Our stay at the Ein Gedi hotel was aamzing! The property is beautiful, and you have lots of beautiful hikes nearby. The pool and spa amenities were also fantastic, I would definitely visit this hotel again. I would note, the buffet options are some what limited, but the food was good for the most part.

One of those places you wish you could stay when the time is up. We recommend Ein Gedi Hotel to anyone who is looking for a break from their busy lives. It's literally an oasis. Easy to gain distance from the world if that's what your spirit craves. Stunningly beautiful place set inside a carefully grown lush desert garden. Awesome spa with incredible view to the Dead Sea and desert valley. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere with friendly staff who also know how to leave you alone and give you space. Incredible breakfast with great variety, delicious fresh food in general. They let us stay in the spa after check out- no extra cost - which we very much appreciated. In our opinion, this hotel is absolutely worth the price. One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed at. We will absolutely be back.

I loved this place and would stay there again! The room fit 4 of us but it was def tight with all our stuff. The views, the location, the food was fantastic! Det var et meget dyrt ophold, som på nogle måder levet op til prisen. Dårlig service, maden var super dyr. Værelset var et helt almindeligt værelse med det dårligste internet, det var ikke muligt at få god forbindelse på noget tidspunkt. Vi har ikke på andre hoteller på vores rejse rundt i Israel og Jordan oplevet så dårligt internet. Det er ikke et hotel som jeg på nogle måder vil anbefale til andre. Der var over 20 km til stranden, hvis du ville bade i Det Døde Hav, det fremgår ikke af deres hjemmeside. En rigtig kedelig og dyr oplevelse.

Staff at reception was great, and breakfast was amazing. But overall I felt like there weren't a ton of amenities for the price. Pool closes at 6 even though the sun was up till after 8:00, and although they made announcements in hebrew, I did not understand them and was abruptly told to get out. I realize it was probably a language barrier, but still. The pool allows smoking unfortunately, so trying to enjoy the beautiful grounds was hard while smelling cigarette smoke, listening to loud club music guests were playing on their personal speakers, and stepping over trash littered all over the pool are. Not what I expect from a hotel at this price point. There is also zero help with arranging transportation to nearby attractions if you don't have your own vehicle.

Basic hotel and service, but there are not too many options around Dead Sea, so it is functional enough to stay for couple of nights. Beautiful land around it, nice views. Overpriced for the quality, but again, not too many options, everything else in the area is even more expensive. No issues really other than absolutely no one on staff ever smiles, but apparently that is a norm in Israel.

The gardens are amazing! The rooms are quite small and modest, as expected. There are essentially no food options nearby other than onsite. The bar has a limited menu. Otherwise the only choice is the dinner or breakfast buffet, which costs about $60 per person and is full of so-so food. Beautiful stop for an afternoon and evening only.
