The resort is beautiful, just like the pictures. Rooms are lovely and all have a boho vibe down to whether you can opt to wash towels/bedding to be more eco friendly. We didn’t have a bad meal, all the restaurants are great and the daily buffet whilst largely the same also had lots of new additions! Everything you need on site, loadsof excursions and activities to entertain but you can go off to quieter areas or put up a red flag if you don’t want to be disturbed all day

Instalações novíssima, todos os funcionários educados com altíssimo nível de serviço, comida saborosa e com muita variedade, agenda de entretenimentos e atividades no hotel com bastante opções, tobogã maravilhoso, praia privativa com muitas espreguiçadeiras, estrutura do hotel impecável. Hotel próximo do aeroporto. Toda minha estadia foi muito agradável.

Nous avons apprécié la bienveillance du personnel et l’architecture de l’hôtel en bord de mer avec 3 plages privées. Un grand choix de nourriture et de restaurants de très bonne qualité. Chambre aux finitions imparfaites et à la literie perfectible. Séjour agréable pour un couple qui souhaite faire la fête car l’hôtel est très animé en soirée.

Die Hotelanlage war riesengroß, es gab trotz der vielen Besucher keine großen Menschenansammlungen und es hat sich alles sehr schön verteilt. Am Strand hat man immer eine Liege bekommen, der Service dort war 1A. Selbst unaufgefordert, wurde man bedient. Der Merakilous Room war sehr schön und toll eingerichtet - lediglich etwas dunkel. Der Roomservice war auch einwandfrei - jeden Tag ein neuen Handtuchtier auf dem Bett :) Das Essen war vielfältig und auch die Themenrestaurants sehr lecker. Das Meeresfrüchte-Restaurant und der Vibe-Club sind kostenpflichtig.

Soft Getränke sind rund um die Uhr erhältlich, alkoholische Getränke werden bis 0 Uhr kostenfrei ausgeschenkt, danach muss man dafür zahlen. Zudem gibt es jeden Abend Programm, welches immer aus einer kleinen Show sowie einer Party im Anschluss besteht. Die Location wechselt jeden Abend und findet dann immer an unterschiedlichen Orten in der Anlage statt. Ein sehr schönes, stilvoll eingerichtetes und sauberes Hotel. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können das Hotel daher uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Der Service und die Mitarbeiter waren top. Das Essen war sehr lecker, es gab jeden Tag sehr viel Auswahl. Es gab mehrere Beach Bereiche und zwei Pools, was wir klasse fanden. Man musste nicht um freie Liegen kämpfen. Super Hotel, wir hatten nichts auszusetzen, daher absolut empfehlenswert.

AMAZING PLACE! NO KIDS EVEN BETTER. IT WAS MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME. I LOVED THE ATMOSPHERE. MUSIC PLAYING & THE BEACH ACCESS IS AMAZING ALONG WITH THE POOL. THE SPA IS AMAZING!!! ALSO LOVED BREAKFAST. FRESH SQUEEZED ORANGE JUICE!

L’hôtel est très bien, on est vraiment chouchoutter. Les seules points négatif: être tout le temps dérangé au bord de la piscine par ceux qui propose des massages, coiffeurs safaris,…. Et les animations hyper décevantes ont à arrêter d’y aller car c’était toujours nul même la soirée payante

Ein tolles Hotel mit eigenen Stränden und sehr sehr schöner Hotelanlage. Besonders gut hat uns das Beduinenzelt gefallen. Das Hotelpersonal war immer sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war perfekt, sauber und alles neu renoviert. Das Essen war geschmacklich gut, aber die Qualität der Speisen war nicht wirklich toll.

Sehr freundlicher und guter Service. Extrem sauber! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wahnsinnig schöner Strand! Der Partylärm war nachts teilweise sehr störend. Das Zimmer war von allen Gästen, die vorbeigehen einsehbar, sodass wir immer die Vorhänge schließen mussten.

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und sehr aufmerksam, die Anlage und Zimmer waren sehr sauber, das Essen wurde in großen Mengen und viel Umfang angeboten und es war sehr gut. Sie werden uns bestimmt wieder als Gäste begrüßen dürfen.

