Recomiendo ampliamente el hotel, las habitaciones están muy limpias, todo en excelentes condiciones, se respira tranquilidad y buena vibra el personal es muy amable y servicial cuando vez el hotel se te hace diferente a las grandes cadenas hoteleras, pero no te dejes guiar por eso, dale la oportunidad no te vas arrepentir está a pie playa, hay tiendas como la comer y Chedraui muy cerca para ir a comer, vale la pena llegar a ese hotel, ya que en los cabos hay muchas actividades fuera de los propios hoteles. Básicamente un café en la mañana y te vas a explorar.

Vue magnifique depuis la chambre. Le sentiment d’avoir la plage et l’océan pour soi. Quel bonheur de s’endormir et se réveiller avec le bruit des vagues. Excellent séjour au Cabo Break, la piscine de l’hôtel est très agréable si vous ne souhaitez pas aller sur la plage ou vous baigner, car il y a pas mal de vagues donc plage plutôt adaptée pour le surf. En revanche, la musique du restaurant en dessous pourrait être un peu moins forte :)

Overall, very satisfied! View to ocean, clean, very polite and informative staff, safe, quiet, clean, no hidden costs, provided all we need to go to the lovely beach adjacent to the hotel, excellent hotel to out of the crowd and relax. The only thing that my wife and I didn't like was that the access to the beach was locked 6 out of the 7 days we stayed there. We always had to go through adjacent restaurant to go to the beach, and we love to spend time walking along the beaches. We are planning to go back soon to the same location; we very much appreciate what they did for us

Nice, new place. Beach is more of a surfing beach and not really fit for swimming but it's beautiful. We were there in August which was very hot so we were glad for the nice restaurant (Cabo Pescadito) on the first floor.

There was no outside sign indicating where the property was, we circled many times looking for the property. The restaurant was out of very many items at lunch and dinner, we ended up going to the grocery store and McDonald’s…. Parking is very limited and we didn’t find there were things there for us to do. Staff was very nice and room was beautiful.

Best hotel stay! Gorgeous views, beautifully decorated room, luxury products, rain shower with window looking out on Sea of Cortez, comfortable bed with premium linens, balcony with chairs for watching sunrise, hear the waves at night, perfect sized plunge pool and chaise area with umbrellas to watch the surf, super friendly and accommodating staff, attached restaurant is 5 star, chef is fantastic, amazing vegan options, great music, steps from surf and board rentals, Zippers restaurant next door, beach walk for miles. Corner store at street for picking up water and drinks for room. Well priced hotel and won’t last long! Brand new, loved it and can’t wait to go back.

We had one of the deluxe ocean view rooms which meant we had a huge room with the most amazing view of the ocean. We watched whales and rays from a wonderful huge balcony. The hotel is right on the beach. The room was wonderful, spacious and comfy. The staff were so helpful and sweet. There are two restaurants very close, both good. A small convenience store for water, beer, etc. 1 minute away. You can walk for 15 - 20 minutes along the beach to get to a grocery store, Starbucks, other restaurants. Ubers easy to get if you want to grab an Uber anytime.

Excellent modern Hotel condition. Great staff and very good location if you want to stay on the beach. very nice restaurant with reasonable prices adjacent to the lobby. Make sure you rent a car if you ar planning trips to los cabos or san jose. very chill place to relax and enjoy costa azul and the surf breaks out front. highly recommend it.

One of the best rooms and locations in the Cabo Corridor. Amazing surf breaks @ your doorstep and a Kool vibe. The Staff were very attentive and the food was great. A little slice of Heaven. No need to pack boards - rental shop 20 meters away. Book It! Mickey

Lo que me gustó es:La propiedad está muy bonita las vistas son hermosas los cuartos tienen mucho espacio el personal es amable (pero batallas para que hablar con ellos) Lo que no me gustó es que en el cuarto #33 cada vez que le bajas al baño huele horrible a drenaje y el olor dura mucho tiempo, no hay televisión en el cuarto solo en la salita, todo lo que está en el cuarto de snacks te lo venden.

