads and a burger. We also ate at Lophelia and the Turkish restaurant. Service was better but chaotic. 5 people can barely handle 10 tables. Someone from Hilton needs to fly in to show them how to run things efficiently.

My wife and I booked a superior room. Unfortunately when we entered our room, it was not a superior-like room. We were very disappointed. I immediately went downstairs and asked if we could me moved to a room with a better view. I was told to check back the next day as there was no availability. Hotels.com emailed me asking me about how my check in experience was and I was honest. Within 2 hours I received a call from a manager saying she had read my review and wanted to make things right. She gave me a room on the 8th floor with a very nice view. I appreciated that she was able to make things right. The rest of our experience was great. Hilton’s security staff there is excellent and the property is very well kept. There is a good variety of restaurants and a lot of things to do. There’s a little bit of everything for everybody.

Fabulous hotel! Beautiful groomed grounds. Unbelievable buffet breakfast with so many options to choose from. Fresh strawberry juice is so tasty - just puréed fresh strawberries. Also fresh orange and guava juice. Boats are right there to take snorkeling trip. Very reasonable prices. Everyone working there is very professional. Right next to a cute small mall with a grocery store and great shopping for Egyptian goods. Bought leather jackets from Fratelli and cute seperate from Ms Venus. Fixed pricing in mall

Great resort type hotel in Hurghada. Not much aroung the hotel but thats the same as most hotels. As someone that likes to go out and eat I choose not go to All-Inclusive. Which was just a pain in the @£$! everyime you want a drink you have to wait around while they print the receipt, staple it and sign every individual drink to the room. You can't run a tab and pay at the end so I just stopped drinking anything there - Wasn't worth the hassel. Breakfast was well stocked and had a lot of options (no pork though) so B&B worked out well apart from the issue with having to sign for everything.

The view and just seeing the Red Sea was incredible. Superior rooms are spacious and worth staying in. Food wise, ok. Check out the Turkish restaurant as otherwise catered to the Russian/English visitors as just bland. Probably worth paying extra for all inclusive as prices high. Some areas really great, others a bit run down and needing an upgrade. New covering on sunloungers could be a start. Staff hit and miss, some exceptional and others just ignore you.

Bon séjour cependant beaucoup de choses n’allaient pas pour un « 5 étoiles » premièrement ils ne parlent pas Français à l’accueil. Deuxièmement nous avons eu une chambre avec balcon avec vue sur la piscine, belle chambre et belle vue au premier abord sauf que très mal insonorisé pour un 5 étoiles, nous étions réveillée chaque matins par leur musique, le soir également difficulté à s’endormir car musique forte jusqu’à 22h30/23h. Au niveau du buffet c’est non variable très souvent les mêmes plats. Et le service est à revoir, ils nous débarrassent assiettes pleines sans même nous demander si on a le malheur de partir se resservir, ensuite couverts et serviettes manquantes parfois sur les tables. Nous avons également pas le droit de manger le petit déj dans les chambres en ramenant de la nourriture du self. Sinon bien situé en face d’un centre commercial et assez proche du centre ville.

All inclusive is really not worth it, food buffet very limited variety, poor quality. Not up to 5 stars. Cheese behind a glass someone standing to give you the pieces to limit you taking, mainly chicken and fish very limited meat. Oriental night buffet was very good though. They should distribute theses variety over different nights. Limited pool time. Limited ice cream bar time. Limited everything!

Lovely hotel, not quite up to usual Hilton standard. We’ve stayed in Hiltons all over the world and can usually count on them for excellent service and surroundings. This one is lovely but because it’s an all inclusive holiday resort the communal areas, particularly the buffet restaurant, are crowded and messy. The food choices are mass produced and quite limited. Only the buffet restaurant and pool, beach and lobby bars are included in the all inclusive. Long queues at check in as bus loads of people arrive. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable, the bathroom has small areas of rust etc though. You will have a lovely time here, just if you are used to top notch Hilton hotels, lower your expectations a little.

Nice location at beach. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, bathroom was nice. Air conditioning wasn’t very effective-didn’t cool effectively. We did the all inclusive dining, there was a large variety, we liked the personalized egg station best. Food was kind of bland. We were all disappointed with the dessert options , I would recommend a few crowd pleasers- creme brulee? Tiramisu- maybe an ice cream sundae station for dinner? They need to clean tables between diners better- lots of crumbs everywhere. Need to be better at maintaining their coffee machines- often wasn’t working well. Staff are ok, could be friendlier- we all liked our cleaner on the 6th floor- hameedi - we had booked 7 rooms for our group. Also, more family entertainment would be nice - All in all we had a great time and facilities were good- I would give 4 stars overall.

There should be a greater variety of cocktails and other drinks to choose from, and it would be nicer if there were more cultural food options available. Otherwise, everything was wonderful, and we will definitely come back and recommend it to others.

Hotel grande , padrão resort. Quartos muito espaçosos e equipados. Wi-Fi um pouco lenta. Academia no térreo e variedade de piscinas e com serviço de praia. Café da manhã muito completo , estilo buffet. Jantar tb em modo buffet, um pouco confuso. Serviço de quarto competente e de preços justos. Sauna é extra e custa caro. Muitos vendedores insistentes. Passam do ponto .

Var litt dårlig renhold på hotellrommet, bordene i restauranten og tallerkenene. Burde være rent da det er et 5 stjerners hotell. Jeg ville nok sagt 4stjernes heller. Ellers var servicen veldig bra. Vi trivdes best på stranda istedfor bassenget. Oppholdet var veldig bra generellt.

Rummet var mycket bra men fin utsikt. Mycket personal som är serviceminded och vet vad dom gör. Aldrig mycket väntetid. Frukosten bra. Av restaurangerna var Asia inte så bra. Fiskretaurangen Lophelia var toppnivå med kocken Mohamed Salah som gjorde perfekt lagade fiskrätter. Dagensfångst var alltid intressant och perfekt lagad. Kombinerat med servitören Mohamed Sobhy blev det toppnivå.

Very nice hotel right on the water with stunning views. Beach was nice, food in restaurants was excellent, hotel was nice and clean. Only thing I didn’t enjoy was the pool as it really wasn’t anything special for this type of hotel and in order to enjoy the snorkeling you had to leave the hotel on an organized and paid trip. I would have enjoyed being able to snorkel right from the hotel beach