Wir waren 1 Woche Anfang November vor Ort. Die Lage und Vielseitigkeit vom Hotel ist super. Was am meisten überrascht hat war das wirklich seeeehr gute Essen. Die Zimmer haben eine schöne Grösse und das Reinigungspersonal macht den besten Job ever!!! Leider sind aber die Matratzen sowas von durch gelegen und keimig (fleckig) das es einen graust. Für ein Hotel der Kategorie sollten solche Matratzen absolut nicht vorkommen und auch fehlende richtig dicke und gute Topper würden einen Rückenschmerzen ersparen. Was wirklich sehr schade war, ist das wir RUHIGE Zimmer gebucht hatten und Zimmer erhalten haben die komplett im Getümmel waren und man dadurch nicht vor 1 Uhr nachts (solange wird die Musik lautstark gespielt) schlafen konnten. Zur Ruhe und zum erholen kamen wir dadurch wirklich nie. Die Massagen sind super, ABER das die Massageräume direkt unterm Pool sind der mit Musik nur so beschallt wird und diese auch unten während der eigentlichen entspannten Massage zu hören ist und die Entspannung dadurch nicht eintritt bleibt ausser Frage und war wirklich zum kotzen... Gibt man den Leuten nicht direkt Trinkgeld kommen Schnippchen Reaktionen wie ein verzehrtes Gesicht oder ein "tzzzzzzz", was einen wirklich den Rest gibt. Mit Englisch kommt nicht wirklich weit, weil das Personal ihre standardfragen hat und gibt man abweichende Antworten sind die meisten komplett überfordert. Wir haben zb täglich Getränke bestellt aber nie das bekommen, was wir bestellt haben.

This was by far the worst resort I’ve ever stayed in, don’t get fooled by the pics, the hotel is dated and really run down. Our first room had a dirty floor, paint was falling off the walls bathroom door was flimsy and rubber was falling off. I asked to be switched after a long back and forth they switched me to a room on the third floor (no elevators) that same day the bathroom got flooded due to a clogged drain we had sewer water all over our floor. They cleaned it and apologized then the next night the air conditioner was making crazy rattling noise and leaked a ton of water all over my clothes which made me furious as I kept calling the reception but they took forever to send someone. We had to be switched again. This place was a total nightmare, the staff isn’t accommodating at all especially the front desk staff. Lastly the staff blasts quraan very loud in the morning which kept waking me up with no consideration to the sleeping guests

The resort looks great and offers a lot: beach, pools, variety of restaurants and entertainment. We stayed at standard room which was big but the bathroom needs updating really …but couldn’t fault our daily cleaning service at all! The service was also great.

Beautiful property in the middle of Hurghada. I would definitely return and stay here. There was plenty of shops, as well as a waterslide that I was unaware of prior to arriving, which even more increased my respect for this hotel, beautiful lobby, which I took several videos and pictures of. Only things I would recommend changing is the food selection did not seem fresh at the Asian restaurant and the food was overpriced at the seafood restaurant so I would avoid both. I actually got sick from the Asian restaurant towards the end of the trip and my stomach is still recovering a week later The food was the best at the Greek restaurant and Egyptian restaurant. I would just recommend getting the grill option at the Egyptian restaurant the only other thing other place that we really love was the pizza place and the burger spot was really good. Didn’t get a chance to try the noodle spot. The main dining was decent however, the food just all tastes the same so after a couple of days you just wanted something different. The property itself was very well maintained and taken care of the rooms were beautiful and well taken care of and the service was phenomenal. Definitely a hard-working crew here and I would highly recommend staying here if you ever do visit this city thank you so much for our time

Hi there, i stayed at Meraki Resort on 19th November 2023. Stayed at room 2101,we originally booked a kingsize bed room but they gave us two single bed which ruined my anniversary, but they did give us a kingsize room 4101 the next day next to a very noisy room. The internet keeps turning off every 2min we had to call the reception for wifi password and the food was extremely poor lack of food option and the food gave my partner diarrhoea which i had to go pharmacy and get medication. If your planning to stay in Hurghada stay at Mercure hotel its better atmosphere, nice environment, good entertainment and food is amazing. Meraki resort is very poor and its not a 5 star hotel. I would say its a 3 star and thats me being kind. Stay away from Meraki resort, they dont allow you to bring food from outside and their food will give you food poisoning. Bonjour, la chambre qui nous avions réservé avec vu sur la mer ne nous avait pas attribué nous avions une chambre sombre donnant sur les chambres d’en face remplie de corbeaux !!! Je suis allé à la réception demander pour que l’on m’attribue ce dont j’avais réservé apparemment il n’en avait pas d’autres je suis partie fâché et j’ai immédiatement appelé expédia qui a fait le nécessaire et nous avons eu nôtre chambre le lendemain, cela m’a quand même coûté la somme de 70€ de téléphone pour obtenir mes droits. Par contre il y’a beaucoup de démarchage sur la plage pour le spa et salon de beauté qui coûte extrêmement cher des voleurs. Le spa est très médiocre clauque les massages fait avec une huile horrible mais les employées qui y travaillent a l’intérieur très gentilles et ne sont pas responsables des produits utilisés, quand au salon de beauté idem, des produits non adaptés qui ne tiennent pas ( manque de matériel) et pas formé, malgré deux passage épilation pas au top vernis à ongles qui ne tiens pas !!! Pour un 4* ça ne l’es vaut pas je dirais 3* nourriture répétitive genre cafétéria café imbuvable vins de cubis imbuvable cocktail aussi. Mis à part l’infrastructure qui est belle le reste laisse indesiré. Je n’y retournerai pas et ne le recommande pas à fuir trop chère pour ce que c’est dommage et regrettable. Merci à la personne qui c’est occupé de nous et à réagi très vite pour nôtre chambre ainsi que nôtre taxi payé plus de 80€ pour un mini van privé avons eu une épave.

