Os elevadores são insuficientes para o tamanho do hotel e os funcionários extremamente mal preparados. O desastre maior foi na saída, quando dos 3 elevadores que tem no lado que fiquei hospedado, 2 estavam estragados. Havia uma funcionária do hotel com chave controlando o elevador, ao parar no andar restaurante entrou uma quantidade absurda de pessoas e ela não soube limitar quanto o elevador suporta. O elevador trancou por quase 15 minutos no calor do Rio de Janeiro, sem ar condicionado e espremido em outras pessoas. Tive que descer no SL com mala para ir fazer check out e ir pegar meu voo completamente encharcado de suor. Não obstante, o péssimo recepcionista questionou se, de fato, era uma funcionária do hotel (???), acredito que a câmera do elevador também está estragada. Pedi para retirar a taxa de serviço e me foi negado. Tive que viajar completamente suado e ainda paguei taxa pelo péssimo serviço prestado.