This Hotel was amazing. Very clean and had everything we needed. Literally right on the beach. Closer to the water than any other hotel in the area. We booked the Deluxe Suite and it was worth every penny. Full view of the ocean and you can’t beat listening to the waves at night. Hanging out on the spacious deck was a highlight. The Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made sure to always ask if we needed anything and suggested transportation and food options. They made us feel very welcome. Theres a restaurant/bar down stairs that’s not affiliated with the Hotel that was quite good with a very accommodating staff as well. The Hotel is away from the main parts of San Jose but that’s what we wanted and an uber was only about $3-$5 to the main areas. We will definitely stay here again and will most definitely recommend this Hotel to everyone! Thank you for everything!

This was a beautiful property. It’s new and there are a few things that they are working out. We lost water while I was mid shower. It was not fixed for almost 40 minutes. Also, I spilled coffee on the duvet because there were no coffee cups in the room and the glass I used was hot. They wanted to charge me for a new duvet. There is limited time when the front desk staff is available and we needed to wait before we could check out because they sent someone to check our room before we were checked out. If we had an early morning flight this would’ve been a huge issue.

The hotel is new and everything looks great and the room was spotless. The staff went above and beyond no matter what I was looking for. They always made you feel welcome and appreciated. The restaurants attached are great and the food was delicious. Beatriz at the front desk was very helpful in making arrangements for transportation to making appointments for massages and anything else I may have needed. I felt that I was important to them as a patron and you don’t always get that. I would recommend this place to everyone and will definitely stay here every time I return.

Beautiful location right on the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice but only had a couch in the living area. There was no coffee table or end tables to set anything so we brought small table and chairs in from the balcony. There was a fair amount of street noise and on the weekends large empty lot next door becomes a local partying area. Vans with large speakers blasted music and the police came on one of the evenings. Too bad because this ws otherwise a very nice stay.

Absolutely LOVED the penthouse room! It was very clean, very spacious, modern, provided everything we needed, comfortable bed, and had the biggest windows and balcony with the most AMAZING views! The balcony literally hangs right over the ocean..we enjoyed laying in the comfortable lounge chairs just taking it all in! We also loved the convenience of having restaurants right at the hotel on the beach and the food was soo good! Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Will def be staying here again in the future!

I really wanted to love this place. While the location is amazing - the music from the beach car park and restaurant across the highway made it impossible to sleep before 2am. I’d asked for a room change at 8pm as the music started ramping up - but was denied. I was finally given a quieter room at 1215am. The final straw was having staff barge into my room from 2 sets of doors at 730am as the manager hadn’t let them know of the room change. Disappointing

What a truly fantastic hotel! We stayed in room 42, which is a larger room with views on three sides. One of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve stayed ever stayed in. Absolutely gorgeous views. The staff was wonderful. Big thank you to Beatrize, Juan and Alejandro!

Best hotel stay! Gorgeous views, beautifully decorated room, luxury products, rain shower with window looking out on Sea of Cortez, comfortable bed with premium linens, balcony with chairs for watching sunrise, hear the waves at night, perfect sized plunge pool and chaise area with umbrellas to watch the surf, super friendly and accommodating staff, attached restaurant is 5 star, chef is fantastic, amazing vegan options, great music, steps from surf and board rentals, Zippers restaurant next door, beach walk for miles. Corner store at street for picking up water and drinks for room. Well priced hotel and won’t last long! Brand new, loved it and can’t wait to go back.

We had one of the deluxe ocean view rooms which meant we had a huge room with the most amazing view of the ocean. We watched whales and rays from a wonderful huge balcony. The hotel is right on the beach. The room was wonderful, spacious and comfy. The staff were so helpful and sweet. There are two restaurants very close, both good. A small convenience store for water, beer, etc. 1 minute away. You can walk for 15 - 20 minutes along the beach to get to a grocery store, Starbucks, other restaurants. Ubers easy to get if you want to grab an Uber anytime.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the Cabo Break Hotel! Our favorite place ever. We cannot say enough great things. We prefer small boutique hotels over big resorts. We loved our suite over looking the ocean. The staff could not of been better! Miss Betty is amazing. Highly recommended!!!!

