The property was clean and staff were friendly. The outside pool was nice but the key fiosx was not working and needs to be fixed. The hotel is convenient right off the interstate. Two choices for eating within walking distance.

The parking was good. There are entry doors (key card only) around the hotel so that made the parking better. The breakfast could have used a few healthier options but overall was decent. The room was clean and affordable.

The property had an updated lobby and ample parking. The room was pretty clean, although the bathtub had some paint issues where it looked like dirt or something textured was painted over. The front desk staff was polite, although a little lacking in professionalism. Overall pretty good stay, felt safe.

Key card didn't work at door to the pool. Trash in pool area, had not been cleaned from the next before. Staff was courteous. Room was clean.

Window was disgusting. Large greasy hand prints all over the window. Tv had no access to shows/channels. Pool was green and had leaves/debris in it

Room clean, parking decent, plenty of towels…first floor not quiet, but bearable. No microwave in room. Breakfast hours were great but VERY limited options…just mainly bread, boiled eggs, & oatmeal….no meat, no scrambled eggs…there is a gas station, Chili’s & iHop nearby for good food.

this is good value for the money. but the frozen food in the lobby was expired -- should have been thrown away. the breakfast was meh. the shower was loose in our room and didnt have the shower-gel. but bathroom, sheets and room was very clean. again good value for money!

The rooms were decent but renovations were taken place upon arrival and the repairmen left the place a mess. The bathrooms were filthy as well, specifically, the bathtub and toilet. I attempted to reach the service desk to complain, but she was unavailable via phone or in person. I was extremely disappointed in the stay considering that the hotel had the Hilton name. I wouldn't recommend the stay at this location.

Staff and check in was fine, but rooms were not entirely clean. Floors and counters were fine. But where it mattered, sheets were stained, hairs were still in the sheets, and bathrooms weren’t cleaned well. We didn’t stay the night and checked out.

I wish I could give negative stars. Carpets in the hall were nasty.. Bathroom had a soap in it that had been used when we checked in.. No clock , noisy AC and in the AM I didnt get a shower because the shower backed up with water..and the tub didnt feell clean.. I told the front desk as I checked out..and she seemed unphased by it..wished me a good day... it wasn't a good day...I really needed a shower! What a waste of money..could have slept in my car for free ..I would never stay here again. I cant believe that had the Hilton name on it..

Chanelle at check in was professional and kind, made the process smooth. Upon entering the room, all seemed well until we needed to plug in devices. There were only two outlets in the whole room. One light fixture on the wall just had its plug dangling as there was nowhere to plug it in. After a long day of driving, we needed showers. There was black mold all along the bottom edge of the shower curtain. I should have complained then but I didn’t. After a shower the bathroom had a strong odor of urine and moldy smell. It was strong and sickening. Once the tub dried, the smell dissipated. The bed was fairly comfortable, however, upon waking this morning, I have a rash on my face from the pillow. The lady at checkout this morning was not happy, she barely spoke nor smiled. I wanted to voice concerns about our stay but did not feel comfortable doing so.

The water was brown and at times yellow. The lady that came in at 11pm was extremely rude and acted as though I was bothering her asking questions . How she works with customers is insane. Room was clean, that’s about it.

Lack of towels, clothes from last guest and dirty washclothes left from last guest, horrible odor, loud guesrs all night and a really loud barking dog

The room was clean and roomy. I encounter a small problem I. My room when I first arrived. But the staff on duty was so quick to correct it and even followed up the next day to make sure I was good. I will for sure be returning to this location on my next visit.

One of the WORST hotels I’ve EVER stayed in. My second and LAST time at a Spark by Hilton. First room: -Bathroom had short hair and dirt streaks all over shower walls -Desk lamp was not working, hardly any light at night -No lotion or shower gel, had to ask for toiletries to be refilled -Power went out twice overnight, no hot water at 7am -Internet in and out, had to rely on phone hotspot Second room -Pillow and case were covered in makeup and long strands of hair -Bathroom mirror was covered in spit from person before -Floor had not been swept/vacuumed, littered with several hard plastic ties -Odor of tobacco/cigarettes -4th floor hallway had large pothole sized “mystery” stain -Internet in and out, had to rely on phone hotspot To top it all off, the manager became nasty, angry, and AGGRESSIVE, raising her voice when I asked the second room be cleaned-like I gave HER a filthy room to sleep in. I should have known they were shady and scammers, when they tried to charge me a higher rate, and tried to argue against my Hotels.com reservation which had an itinerary and had already been FULLY BOOKED. Please do yourself a favor, pay a few more dollars, and stay somewhere decent–where at least there is clean bedding, working lamps, and soap to clean yourself. I would NOT stay here again FOR FREE.

