This hotel was horrible. 1.) the parking lot smells like dumpster trash on fire. 2.) the doors do not close fully or lock. 3.) there’s trash and cigarette butts in the room on the floor. 4.) the smell inside is cigarette and dirty ass scented. 5.) the bathroom was disgusting with pubes on the toilet seat. This place was absolutely filthy and I will never attempt this or recommend it to anyone they shouldn’t even be open

Arrived having had a prepaid reservation. Received room key, opened room door and beds were unmade, trash around and obviously not cleaned. Excuse was they were remodeling. Sat outside room and watched while room was quickly cleaned by 3 people. Room was still filthy. Only thing were ok with was that we saw them change the bedding. Holes in walls, cobwebs, ceiling peeling, screws in ceiling for who knows what, command strips on the wall for who knows what, even the picture on the wall was dirty. Holes in curtain that didn't close all the way, switches caked with dirt, walls stained and dirty, hole in bathroom ceiling. I could go on. If it there were other hotels available we would have moved. We slept, got up early and left. We were afraid to use the shower. On top of it all, the toilet clogged.

First room had bedbugs and roaches within it and as I was switched to another room I could tell it wasn't very clean. Only stayed the one night and wanted a refund but was unable to receive one. Which is fine cause I ended up going somewhere else.

I stayed at budget hotels many times and never had an issue before. They are normally clean. NOLA Inn is by far the worst experience. The bed sheet had stains and there were bug wings on the bed. I requested for a refund and slept at another hotel. The manager denied my refund request. She acknowledged the stains on the bed sheet however she explained that they are washed. The manager also explained that it is normal for bugs to be in the rooms. She said that I should have removed the bug wings and slept on the bed. Be warned, the hotel is unsanitary and borderline hazardous. I was so disgusted that I didn’t take pictures.

This room was horrible. Dead roaches and cigarette butts on the floor, the room stank of cigarettes, and the bed sheets hadn’t been recently washed. I woke up to bite marks on my body from a few hours of sleep and left to go find another hotel. I would not ever stay here again.

I did not like anything about this property at all. I didn't look at the room prior to booking, which I should have. When I was given the first room, I walked slightly into the room and was overtaken with cigarette smoke. The chair was very dirty and I didn't make it past the front door. I changed the room and that room wasn't as smoky; however, the chair was just as dirty, the lamps were horrible and had bug poo on one of them. The base of the wall connected to the bathroom was coming apart and the water had a dirty color. I won't ever again, even if Jesus told me to go, rest in this motel. My friend and I had been on the road traveling through and truly just needed a place to rest for about four hours. This was the worst experience I have ever had. We should've just slept in the car!!

This is an old property with a real sketchy clientele, pit bulls and all, but the bed was comfortable. NO telephone in room, no blanket, a broken heater/AC, and a carpet that was uncleanable. Nice young girl checked me in in broad daylight through a security window, which certainly made me feel insecure for my car, computers, and my own safety.

I took pictures and they were so embarrassing. I deleted them. There were holes in the wall on multiple different walls. They asked me to leave a $20 deposit. They literally let me leave without my deposit. I just happened to come back to get it. I was in a room by the office and everybody sat on the steps and smoked all day and night, so I smell cigarette smoking in my room. It was weird.

You’re literally so close to anything you can possibly want or need you don’t need to drive the staff I’ll give 6 stars if I could my room wasn’t bad it needed touching up which other than that it was fine

The room was horrible the bed had a cigarette hole in it with hair coming out of it the comforter was wrinkled the walls look like kids had colored on it. I just couldn’t stay there at all. I asked for a refund the guy refused to give me my money back I just left!!

Staff very courteous and helpful. I had reserved the wrong days and was a day early. They were able to waive penalty fee and arrange a room for me the night I needed. I recommend you give NOLA INN a visit!

I called several days before my scheduled stay and confirmed a ground floor room. However upon arrival, I was told they no longer had a ground room. The desk clerk demanded a cash to look for another room. I booked through Expedia and even purchased their travel Ins. Neither Expedia or NOLA Inn delivered for me. I don't recommend Expedia or NOLA Inn because they don't do what they promise to do and don't stand behind their commitments. Wheres my refund?

I really love the staff I could go on and on about things but I will say this it’s not the Hyatt are the ritz but it’s safe quiet and the staff is really good with you if you need anything I came in at 4:00 in the morning and my room was ready ready… so what I’m trying to say is if you need a place to sleep and you want a comfy bed for the time being this is the place to come I love Nola inn…
