Sehr schöne und moderne Unterkunft in einer guten Lage - Supermärkte, Bars/Restaurants, ATM, Meer/Strand, Busstation etc. vor der Haustüre bzw in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Alle Räume waren sehr sauber und wurden auch regelmäßig gereinigt. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Hatte ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, welches sofort behoben wurde. Alle Geräte wie zb Kühlschrank, Klimaanlagen und Waschmaschine sind neu und in einem top Zustand. Es gibt eine schöne Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Ich kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

newly renovated...clean n tidy...location is good but if u r driving....its almost impossible to find a parking space nearby in the evening. room is spacious but there r no refrigerator...no electric kettle...no table..no chair ....shower area no curtains if this room is for elderly or handicapped they should make a remark in the website.

Très bien placé, calme, idéal pour les familles. Personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute. Magnifique rooftop en libres accès. Le petit déjeuner manque peut-être un peu de variété mais cela ne retire rien à la qualité de l'établissement.

I booked this property for the location and reading the reviews. It did not disappoint! We were on the 4th facing the street. The place we had was like a small little apartment with all modern amenities. It was great having two balconies and the washing machine was a bonus. There is BOV across the street, a few good places for groceries right outside the hotel and a few steps from the square:) The place was very clean and the rooftop patio was very relaxing with 360 view of the sea and surroundings. I would definitely recommend this place and would be doing a rebook when we retirn

Staff helpful and friendly. Regular clean rooms and fresh towels.

The day before we checked out we put the sign “please clean up my room” on the door. We came back to the hotel and it was not done. They told us they took a picture of the sign being “do not disturb”. I believe they wouldn’t clean the room a day before the checkout, making me look stupid. Despite this, it was a good stay.

Hotel was very clean and the staff helpful at all times. Hotel is located in very lively area of town. Close to busses

Basic cleaning in room, beds make alot of noise when you move and trying to sleep, bright lights on the balcony stays on until after midnight, not good when trying to get sleep.had problem with TV asked at the reception five times over two days with three different staff members before someone came to sort the problem out When i asked for an ironbroad they told me to use the bed or dining table.

That was a good experience, but the cleaning was not very well done although it was not very dirty, but some areas especially in the kitchen and some nooks and crannies should have been better cleaned

My recent stay at this hotel was, unfortunately, one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had. I stayed for two nights and did not request room cleaning in between; however, upon check-in, I found that the room was not properly cleaned. The bed had no proper duvet cover, only one pillow had a pillowcase—which itself did not appear clean—and the bed made constant noise throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. I requested a clean duvet cover and bed sheet from the reception and eventually replaced them myself. I mentioned this politely as feedback, not as a complaint. Upon checkout, the situation became extremely unpleasant. I had left a few papers and towels on the floor and had eaten some fruit and snacks on the kitchen table. When the housekeeping staff entered, they began shouting at me and even threatened me with penalties. Shortly after, the hotel owner joined in and displayed shockingly rude and disrespectful behavior. They exaggerated the situation, accused me of leaving the room in a terrible state, and even told me to clean the room myself. Both the housekeeping staff and the owner were shouting, using inappropriate language, and even said that I was “not welcome again” when I mentioned that I would file a complaint. Ironically, the so-called “big mess” they described was cleaned in just a few minutes, which clearly shows their claims were exaggerated. The entire experience was humiliating, unprofessional, and completely unaccep

Clean, modern, well equipped

El departamento estaba limpio y tiene dos habitaciones de buen tamaño, el personal muy amable. Sin embargo varias posibles mejoras. La cocina tenia horno pero no había cafetera, la tostadora había que sostenerla para que queden las tostadas abajo, muy poco menaje, ni si quiera 4 platos (habia 3) cuando la reserva fue para 4 personas. El Wifi inexistente en la habitación y el agua caliente alcanzaba para un baño y medio, la 2da personas terminaba de bañarse con agua fría. Estábamos en un primer piso de zona céntrica así que bastante ruidoso y con mucha luz por la mañana, solo cortinas black out que filtraban luz por los costados. La limpieza diaria era muy muy por arriba, hasta han llegado a no tender siquiera la cama.

Ein drei Sterne Hotel Leider sehr sehr hellhörig, man hört jede unterhaltung im Nachbarzimmer, genauso wie duschen und Toilette. Schön war die kleine Kühenzeile mit Kühlschrank und Herd.

Excellent location and lovely staff who accommodated my request for a table to work from in my room. Decent breakfast on the rooftop which has lovely views of the area and lots of space to chill/hang out. I was staying on the first floor which was quite loud at times but lots of space in the room for storage and the bathroom was modern and clean. My room was quite dark and didn’t have a balcony so if I was to stay again I would ask for that. Otherwise, lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

Struttura nuova, purtroppo mancava almeno un balcone, un frigorifero, una sedia, un bollitore, eccetera. DIciamo che sembrava una camera in allestimento.Poi c'era anche il problema parcheggio dell'automobile, che la sera risulta difficile.

