Reservei nesse hotel por causa da academia e ela simplesmente ficou fechada no período total da hospedagem, o local onde serve o café da manhã é lotado e sem espaço confortável com as mesas grudadas umas nas outras, a recepção não é funcional e deixam o tempo inteiro as pessoas esperando passando do horário do check in.

Amei o hotel o quarto individual 501 onde fiquei é pequeno mas dar certinho pra uma pessoa nao tem nada de claustrofóbico como alguns hóspedes põe nos comentários ,foi tudo maravilhoso hotel bem localizado perto do metrô , a piscina muito boa e aquecida o Wi-Fi pegou bem no quarto , sempre que puder vou me hospedar nesse hotel nos quartos econômicos sao excelente..

O hotel possui excelente localização, com bares, restaurantes e o próprio Calçadão de Copacabana bem próximo. No entanto, a equipe poderia ser mais empática, solícita e prestativa. O lugar do café da manhã é descontável e barulhento, Falta variação das opções de café da manhã. O hotel deve pensar em serviço de quarto para pequenos lanches na madrugada. Os elevadores devem ser mantidos em condições de uso, com segurança, já que nós ficamos por no mínimo 8 horas seguidas sem elevador. Impraticável! Mas, quero voltar pela localização!

Recepção, camareiras e garçons bastante educados, estacionamento de R$105,00 a diária deixou a desejar, pois, na hora do almoço demora e não podemos buscar o carro na garagem, mesmo meu esposo solicitando o carro 10 minutos antes, sugiro a possibilidade do hóspede pegar o carro, pois, tinha compromisso e tive atraso de 15 minutos por causa da demora.

Hotel bom, há 2 quadras da praia. Quarto com bom tamanho, boa limpeza, bons funcionários e ótimo café da manhã. Minha única ressalva é com relação a academia, que é minúscula e o único aparelho que tem lá não funciona. Vc só pode contar com os halteres.

Nota 10 para os funcionários do hotel, em especial ao Gabriel (extremamente atencioso e simpático), Raimundo, Eduardo e Felipe, da recepção e Luiz Carlos, do café da manhã. A internet é horrível! A academia está com defeito nos equipamentos. O café da manhã é top! Mas o destaque do hotel são os funcionários. Em razão desse atendimento pretendemos voltar ao hotel.

Ruim, a limpeza e péssima! O banheiro tem até teia de aranha embaixo do lavabo. Uma porquice, a camareira só entra pra arrumar se pedir, saímos do quarto pedi que ela entrasse, ela entrou trocou as toalhas e arrumou as camas não passou nem a vassoura pra tirar a areia do chão , o banheiro tava nojento. Não voltarei e nem recomendo este hotel! Apenas a localização e sim boa.

O quarto em boas condições, reformado, apesar de ser pequeno e não haver janela no banheiro. Chuveiro bom, o que pegam são as roupas de cama mais velhas e com sujeira, especialmente no cobertor. Salão do café da manhã pequeno e com poucas variedades, mas, atende.

no primeiro dia , eu encontrei baratinhas pelo quarto, ai tive que fechar bolsa, mala, pois isso é um terror, consegui matar duas e tenho a foto. Ai já nem dormi, Logo pela manhã, do ia seguinte, pedi para trocar de quarto, pois acho um absurdo um hotel 3 estrelas, ter baratas. O funcionário pediu para eu deixar tudo pronto, que iria trocar de quarto. Deixei tudo fechado, quando retornei mais de 7 horas depois, ninguém sabia de nada. Ai eu reclamei, o recepcionista pediu para eu subir no quarto descer com tudo, para pegar outro apartamento. Achei um absurdo, pois minha mala estava pesada, a obrigação era do hotel fazer a mudança e não eu sair arrastando mala. Na saida fui pagar uma batata de 33 gramas, me pediram 23,60. Eu atravessei a Rua e comprei por 3 reais e devolvi no hotel. Um roubo, um roubo. CONSELHO> NÃO BEBAM NADA, NEM COMAM NADA.. outro detalhe> o quarto que me colocaram, a cortina ficava em cima da cama (tenho foto), tinha que dormir com a cortina navegando na minha cara, ouro show de horror e morri de medo de subir inseto pela cortina. A única coisa boa, tirando o leite que é muito ruim, é o café da manhã, muito bom mesmo. O leite tem gosto de azedo. Mas no geral o café da manhã é excelente , só isso. .

Nos 5 dias que estive hospedado não limparam o quarto uma única vez apesar de avisar os atendentes inúmeras vezes. O quarto que me reservaram parecia um cubículo, mal podia me mexer - tentei trocar, mas não me atenderam. Pessoal da recepção muito mal educado, especialmente um rapaz chamado Marcelo. Pedi a NF na minha saída, mas disseram que mandariam pelo e.mail o que até hoje não aconteceu.

