The period I booked my business stay at Royal Park Hotel at UNITEN was Ramadan period. It could be a super low peak season for hotel and there were very few people get breakfast service. I can understand that dish choices were limited due to lesser customer. However, the vege served was sour which made me think that how long could the vege be stored in the kitchen and served customer. The peanut and ikan bilis served with nasi lemak were very bad standard too. The room stay was fairly acceptable (Some things are spoilt and not repaired but I did not use them so it is fine to me) but breakfast was terrible.

The best stay that I have had in Malaysia. I stayed in a few hotels but this establishment was the best. From being very peaceful and serene to the amazing hospitality of all the staff I truly felt the most relaxed here. The staff go that extra mile and more to make you comfortable. They took time out to drive me to a medical facility when I was unwell due to my medical conditions. No other establishment would do that. I was treated with care and respect for the entirety of my stay and I also made a few friends for life here. I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone. You will not regret it. It has great facilities and the WiFi was amazing. The food was world class with a buffet offering local and international cuisines to tingle the taste buds. I am already planning a return trip with my family very soon. Keep up the good work everyone at team Royal Park Hotel UNITEN.