Pros: Apartment was big and spacious Location was central Neg: charged 4 euro tourist tax for two nights, next hotel was 50 cents for one night🤔 Asked for an clothes iron, it didnt have the countries plug, asked at reception for an adaptor or another iron and i was offered to buy one for 10 euro "i had to" felt like a scam to me

The Indian men at the reception had loads of attitude refused to help me with the language. The appartement floor was really dirty . The owner and rooftop employees were super friendly and food was great

Could have easily been rated 5 stars had it not been for a few instances. Firstly the owner/manager was quite rude on two occasions, unnecessarily due to his lack of communication and customer service skills. I stayed at this accommodation with a few very easy going friends, for quite a lengthy period and felt like we were not valued for whatever reason. Huge AC problems as it can/was being controlled from downstairs. Some nights we had no AC in the living room as it was switched off by owner/receptionist staff. This was raised a few times and we went back and forth with it working then not. Humidity can and does occur with paint from ceiling falling off onto kitchen section, however this could have been cleaned up before our arrival - first impressions count. I can go into detail about the toilet not working on the first night and the power cut of the whole building one instance, which could have been brushed off had the owner not left a sour taste in our mouth. The apart hotel is very well placed in St Pauls and we actually did enjoy it and its facilities but we were definitely not valued and spoken to poorly by the owner. They say we can use the rooftop in evening after hours, however all the lights are turned off so it is pitch black, pointless. We gave this establishment a very decent amount of money but will not be coming again. No communal bins to throw our waste and rubbish bins as we preferred no one to enter room. No vending machines in building, shops close early

L'équipe a été très disponible pour répondre à nos questions avant notre arrivée, sympathique, aimable et serviable. L'hôtel est très propre, les hébergements spacieux et confortables. Nous avons pris les petit déjeuners à l'hôtel, il y a une belle carte et c'est très bon. Nous recommandons cet hébergement.

We really enjoyed this hotel/apartment. It was perfect for our stay. The staff were friendly, the space roomy, the buffett breakfast delicious, location central, the washing machine a life saver. Next time we stay in Bugibba, we’d stay here again.

Accommodations were nice. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed to make and eat a meal. Skip the breakfast and go grab something across the street. There’s a lot of options. Truly the only downside and a big one was all the construction. The main roads were blocked all the way down to the beach. Making a maze out of the streets. Even the beach front streets were blocked. It really ruined the atmosphere. Wish we had stayed anywhere else due to this. Having a washing machine was nice. AC was nice a cool. Staff was accommodating and got me an extra pillow when asked.

Fantastic place to stay! The location was perfect, with everything within easy reach. I’d definitely choose this place again if I return to Malta

I really like the price of this stay. The price is phenomenal for the things it offers. What i didn’t like was the restaurant in the 8th floor. We had some trouble with the food, and the manager (not the waiters) was a bit a aggressive when we told him the food we ordered wasn’t the right one. It was bad the customer service there.

Lovely clean apartment, well equiped for self catering. We did book breakfast but the buffet restaurant closed due to being out of season. However the staff brought breakfast to order every morning to our room, which was lovely. I asked for an extra blanket (before we worked the heating out) which was delivered promptly. Nothing was to much trouble. Bars and restaurants all close by.

Colazione scarsa. Nessun dispenser, bicchiere d'acqua a richiesta. No croissant, o dolciumi tipici per colazione all italiana, nessuna scelta per particolari necessità alimentari.

Uns hat die Unterkunft (Superior Suite mit Meerblick - 2 Bäder/2 Schlafzimmer) sehr gut gefallen. Zustand neu und daher auch nicht abgewohnt. Auf Fragen hin wurde uns prompt geholfen (uns fehlte eine Pfanne, Besteck und ein scharfes Messer). Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht, um den morgendlichen Stress zu vermeiden, man darf aber kein Buffet erwarten. Es war gut und wir wurden satt, aber sehr eintönig, wenn man morgens immer nur die 5 gleichen Sachen auf der Karte auswählen konnte. Ab Tag 3 wurde auch das "Buffet" (Toastscheiben, 3 Marmeladen, Butter, Müsli, 2 Säfte und Milch) regelmäßiger bestückt. Zuvor fehlte von dem Wenigen auch immer noch etwas. Was man verbessern könnte (neben dem Frühstücksbuffet): Mehr Kleiderbügel (wir waren zu dritt, da ging es gerade so eben - jeder hatte dann 3) Die Kommoden kippsicher machen (wenn die obere Schublade voll war, kippte es schon). Mehr Gläser und Besteck allgemein. Die Lage ist prima und mitten im Geschehen, aktuell aber auch viele Baustellen an der Promenade. Dieses Jahr war der Busverkehr eine Katastrophe, daher sind wir viel Uber und Bolt gefahren. Da das Hotel neu ist, hatten aber viele Fahrer mit der Adresse ein Problem und wollten uns oft woanders abholen bzw rauslassen.
