설연휴 돌이안된 아기와 어머님을 모시고 가족여행으로 2박 묵었습니다. 방문전 전용어플로 석식추가 예약및 요청사항 전달하였는데 실시간에 가까운 피드백으로 매우 편리하였습니다. (AI를 이용해서 한국어응대도 가능하였고 저역시 한국어로 소통하였습니다. 침구관련하여 AI와 소통이 잠시 어렸웠는데 실제 오퍼레이터가 즉각 응대해주어서 매우 좋았습니다) 숙소의 위치, 청결상태, 넓은룸, 스탭분들의 친절한 서비스, iot시스템등 숙박비가 아깝지 않을 정도입니다. 룸서비스의 일본식 조식도 매우 훌륭하였습니다. 다음에도 후쿠오카에 올땐 또 방문하고싶습니다.

作り込まれた感のある内装、サウナ、風呂など完璧でした。

Nice clean, new property. Lots of space and comfortable. Great communication with management before and during stay. Wished we could have stayed longer. Will stay again if opportunity arises.

Spectacular in every way. The lobby is open from around 9am to 10pm daily. Otherwise, mostly app- and tablet-based controls. Pretty easy to navigate.

Truly exceptional experience—I spent 3 nights in the "Sound" unit at Notahotel, my first time trying this innovative concept property. The app-based communication system worked seamlessly, and Masa's daily breakfast deliveries were a highlight. Our accommodations featured stunning Japanese minimalist design with exquisite attention to detail. While technically listed for up to 6 guests, the space is ideally suited for a couple with perhaps 2 children—definitely not comfortable for 6 adults.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ The area is residential and about a 15 minute to the city center.