Sehr freundlicher und guter Service. Extrem sauber! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wahnsinnig schöner Strand! Der Partylärm war nachts teilweise sehr störend. Das Zimmer war von allen Gästen, die vorbeigehen einsehbar, sodass wir immer die Vorhänge schließen mussten.

This is a party hotel! Just have to stay that first if all, as me and my girlfriend went there not knowing and until 1am every night there is loads music blarring which can be heard all around the resort The place is amazing, so clean and the staff are fantastic! The food is amazing, all the restaurants were stunning, the beaches nearby are beautiful - cant say enough have amazing the place is, just the music pumping to the early hours was the bad bit for us, we did a couple of trips to Cairo and Luxor both of which are 3/4am pick ups, so not getting to sleep until 1am was a big issue for us, we did ask to move which we paid for an upgrade to a room on the top floor further away which did help with the bass shaking the room but music can still be heard

Nous avons apprécié la bienveillance du personnel et l’architecture de l’hôtel en bord de mer avec 3 plages privées. Un grand choix de nourriture et de restaurants de très bonne qualité. Chambre aux finitions imparfaites et à la literie perfectible. Séjour agréable pour un couple qui souhaite faire la fête car l’hôtel est très animé en soirée.

Die Hotelanlage war riesengroß, es gab trotz der vielen Besucher keine großen Menschenansammlungen und es hat sich alles sehr schön verteilt. Am Strand hat man immer eine Liege bekommen, der Service dort war 1A. Selbst unaufgefordert, wurde man bedient. Der Merakilous Room war sehr schön und toll eingerichtet - lediglich etwas dunkel. Der Roomservice war auch einwandfrei - jeden Tag ein neuen Handtuchtier auf dem Bett :) Das Essen war vielfältig und auch die Themenrestaurants sehr lecker. Das Meeresfrüchte-Restaurant und der Vibe-Club sind kostenpflichtig.

Wir waren 1 Woche Anfang November vor Ort. Die Lage und Vielseitigkeit vom Hotel ist super. Was am meisten überrascht hat war das wirklich seeeehr gute Essen. Die Zimmer haben eine schöne Grösse und das Reinigungspersonal macht den besten Job ever!!! Leider sind aber die Matratzen sowas von durch gelegen und keimig (fleckig) das es einen graust. Für ein Hotel der Kategorie sollten solche Matratzen absolut nicht vorkommen und auch fehlende richtig dicke und gute Topper würden einen Rückenschmerzen ersparen. Was wirklich sehr schade war, ist das wir RUHIGE Zimmer gebucht hatten und Zimmer erhalten haben die komplett im Getümmel waren und man dadurch nicht vor 1 Uhr nachts (solange wird die Musik lautstark gespielt) schlafen konnten. Zur Ruhe und zum erholen kamen wir dadurch wirklich nie. Die Massagen sind super, ABER das die Massageräume direkt unterm Pool sind der mit Musik nur so beschallt wird und diese auch unten während der eigentlichen entspannten Massage zu hören ist und die Entspannung dadurch nicht eintritt bleibt ausser Frage und war wirklich zum kotzen... Gibt man den Leuten nicht direkt Trinkgeld kommen Schnippchen Reaktionen wie ein verzehrtes Gesicht oder ein "tzzzzzzz", was einen wirklich den Rest gibt. Mit Englisch kommt nicht wirklich weit, weil das Personal ihre standardfragen hat und gibt man abweichende Antworten sind die meisten komplett überfordert. Wir haben zb täglich Getränke bestellt aber nie das bekommen, was wir bestellt haben.

