Great location but that's it. Charged £300 for something that was beyond my control at the start despite them agreeing with my procedure. Unclear policies. Front desk staff aren't helpful, just roll their eyes at questions. It should be a 3* maximum, calling it a 4* is a joke. Rooms severely outdated with stains everywhere. TV stopped working and had to be changed. Shower is hard. Bed isnt comfortable. Paper thin walls. Many many many better options nearby, don't be lulled into this for the price.

The room was very old, advertised as having a hot tub - it did not it had a bath with air jets that looked dirty, shower was like warm, gym equipment was very poor. The hotel in my opinion is maximum 3 stars and the description on the website is not reflective of the quality of the hotel. I would never stay here again.
