4* hotel I would not stay here again. This is not a 4* hotel. Can get better 2* hotels. Too many issues! When you book a 4* hotel there are certain minimum standards of service that you expect. However, to deliver that service you need to have enough of the right people. This hotel has insufficient staff. Most of the staff that were there have had little or no hospitality training. We booked 3 nights here with the spa and treatments being a key attraction. Upon checking in we were told the spa is shut - without further explanation. Boom! Take that! A new reception staff member behind the desk just stared at us. No smile. No ola. No 'someone will be with you'. Nothing. In the wrong profession. A 4 star hotel will normally have a general manager (GM) with an eye for detail, but there is clearly not one operating here. Faulty Towers. Flaws everywhere. No operations managers , no department heads - no one is in charge here. Was not all bad. Hotel located in a peaceful area. The bed was comfortable. There is parking. 2 tennis courts. Standard of food - including breakfast - good. Gym was adequately equipped. Pool area was calm - until noisy leaf blower man made one of his very unwelcome and untimely visits. One member of staff called Belen was great. But she needs more help. More people. Trained people. Poor Belen. When waiter Inniesta dropped a large glass bottle his co-waiter laughed. Really enjoyed the stay, staff were great, food was good as well. I would recommend this hotel, it away from all the coastal tourists spots.

What a fantastic place. Somewhere to relax, eat well and recover. Great service at all stages. A modest menu choice wise but excellent in quality, locally sourced products full of flavour. A family run hotel and it shows. The whole ambiance is spot on. A place for the summer, nice pool and gardens with patios to sit out on and enjoy food and wine. For winter I spotted a fab lounge with a big working fireplace. Rooms are light, airy and very comfortable. Small terrace to sit outside.
