thre’s no door on shower area, so water end up goin out on floor all wet had to use some towels to wipe them up, n thre’s no lock on washroom door! swimming pool changing room had to go on upper level, should be in the same floor as whre the pool is, n the slide is not functional at all. the pool n the slide was the main reason we chose this hotel. evrythng else is good.

The room was beautiful an clean when we arrived. The pool is big and the kids loved the slide. They are missing some chairs and towel but other than that it was great. We were there for 2 nights and no one came to clean the room. We gad to use our towel for the pool since they didnt had any at the pool so we never got new ones for our second day and we had only three for a room of 4. It was hard to heat but it was really cold the weekend we went so it couldnt help. The parking is free but be ready to walk because it was really ful due to the park and fly.

Prior to making a reservation, I called to inquire if there was any planned maintenance for the pool because honestly, it was the only reason I chose this hotel. The person I spoke to was very rude and seemed to think I was an idiot for asking, claiming it was a month away so how could he know. I reluctantly went ahead with the reservation. The check in was nice and the lady at the front desk was most helpful. She gave me the pool hours and that towels were available at the pool. The first afternoon was great and we were alone in the pool. It was nice and clean and the kids loved the slide. We went back after dinner. It was pretty busy. The following morning, we waited until 9am as this was opening hours. There were no signs anywhere. But the water in the slide was turned off and there were hoses in the pool. So the kids started swimming. A gentleman from the hotel came to see me to say he was doing maintenance and asked me to come back at noon! He said he might have to put chemicals in. I explained that check out was at noon. We were there for one night and it was the whole purpose of the trip. He was very sympathetic and turned the water back on in the slides. Within minutes, several families arrived. I totally understand the need for maintenance but you don’t do it and turn away guests on a Saturday morning. The restaurant was ok but very expensive. Room was so warm, water accumulated in the window sill. Won’t be back. Kids loved it.

Hard to see in lobby pool pics but both have what looks like 2 pcs of white styrofoam floating on surface. Below this trash was a huge gob of hair and other trash. Big as a big man’s fist. Obvious no attn to it inna long time. 3 or 4 shots of inside shiny elevator doors showing years of wear. Shown as 4 star Windham. It is badly in need of updates. Lots of wear and tear. I think Windham should be ashamed to call this property theirs.

Sam was incredibly nice and helpful. We had booked 4 rooms for a total of nights for a group of 14 people. It was apparent that the property needed some work and maintenance done and to be fair there were a few workers present at the time of our stay. However the place lacked attention to detail when it came to basic amenities. 2 of our rooms didn’t have a coffee machine, one of them had a broken hair dryer and remote control. The biggest thing they need to change are their pool hours and the fact that neither it was mentioned in a follow up email after booking or at the time of check in is a huge inconvenience. Since it’s only open on weekends, I would think that is a crucial piece of information that needs to be disclosed prior to checking in. I’m sure that’s an easy fix to avoid future customer dissatisfaction.

Hotel was a great value for the price! Clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff! Waterfall shower was to die for! Only complaint was the pool closed at 9, so I wasn't able to use it.

Hotel was very nice, clean and modernize with 3 fast charging USB ports next to the outlets. Rainfall shower and heatable mirror was a nice touch as well. The slide for the pool was not working during our 4 night stay which was disappointing to the kids. And there was some noises which we assume was from the ongoing renovations. Overall a nice place which we hope to visit again when the Reno's are completed or at least the slide is working.

The room AC is set only to be functional if someone is in the room, and it didn’t work well when it ran. The hotel was not very clean, and it was in a state of disrepair. Numerous examples of hallway and elevator area items that were damaged. For your website to designate this hotel as a 4 star hotel - quite frankly is not only inaccurate but misleading.

We checked into the hotel around 7:30 pm parking was atrocious and hard to find but we finally found a spot. After driving 7.5 hours we were ready to get ourselves and our belongings into the room. The staff member at the check in counter was unpleasant but the interaction was short. We were handed the key card and headed to our room only to walk in and be DISGUSTED!! We originally thought they had placed us in an occupied room but shortly realized it had been a room that was not cleaned after the last person checked out . Used towels on the floor garbage bags full of trash , unmade slept in beds with dirty sheets, trash and half full coffee cups on the counter. I get mistakes happen but I was extremely disappointed and turned off from this hotel after walking in that room seeing as we check in late in the evening there was more then enough time for house keeping to tend to the room before we checked in. We then made our way back to the lobby where the desk attendant seemed slightly more pleasant and apologetic, which I do appreciate they assigned us a new room right next to the other one which was clean and upkeep but I still couldn’t shake the feeling and was constantly checking in the room to make sure I wasn’t sleeping on dirty sheets or anything of the sort. The hotel would’ve had a better reading if I didn’t walk into that madness, but maybe a three star. walls are thin and you can definitely hear your neighbours in the other room and people in the hallway

The common areas are very nice though our room was not. There were large stains on the carpet, the toilet leaked water on the floor so we had to put a towel down, also the toilet didn’t flush properly. We stayed for 2 nights and the last morning I went to have a shower and there was no hot water. I informed the front desk and by the time the maintenance guy arrived the hot water was working again. To their defence the hotel has been renovating the rooms one floor at a time and I guess we ended up with a run down room unfortunately.

7th floor with king size bed, really nice and clean room, everything lookes like newly renovated with updated elegant showers and modernized light fixtures from mirrors to sink, only thing is we can hear people from hallways, doesnt seems like sound proof as what they says on their descriptions, but other than that it was a nice overnight stay.