The resort was lovely and staff were lovely however when we arrived we got told that they didn’t have our room as it was fully booked… so we had to stay in a cheaper room than we booked and didn’t get our original room until the following day at 2pm. And they are yet to give us the money back even for the difference of price in rooms

Als Gesamtpaket eine sehr schöne Anlage. Bei den Getränke Personal besonders bei den Partys abends wurde man immer schief angesehen, Frauen wurden eher bevorzugt.

Stayed at the Meraki for one night, was unable to eat in any of the restaurants (half were closed) and their system requires you to make a reservation with your room number but on arrival and on your last day you not registered in the system and therefore can’t make any reservations. The staff were utterly useless and provided zero information on check in about how the hotel works, and zero help when trying to make a reservation as they would simply blame the system and say there was nothing they could do, Hotel plays loud music until 1am in the morning which can be heard in the rooms and the service from the bars is very limited they have no attentive servers. I would never stay here again and I would recommend it to nobody there are many resorts in Hurghada and you shouldn’t have to suffer through this one.

Alles perfekt,alles sauber essen gut.Bis wir beim Check out eine Summe bezahlen mussten von der nie besprochen wurde. Schade dass manch einer Versucht dort die Gäste anlügen und betrügen zu müssen.

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und sehr aufmerksam, die Anlage und Zimmer waren sehr sauber, das Essen wurde in großen Mengen und viel Umfang angeboten und es war sehr gut. Sie werden uns bestimmt wieder als Gäste begrüßen dürfen.

Wij hadden een heerlijke tijd. Meteen bij aankomst vriendelijk ontvangen en dat werd heel de vakantie doorgezet. Heel vriendelijk personeel, niets was teveel Leuke animatoren, heel lekker eten en erg fijn dat de meeste restaurants inbegrepen waren. Ook als je rust wou prima. Zalig een weekje genieten

Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt und wird ständig instandgehalten. Die Mitarbeiter sind top organisiert und jeder weiß was er zu tun hat. Man hat das Gefühl das hier die Abläufe wirklich stimmen. Die Essensauswahl ist reichlich, hier sollte wirklich jeder etwas finden. Soft Getränke sind rund um die Uhr erhältlich, alkoholische Getränke werden bis 0 Uhr kostenfrei ausgeschenkt, danach muss man dafür zahlen. Zudem gibt es jeden Abend Programm, welches immer aus einer kleinen Show sowie einer Party im Anschluss besteht. Die Location wechselt jeden Abend und findet dann immer an unterschiedlichen Orten in der Anlage statt. Mein Highlight waren aber definitiv die Mitarbeiter, die einem wirklich immer mit großer Freude und Höflichkeit begegnen.

Als Adult Hotel zwar keine Kinder am Buffet und Strand dafür aber jeden Abend so laute Musik und Bässe das die Terrassentüren klappern und immer bis mindestens 1 Uhr Nachts. Mittags am Ruhe Strand auf einmal eine Party mit lauter Musik das man die Liegen verlassen musste und das nicht nur einmal . Bei der Buchung extra auf ruhige Zimmer hingewiesen und nichts passiert . Beim Check In nur Chaos und alles falsch gemacht das man noch weitere dreimal hin musste . Essen war soweit echt gut am Buffet .

Very friendly, great staff. Food good quality and variety. Rooms clean and well appointed. Fully inclusive so have what you want when you want. For snacks would recommend the pizza and burgers- all freshly made. For the younger at heart, plenty to entertain you.

The resort is beautiful, just like the pictures. Rooms are lovely and all have a boho vibe down to whether you can opt to wash towels/bedding to be more eco friendly. We didn’t have a bad meal, all the restaurants are great and the daily buffet whilst largely the same also had lots of new additions! Everything you need on site, loadsof excursions and activities to entertain but you can go off to quieter areas or put up a red flag if you don’t want to be disturbed all day

This is a party hotel! Just have to stay that first if all, as me and my girlfriend went there not knowing and until 1am every night there is loads music blarring which can be heard all around the resort The place is amazing, so clean and the staff are fantastic! The food is amazing, all the restaurants were stunning, the beaches nearby are beautiful - cant say enough have amazing the place is, just the music pumping to the early hours was the bad bit for us, we did a couple of trips to Cairo and Luxor both of which are 3/4am pick ups, so not getting to sleep until 1am was a big issue for us, we did ask to move which we paid for an upgrade to a room on the top floor further away which did help with the bass shaking the room but music can still be heard

I enjoyed every single inch of the property including the calmness, peace, and the hospitality. I cant find one thing i did not like about my stay at the hotel. In addition, i appreciated that it was safe to walk to the pharmacy located outside of the hotel. Thank ypu for such an amazing experience!

