Nossa estadia foi muito boa. O hotel possui uma ótima localização com fácil acesso e deslocamento para outros pontos da cidade. A vista da cobertura é sensacional. A equipe é educada e gentil - com destaque para os funcionários que ficam na porta de entrada do hotel. O café da manhã é razoável (me arrependi de pagar a parte), assim como a qualidade do sinal de wifi (nada boa). O quarto estava limpo e a arrumação diária é razoável. A sauna úmida é muito boa. De maneira geral eu recomendo!

The rooms were great... the feel of the hotel was fantastic, the staff were all amazing. Given the chance, we would definitely stay there again. We have a family of 5, and the way they set up the adjoining rooms was a perfect solution. The pool was a bit small and super cold, but we did visit during their winter... and the views from the pool deck were pretty fantastic.

The staff were very kind and helpful, but this is far from a four star hotel. The property is quite worn and could use a renovation. I also saw loose hairs in my room, the shower products looked expired, the shower head was rusted/molded and the shower itself looked like it was made of raw dry wall.

Pour ce prix, nous nous attendions à une qualité supérieure. Le ménage est à revoir, il y avait du sable par terre à notre retour, la table de chevet était sale. La chambre est vieillotte notamment le pommeau de douche, le conditionner ne fonctionnait pas et la baignoire ne donnait pas envie de prendre un bain. La vue donnait sur un immeuble peu esthétique, si nous nous mettions d’une certaine position en biais, nous pouvions voir la mer alors que nous avions payé un supplément. La fenêtre fermait mal donc nous entendions la route. Et le tout était très mal isolé donc à 8h, nous entendions le ménage et les coups d’aspirateur, également les bruits du couloir. Le petit déjeuner était en supplément à 20€ par personne alors que le prix était déjà élevé. La piscine sur le toit paraissait être un bon spot mais sans transat et il y avait trop de vent pendant notre séjour. C’était agréable néanmoins d’avoir des peignoirs et le personnel d’accueil se rendait disponible même si nous avons du faire la queue au checkout.

The property is in a great location! Walking distance to beach, many restaurants and shops. The room had many issues….mold in the bathroom, lights flickering, AC had to be fixed, outlets not working, key constantly needed to be reset, elevator doors close on you while walking in (to the point I have bruising), when staff would clean the room the floors were never swept and toliet paper not refilled. Breakfast Buffett was ok nothing crazy, but overall the staff was GREAT. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

We had a great time there. The staff has some of the kindest people we’ve met. The hotel is very well located on the beach and closed to many restaurants, bars, and pharmacies, grocery stores. The building is a little bit on the older side but very clean. The only thing I would say wasn’t the best is the isolation in the rooms. It wasn’t uncommon for us to get waken in the morning by people in the hallway but besides that we really enjoyed our stay and thank the staff for their amazing work. Would absolutely recommend.

The hotel/staff/location were great. Great view of the beach from the 5th floor. AC is powerful. The breakfast is amazing! The shower pressure is fantastic. The doors/walls are thin, so you can hear noisy neighbors sometimes. There wasn't a lot of room for clothes (we were there for 2 weeks and had a lot of clothes).

The location is right on Copacabana beach and the view from the rooftop is wonderful. Front desk staff were courteous and helpful. Rooms, especially the bathrooms, could use some updating but beds and pillows were very comfortable. This is not a luxury hotel but is good value and an overall nice place to stay while in Rio.

PROS: spacious bed with a great mattress, clean soft sheets, mini bar, great staff, excellent location CONS: no internet to the tv, extremely humid hotel and room. The AC is not powerful so my whole evening was spent in extreme humidity and I got sick from it. I would not stay there again for this reason only

Great property ideally situated in the heart of Copacabana. The staff provide excellent service, helpful recommendations and are multilingual. There are stunning views of the beach and even Cristo Rey from our rooms and especially from the rooftop pool. I felt safe staying there, plus loved the access to nearby restaurants, shops and cafes.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff really connected. Daniel, Mathias and Flora at the front desk really go out of their way to connect with guests and always have a smile on their faces. I recently stayed at the Windsor Excelsor and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The hotel’s location in Copacabana is undoubtedly great, but the service left much to be desired. Upon checking in, I encountered a frustrating situation as a staff member started attending to me but abruptly moved on to someone else, leaving me waiting for an extended period to complete the check-in process. This initial interaction set a disappointing tone for my stay. To make matters worse, the night staff exhibited a dismissive attitude towards me, making me feel unwelcome. The lack of attentiveness and professionalism from the staff members, particularly during the night shift, was a significant drawback to my overall experience. Regrettably, based on the subpar service I received during my stay, I cannot see myself choosing to spend my money at this establishment again. I hope that the management addresses these issues to ensure a more positive experience for future guests.

Internet horrível, tivemos problema com café da manhã , por onde fechamos , marcamos com café da manhã , chegando lá estava reserva sem café, zero negociação, faz 4 anos que passamos natal lá , compramos ceia de natal e não conseguimos uma negociação no café que de acordo com eles fechamos sem , muito me surpreende com criança nunca fechamos nada sem café , pessimos para negociar sem flexibilidade. Para o próximo ano vou repensar , sempre ficamos no mesmo hotel. Funcionários com pouca vontade de resolver seu problema.

The front desk was extremely rude to me. My key did not work on four out of six days. They try to charge me for having a guest when I was checking out of the property. They had one of the three elevators out of service for most of the trip.

The location is amazing. Next to Copacabana Palace. Everything we wanted was walking distance. If you can, the Luxo room is beautiful with a corner and views of the water and boardwalk. The breakfast is ok if you want something fast but there are so many other options within a few blocks. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at the Windsor Excelsior after arriving from a long flight from the U.K. Sabrina and Daniel went completely out of their way to secure an early check-in for us, which they successfully managed and we deeply appreciated! The location was perfect, situated right on Copacabana beach. The hotel amenities were fantastic, especially the rooftop pool and bar which offered incredible views of the beaches and famous sights. A special shout-out goes to Victor and Matheus for providing fantastic service and constant smiles. In fact, all the staff, including the cleaners and porters were wonderful, always welcoming us warmly every time we entered and exited the lifts. Additionally, the restaurant served delicious breakfast and buffet options, and the overall service throughout our stay was absolutely top class.
