The property was very spacious and suited allof my needs. Check in process was smooth and the property was very clean. The housekeeper Rose was very excellent and a pleasure to talk with. I am removing a star because the property was extremely noisy. The property sits on a main road so you will hear traffic all day and the rooster across the street was crowing throughout different times, sometimes as early as 2 in the morning. Otherwise, the property was excellent and great value for your money.

We are 3 couples and stayed one week in May - villa is located on the west coast with direct access to small beach, and beautiful crystal clear waters, it's near the fish market where we bought tuna and other fish for dinners- like others mentioned it's near the busy road and you can hear the cars and occasionally roasters and dogs but we got used to it. Kitchen has mostly has all you need to preorder meals we bought oil and coffee but there are lot of spices and sally sugar etc. we didn't like any of the restaurants near by even Q bistro down the road was ok food expensive and the service bad. Holetown is about 15 min by local bus which has great supermarket Macey. There are 2 rooms on the first floor and large master on the second a few flight of stairs as well. Clean and our housekeeper Rose was nice. There is a security card a night which comes to the property and walks around which we appreciate but find strange they are coming into the property where we sit. We felt very safe- it was off season so our price was good as we are coming from Canada. Wifi was spotty and non existent at the times outside the main floor but management was very responsive to our request for example I need good pillows and when I made a request to change the ones I had Rose provided better one. Beach is small and we walked all the way to the other north part of it which requires some swimming but we loved it and the small beach in front of our villa was good to swim but bring swim shoes - we saw sitting rays on our 4 day but again they are also on the other beach so you need to pay attention- we had a great time

Stunning villa with large patio garden right on the beach (that is practically empty). Thoughtfully furnished and equipped; wanting for nothing.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful week at Seahorse Villa! We loved the views from the patio and both balconies, the well-thought-out space, the little pool, and the clear water and soft sand at nearby beaches, especially Paynes Bay. It was a great home base for exploring Barbados! We enjoyed Harrison's Cave and ziplining, snorkeling at Carlisle Bay (shipwrecks and sea turtles), wildlife reserve (11am/2pm feeding monkeys), visiting Oistins fish market (we went on a non-busy day — delicious!), and golf :) Favorite restaurant: The Tides at sunset. We also picked up food at Massey for easy dinners (Bajan spice — yum!), as well as snacks, lunches, breakfasts, wine, and beer to enjoy at the villa. It was a lovely balance of sun, fun, and rest. Thanks to the staff — Macy, Carlos, and security — we felt very welcomed and safe. Enjoy! :) Kid reviews: I had a lot of fun on this vacation. My favorite restaurant was probably The Tides or Pat's Place in Oistins. Almost everything was super fun, especially Harrison's Cave with the ziplining. I would definitely come here again. I LOVE BARBADOS — VERY FUN!!! :) Beautiful place :)

Property was gorgeous and villa had wonderful amenities. Road noise was more than I expected but we got used to it. Not a lot of restaurants or bars close by which was disappointing. You needed to take a taxi everywhere. The housekeeper was fantastic. She gave us great tips and was very friendly. Contact with the agents managing the property was not great. It would take several days for responses. Once I never received a response. We really enjoyed the villa.
