I asked staff about mosquitos but not important to them. I didn't have a good sleep because of mosquitos. They have a minibar and also out a couple of things ( chips, cashew) outside the minibar. Normally they are complementary outside minibar.but staff surprised me by asking R$18. It is not a lot. But misleading and riff off.. Not helpful.

I dont like hotels that check your room before checking out delaying me to the airport. It shows me that the hotel often have guest/clientele that doesn't behave well. Breakfast was super. Location is ok.

The property has a great location, around a 10 minute walk to Copacabana beach. There are great restaurants in the area and the breakfast offered in the hotel is okay (could be improved by having more variety). The cleanliness is definitely something that should be worked on! We were left without soap and the floors of our room had sand even after being cleaned. Some members of the staff were very kind (in the breakfast area), but some others were not very polite. In general, it is a good place to stay.
