Stunning apartment in Rapallo GE with swimming pool

Stay somewhere else if you can. Never received accurate directions or check in instructions, and address link was not accurate. I spent a lot of time trying to navigate how to find and who to call. Total mess checking in for we were surprised that we had to pay extra, in cash, for electricity, bed sheets, and towels per day. Didn’t have 188 in cash on me at check-in so the gal who didn’t speak any English informed through a translation app that they would hold our passports until we paid. NOT. Then Then you have to make your own bed up. Room smelled like mold, no garbage cans in bathrooms, AC in one of the rooms were broken, and hosts don’t speak any English although listing says they do. There are warnings in the unit about legal penalties if you use too much electricity yet you just paid for it. Says AC can’t be any colder than 26C, so basically you can’t run it. Listing also says parking available, not so. You’ll park on the street way down the hill if you can find a spot and carry your luggage up a huge hill. Administration of this listing and unit is really bad. Novasol and VRBO were very slow and not helpful and host doesn’t speak English. Heard same experience from others staying at this spot. Positive note: great view, pool was nice but recliners broken and town of rapallo was nice. Don’t eat at the sushi restaurants. Lol.

Great pool and outdoor area for relaxing and sunbathing.It was too hot to use the balcony when we were there, but it was a good size and had chairs/table and parasolShort walk to the beach and town. Good leg exercise getting back up again.Two of the air-conditioning units were a little old and rattled a bit and certainly didn't get to the temperatures stated, but the third was new and efficient.