Room was clean and fine. Bathroom definitely needs some upgrades as the sink was cracked and the tub had multiple scratches and areas damaged. Air conditioning was noisy but turning it off worked fine for us.

The room was clean, spotless, staff very courteous. Unfortunately the rooms are very noisy. I heard the next door neighbor through the fan/vent in the bathroom as if they were directly in my room. The noise insulation is of very poor quality between the rooms.

The staff was super nice and the waterslide made our stay so fun! It was no less than 75 in the room so that was horrible. I’m not sure what’s wrong with the system but even changing rooms didn’t make the temperature go down. The staff were so nice and got us a fan, but because it was so hot I don’t think I would stay again. I hate that because the slide is awesome!

Updated hotel but issues with checking in. Went to check into assigned room, door was not closed, tv was on, it was apparent someone had been using the room. Also found a pocket knife on the table. Had to go back down to front desk to change rooms. Upon entering new room, no extra linens for the pull out sofa. Had to go back down to the front desk since the telephone in the room does not work. Then had to wait over an hour for the linens so our son could go to sleep. front desk to change rooms.

There was a loud couple next to our room (if you know what I mean) who woke us up both mornings we were there, with their fun. I was also double charged for our booking and when I spoke to staff about it they said I’d just have to wait 3-5 business days for the money to re enter my account, which is ridiculous considering it was their mistake. Other than that the staff was kind and helpful.

We checked into the hotel around 7:30 pm parking was atrocious and hard to find but we finally found a spot. After driving 7.5 hours we were ready to get ourselves and our belongings into the room. The staff member at the check in counter was unpleasant but the interaction was short. We were handed the key card and headed to our room only to walk in and be DISGUSTED!! We originally thought they had placed us in an occupied room but shortly realized it had been a room that was not cleaned after the last person checked out . Used towels on the floor garbage bags full of trash , unmade slept in beds with dirty sheets, trash and half full coffee cups on the counter. I get mistakes happen but I was extremely disappointed and turned off from this hotel after walking in that room seeing as we check in late in the evening there was more then enough time for house keeping to tend to the room before we checked in. We then made our way back to the lobby where the desk attendant seemed slightly more pleasant and apologetic, which I do appreciate they assigned us a new room right next to the other one which was clean and upkeep but I still couldn’t shake the feeling and was constantly checking in the room to make sure I wasn’t sleeping on dirty sheets or anything of the sort. The hotel would’ve had a better reading if I didn’t walk into that madness, but maybe a three star. walls are thin and you can definitely hear your neighbours in the other room and people in the hallway

100% didn't go well... From the shuttle to the reception at the hotel it was negative comments and behavior. The driver of the shuttle was criticizing the poor state of communication between hotel and them, criticizing the constant unfinished works on the road, the detours, etc... He spent more than 10 minutes arguying with the staff on the road because he couldn't pass directly to the hotel that was like 300 meters ahead. He found the detour disturbing and a waste of time... He certainly wasted my time and we would have gotten to the hotel sooner if he just took the detour and go straight to the hotel. This arguying was annoying and I find disrespectfull to us clients. At the hotel, the girl at the reception was negative, no smile and not effective. No human interaction, just minimal fonctionnality and necessary services. So very unpleasant wecome. THE ROOM, was perfect. Everything is new, comfortable et clean. Good sound proof, new technology for plugging our devices, great mirror with integrated light and magnified spot. Also new linens and towels. I would say that UNFORTUNATELY, if they don't improve their maintenance routine, the quality of the amenities will rapidly deteriorate. So go this year if you don't mind the staff... the rest is perfectly enjoyable for a good rest at a very reasonable price for the location. But I'm guessing that within 2 years so 2028, even that will no longer apply.

Location is a little bit to be desired as it’s in a warehouse district near the airport, but there is a bus stop outside the hotel that will take you to two metro stations. The property is old. It looks like it was an old Crown Plaza that was recently purchased by Wyndham and is going through repairs.

Good place to stay near, though not right at, the airport. Shuttle available. Worked for me and was good value. Hotel looked mostly in good shape, the room was a good size, clean, comfy beds. I didn’t use any facilities so I can’t comment on them. No complaints from me.

I liked ease of parking, good WIFI and fast access to major highways. Cleanliness was as I would expect for the star rating. On the flip side, I heard noises from other rooms and hallway early morning plus folks hanging in front of the building. Still safe but not desirable.

Prior to making a reservation, I called to inquire if there was any planned maintenance for the pool because honestly, it was the only reason I chose this hotel. The person I spoke to was very rude and seemed to think I was an idiot for asking, claiming it was a month away so how could he know. I reluctantly went ahead with the reservation. The check in was nice and the lady at the front desk was most helpful. She gave me the pool hours and that towels were available at the pool. The first afternoon was great and we were alone in the pool. It was nice and clean and the kids loved the slide. We went back after dinner. It was pretty busy. The following morning, we waited until 9am as this was opening hours. There were no signs anywhere. But the water in the slide was turned off and there were hoses in the pool. So the kids started swimming. A gentleman from the hotel came to see me to say he was doing maintenance and asked me to come back at noon! He said he might have to put chemicals in. I explained that check out was at noon. We were there for one night and it was the whole purpose of the trip. He was very sympathetic and turned the water back on in the slides. Within minutes, several families arrived. I totally understand the need for maintenance but you don’t do it and turn away guests on a Saturday morning. The restaurant was ok but very expensive. Room was so warm, water accumulated in the window sill. Won’t be back. Kids loved it.
