Room was not clean. Rat/mouse droppings on hvac unit, floor was not vacuumed with potato chip crumbs in various spots, and bathroom has hairs all over floor and bathtub. Outside of hotel the trash cans were overflowing and it stunk. Very disappointing.

Nice hotel, staff was very polite. The bar is lacking kind of part of the lobby. Besides that room was fine. One elevator was not working, but those things happen. Great location lots of stores and food near by.
