I stayed specifically because of the indoor pool. The temp of the pool was about 2 degrees above freezing! If you don’t care about the pool, 10/10! Super clean and fresh, staff was outstanding.

A New clean property, this is the closest hotel to Bozeman Yellowstone Airport. A welcoming lobby with restaurant was comfortable and welcoming. The restaurant had good service and breakfast was nice. They do have a workout room to stretch but no laundry facilities which would have been nice for a skier passing through.

Room was clean and a spacious. There was a steamer in the room instead of an iron, so I thought that was a nice touch. Liked the gym and pool. The staff were all super nice and helpful. The bar service was great, but food selection was limited.

There were so many things wrong with this hotel, the room I was in had a constant flashing strobe light in the smoke detector that kept me awake all night. The water didn’t get hot in the room, my room door didn’t close properly, no towels in the pool, food at breakfast was stale and inedible. The ceiling in the lobby was leaking. I had 3 different employees come to “service” my room. One of these employees knocked on my door at 730 am and when I opened the door he informed me that he was told my room was empty. It woke me and my children. Complete waste of money for a staycation with kids. I’m so disappointed.

The door lock could not be operated. The strike or opening in the metal door frame didnot align with the dead bolt. You would think for a facility that has been open for 7 months, all locks would've been checked by now. Wondering how many other rooms have this same safety issue.

The hotel was new, clean and very nice. The gentleman who checked us in was pleasant and efficient. However, the hotel advertised an airport shuttle and when we arrived at the airport there was no shuttle available, even after calling and requesting one. We were forced to find alternative transportation.

I was traveling to attend a funeral. There was a flight cancelled at the neighboring airport, so 50 extra patrons were sent to the hotel suddenly. The staff was friendly & professional in handling the crowd that arrived all at once. The mgr even even remembered the reason for my travels & extended condolences before we departed the next morning.

First time at an EVEN IHG, and we loved it! The onsite restaurant was really delicious and saved us the hassle from ordering delivery/leaving the hotel. The free shuttle was so helpful getting to the airport. Thank you for a great stay!

Great property. New hotel - comfortable, clean, and more spacious than most rooms (loved the yoga mat in the room). Very close to airport and super easy to schedule the shuttle. Not a lot of places to eat nearby. There is a restaurant in the hotel with some offerings. Pretty good burger - servings were average to smaller size and a bit pricey. But again, no other nearby options so thankful for tasty food! Staff was kind and very helpful.

Great hotel and staff. I was disappointed with our handicap accessible room assignment, which I did not request. I think that’s a function of hotels.com and the rooms they get assigned by the hotel. A curbless shower always creates a huge mess with water spilling out into the entire bathroom. Go ahead and ask for extra towels.