This is a simple, basic hotel. Not very clean: elevator had stains on floor, bathtub had hair inside, shampoo container had brown stuff on it, and side of bed had brown stuff on it too! Bed was comfortable. Location was a bit shady. I expected better with the Hilton name. Wouldn’t recommend.

The room was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was clean and smelled refreshing. My favorite thing about this hotel is that they are pet friendly as I have a small dog that travels with me.

I like everything except there wasn't anywhere near the bed to plug in or charge your phone and there was no microwave or coffee machine in the actually room

The mattress was like sleeping on the floor. The rooms looked like older rooms with fresh paint. The a/c took all night to get cool. The staff was very friendly. The area was not that nice.

The whole floor smelled like weed the entire stay. A dog barked ALL NIGHT across the hall from me. The headboard stunk. The fitted sheet came off the bed everytime I moved. No easy access to outlets to charge anything. All around horrible stay. Will never stay there or any other Spark again. I will for sure do my homework and never stay at a pet friendly hotel. It’s disgusting!!!! Shouldn’t be allowed!!! Especially big ones that bark all night. It’s no different than if I were screaming all night. I even told the front desk and nothing was done. Bet I would been told to be quiet or leave if I didn’t hush!!

The AC unit started making a loud noise in the fan each time it turned on and continued through the night. It only started doing that about 11:00pm. Prior to that it was fine. The room was also very damp smelling - perhaps a dehumidifier would be helpful? Otherwise, no complaints. Very kind and competent staff. Room was immaculate.

Just a heads up, there is no coffee maker in the room, which is unfortunate for those who, like me, enjoy a warm cup of tea before going to sleep.

Walls were very thin- I could hear guests next door clearing their throat, quiet conversations. Noise from hallway outside room was very loud. The housekeeping staff were not polite

The place has been updated but still has the older feel to the rooms. No vent fan in the bathroom so it gets steamy. The a/c took half the night to cool down the room. The mattress seemed fine, but about an hour into my sleep my back was killing me. I did not get much sleep.

Staff was not supportive. Basic amenities like hot water was missing. And they refused to give me a refund. I had to leave in the middle of the night to find another place.

Front desk host was really nice and it was a quick and easy check-in process. Will definitely be staying again.

Rude staff

We arrived a bit late (maybe 10pm). Once we got to the room we weren’t able to turn the tv on as there was no hdmi cable. Called the front desk and were told they couldn’t help us. Then we noticed the bedding was dirty on one of the beds. We called back to ask for a blanket and were told housekeeping was already gone for the night and again, they couldn’t help us. Would absolutely not recommend.

It did not seem like the safes area. It was nice inside but had to park away from the door at night.

Clean, convenient and right near the highway but on a crime ma showed not in a good area which made me nervous.

Decent location.. Right next to a Chili's and IHOP. Staff was great and beds were comfortable. Enjoyed my stay.

The rooms were nice, not the best area surrounding hotel, check in person was nice, Expedia doesn't tell you but there is a 100.00 deposit when you go to check in at the hotel that would have been nice to know and they almost didn't have a room for us even though I booked a week in advance.

I enjoy everything about the room the staff was very great with their service only thing I hate it was it seemed like the air had its own off and on control which I found myself getting warm in the room throughout the night waiting for the air to click back on also there could have been a little more variety at the breakfast.

The continental breakfast was terrible!! Only thing was bagels and toast. Nothing to drink but milk. Sheets could use replacing for sure. For the money u should go up the road and stay in a hotel that’s not in this neighborhood with a good free breakfast!
