Excellent property, staff were fantastic, very close to Marine Drive and property is in excellent condition. I booked through Hotels and my name was appearing different in their system. They promised to correct the name in the account after giving my ID card and never done so.

Lovely hotel located bang on Marine Drive ernakulam and one can see the backwaters which looks like the ocean view from the rooms.. very reasonable price for Taj hospitality.. super value for money hotel

I have stayed there many times over the years. They have improved the rooms a great deal. Only complaint is the restaurent where the staff seem a bit disorganized
