Very friendly staff. Especially the reception guys. Very good and not expensive food ordering online. They bring it to your room.

We were very happy to find this hotel with Rio being such a busy place for the New Year's celebrations. We were welcomed to the hotel by an English speaking concierge, which was a BIG BONUS! Then, we were able to check in early which was another plus. Both rooms were clean and adequate. Plenty of hot water and the a/c was very cold. We highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely re-book on our return trip to beautiful Rio.