엘리베이터 내부의 전등은 불이 깜빡깜빡 거림에도 불구하고 전등은 교체되지 않았고 엘리베이터 내부는 지저분했다. 룸내부는 이물질이 묻어 있었지만 청소되지 않았고, 깨끗해야 될 침대 시트는 무척 낡았는데다가 이상한 것들이 묻어있었는데도 교체되지 않았다. 1베드 룸을 이용했는데 룸은 무척 좁아서 이동이 불편할 정도였다.

Guys if any of solo travellers planning to book the economy studio room I suggest book it for 1 night then decide whether you want to extend or not. I booked for 10 nights and the AC was leaking and the hotel refused to return me my balance nights. The room is extremely small. Thanks to Hotels.com i manage to get a refund. Will never stay here again.

Boa localização, café da manhã ok. Recomendação: ter pelo menos room service 24hrs com cardápio reduzido já que o hotel não serve almoço/janta. Só tive problemas com o ar condicionado (o mesmo ficava pingando água e chegou molhar meu telefone, mas não sofreu danos).

A equipe foi bem atenciosa, o café fa manhã tinha muita variedade e estava muito bom, o único problema foi o ar acondicionado ser muito fraco, falei para a equipe más infelizmente não foi possível resolver isso por que provavelmente não tinha alguém da manutenção no dia.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing for several reasons. First, the room was absurdly small, leaving barely enough space to move around. To make matters worse, the air conditioning remote didn’t work, preventing me from adjusting the swing settings. The room had an awful odour and desperately needed air circulation, but the air conditioning made the tiny space unbearably cold within minutes, even at a standard setting of 24–25 degrees. This left me with two unpleasant choices: endure the horrible smell all night or freeze. Unfortunately, I caught a cold due to the cold temperature. The noise from the lift was another major issue. I could hear it clearly from inside my room throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to get any sleep. The bathroom facilities were inadequate and unhygienic. They provided just one tiny bar of soap to be shared between the sink and shower—absolutely unacceptable. Additionally, there was no shampoo provided, which is a basic amenity in any hotel. The check-in process was shockingly slow. Despite having two staff members at the reception, it took nearly 20 minutes to process just two check-ins before it was my turn. The worst part of my experience was dealing with an incredibly rude and unprofessional staff member during check-in. The hotel was fine. The issue is the staff.. The front desk guy(bold) was very rude all times , Room without a/c and he spend all day long coordinating to be fixed but it never happen also he refused to change our room. Always rude and non polite behavior with me but all guests . Also the hotel refused to give me another card ,just 1 key for 2 people and the power only function with the card so if you need to go to anyplace ,the card must be with you in order to take the elevator but people who stay in the room will be without power or a/c .When i asked to the same guy for another key he was so rude saying NOOO… Otherwise good location,great breakfast..

I was stopped from leaving during checkout because they insisted I stay while they checked the room, even though they had my credit card on file. They even held up my Uber. It was unnecessary and humiliating. It made me feel unwelcome. I won't recommend to anyone, especially if is a male of color, to stay in this hotel. I’m considering filing a complaint about the receptionist and bellboy holding me against my will. If there was a problem with my room, which there wasn’t, I even throw my trash every day. So, why would they need me? What would they do if they found something wrong?

Boas instalações, limpas e confortáveis para o padrão do hotel. Apesar de estar a algumas poucas quadras da praia, tem-se a vantagem de menor fluxo de pessoas e carros no quarteirão do hotel. Good location close to beach and metro station, taxi's usually outside or close by. Staff very friendly and helpful especially evening staff help with information about places to visit and how to get there using metro. Room good size and large roomy shower and plenty hot water. Staff helpful with logging on to internet which was good but if a problem there was a separate computer in reception you could use also helpful if needed to print something. Good breakfast starting 6.30. Shops close by. Would stay here again

A limpeza do banheiro deixou um pouco a desejar. A depender da camareira do dia, só recolhia o lixo e arrumava a cama. E o box do banheiro tinha lodo. Também achei o espaço do café da manhã pequeno e apertado considerando o número de quartos do hotel. Mas o atendimento dos recepcionistas e da equipe do café da manhã foi excelente!

I liked everything about the hotel,staff cleanliness, location.Maybe a bit more variety of hot food for breakfast and the room I was in could do with a few hooks on the wall to hang your clothes on but not a big problem.Found the front reception staff very helpful,all spoke good English and were pleasant and polite.👍