Ein sehr schönes, stilvoll eingerichtetes und sauberes Hotel. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können das Hotel daher uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Der Service und die Mitarbeiter waren top. Das Essen war sehr lecker, es gab jeden Tag sehr viel Auswahl. Es gab mehrere Beach Bereiche und zwei Pools, was wir klasse fanden. Man musste nicht um freie Liegen kämpfen. Beautiful property in the middle of Hurghada. I would definitely return and stay here. There was plenty of shops, as well as a waterslide that I was unaware of prior to arriving, which even more increased my respect for this hotel, beautiful lobby, which I took several videos and pictures of. Only things I would recommend changing is the food selection did not seem fresh at the Asian restaurant and the food was overpriced at the seafood restaurant so I would avoid both. I actually got sick from the Asian restaurant towards the end of the trip and my stomach is still recovering a week later The food was the best at the Greek restaurant and Egyptian restaurant. I would just recommend getting the grill option at the Egyptian restaurant the only other thing other place that we really love was the pizza place and the burger spot was really good. Didn’t get a chance to try the noodle spot. The main dining was decent however, the food just all tastes the same so after a couple of days you just wanted something different. The property itself was very well maintained and taken care of the rooms were beautiful and well taken care of and the service was phenomenal. Definitely a hard-working crew here and I would highly recommend staying here if you ever do visit this city thank you so much for our time

Hi there, i stayed at Meraki Resort on 19th November 2023. Stayed at room 2101,we originally booked a kingsize bed room but they gave us two single bed which ruined my anniversary, but they did give us a kingsize room 4101 the next day next to a very noisy room. The internet keeps turning off every 2min we had to call the reception for wifi password and the food was extremely poor lack of food option and the food gave my partner diarrhoea which i had to go pharmacy and get medication. If your planning to stay in Hurghada stay at Mercure hotel its better atmosphere, nice environment, good entertainment and food is amazing. Meraki resort is very poor and its not a 5 star hotel. I would say its a 3 star and thats me being kind. Stay away from Meraki resort, they dont allow you to bring food from outside and their food will give you food poisoning. Die Hotelanlage war riesengroß, es gab trotz der vielen Besucher keine großen Menschenansammlungen und es hat sich alles sehr schön verteilt. Am Strand hat man immer eine Liege bekommen, der Service dort war 1A. Selbst unaufgefordert, wurde man bedient. Der Merakilous Room war sehr schön und toll eingerichtet - lediglich etwas dunkel. Der Roomservice war auch einwandfrei - jeden Tag ein neuen Handtuchtier auf dem Bett :) Das Essen war vielfältig und auch die Themenrestaurants sehr lecker. Das Meeresfrüchte-Restaurant und der Vibe-Club sind kostenpflichtig.

Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt und wird ständig instandgehalten. Die Mitarbeiter sind top organisiert und jeder weiß was er zu tun hat. Man hat das Gefühl das hier die Abläufe wirklich stimmen. Die Essensauswahl ist reichlich, hier sollte wirklich jeder etwas finden. Soft Getränke sind rund um die Uhr erhältlich, alkoholische Getränke werden bis 0 Uhr kostenfrei ausgeschenkt, danach muss man dafür zahlen. Zudem gibt es jeden Abend Programm, welches immer aus einer kleinen Show sowie einer Party im Anschluss besteht. Die Location wechselt jeden Abend und findet dann immer an unterschiedlichen Orten in der Anlage statt. Mein Highlight waren aber definitiv die Mitarbeiter, die einem wirklich immer mit großer Freude und Höflichkeit begegnen.

AMAZING PLACE! NO KIDS EVEN BETTER. IT WAS MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME. I LOVED THE ATMOSPHERE. MUSIC PLAYING & THE BEACH ACCESS IS AMAZING ALONG WITH THE POOL. THE SPA IS AMAZING!!! ALSO LOVED BREAKFAST. FRESH SQUEEZED ORANGE JUICE!

The review would be 5 stars but the entertainment stuff were too aggressive & wouldn’t leave you alone if you weren’t interested in what they were trying to sell. One tried to scam €150 from us. We took a card for a boat party just to get rid out him & the next day he claimed by taking the card we’d agreed to the party & had to pay. We refused & he got aggressive & wouldn’t go away & even fake called security to try & trick us into giving him money.

We had a ground floor room with a patio that had 2 chairs to relax on. It was right next to the pool which was nice. The food at the Buffet was always good! The burger place was ok, I thought it lacked flavour. They are very big though! The noodle restaurant was very good! The beach and beach chairs are super! A very nice stay!