This was beyond any doubt the worst, least friendly, poorest run hotel we have ever stayed at in Cabo, or just about anywhere else for that matter. The air conditioning was not functioning but the ac remote did change channels on the TV - at least that was amusing. By morning it sounded like parts were falling off internally. We told the clerk about the AC but he couldn't care less. We literally were the only guests in the hotel and he could have easily gotten us into a room with AC. It was 90 degrees that day and about that much humidity. My wife walked by an open utility closet and saw a fan. She asked if she could use it for 20 minutes as she was getting ready in the morning. The clerk said "no. It's being used..." it was unplugged and certainly not being used. There was much more that went wrong, but you can get the gist that this is not a place we would recommend to our worst enemy.

I really wanted to love this place. While the location is amazing - the music from the beach car park and restaurant across the highway made it impossible to sleep before 2am. I’d asked for a room change at 8pm as the music started ramping up - but was denied. I was finally given a quieter room at 1215am. The final straw was having staff barge into my room from 2 sets of doors at 730am as the manager hadn’t let them know of the room change. Disappointing

This Hotel was amazing. Very clean and had everything we needed. Literally right on the beach. Closer to the water than any other hotel in the area. We booked the Deluxe Suite and it was worth every penny. Full view of the ocean and you can’t beat listening to the waves at night. Hanging out on the spacious deck was a highlight. The Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made sure to always ask if we needed anything and suggested transportation and food options. They made us feel very welcome. Theres a restaurant/bar down stairs that’s not affiliated with the Hotel that was quite good with a very accommodating staff as well. The Hotel is away from the main parts of San Jose but that’s what we wanted and an uber was only about $3-$5 to the main areas. We will definitely stay here again and will most definitely recommend this Hotel to everyone! Thank you for everything!

This was a beautiful property. It’s new and there are a few things that they are working out. We lost water while I was mid shower. It was not fixed for almost 40 minutes. Also, I spilled coffee on the duvet because there were no coffee cups in the room and the glass I used was hot. They wanted to charge me for a new duvet. There is limited time when the front desk staff is available and we needed to wait before we could check out because they sent someone to check our room before we were checked out. If we had an early morning flight this would’ve been a huge issue.

I thoroughly enjoyed my January stay at Cabo Break Hotel. It’s a perfect place for a solo or couple’s chill Cabo getaway right on the water. The ocean view and sound from my room was unbeatable, the hotel is modern and clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Delicious comidas y bebidas at Pescadito Break restaurant on the hotel property and Zippers next door. 20-25 minute drive to the airport and to Cabo San Lucas downtown/marina area. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to return regularly! Gracias para todo!

The hotel is new and everything looks great and the room was spotless. The staff went above and beyond no matter what I was looking for. They always made you feel welcome and appreciated. The restaurants attached are great and the food was delicious. Beatriz at the front desk was very helpful in making arrangements for transportation to making appointments for massages and anything else I may have needed. I felt that I was important to them as a patron and you don’t always get that. I would recommend this place to everyone and will definitely stay here every time I return.

Beautiful views of ocean, numerous whale sightings for far less costs than the large resort hotels. It is located at a very nice surfing area with surf equipment and beginner training. There are two very good restaurants next door. Not much else within walking distance but Uber works well and is very reasonable so you can get to virtually any attraction. On the weekend there was very loud music that lasted until 10pm. but then it was quiet.

Recomiendo ampliamente el hotel, las habitaciones están muy limpias, todo en excelentes condiciones, se respira tranquilidad y buena vibra el personal es muy amable y servicial cuando vez el hotel se te hace diferente a las grandes cadenas hoteleras, pero no te dejes guiar por eso, dale la oportunidad no te vas arrepentir está a pie playa, hay tiendas como la comer y Chedraui muy cerca para ir a comer, vale la pena llegar a ese hotel, ya que en los cabos hay muchas actividades fuera de los propios hoteles. Básicamente un café en la mañana y te vas a explorar.

There was no outside sign indicating where the property was, we circled many times looking for the property. The restaurant was out of very many items at lunch and dinner, we ended up going to the grocery store and McDonald’s…. Parking is very limited and we didn’t find there were things there for us to do. Staff was very nice and room was beautiful.

I didn't like that we passed the place a few times because it had no name outside. So hard to find! No clear directions either. The hygiene products provided were super cheap and not enough for a couple like my husband and I. Other than that, staff was super friendly, the restaurant was delicious, room was very clean!

Very nice place. Right off the beach. A few restaurants are next to the hotel at walking distance. Staff was attentive. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent modern Hotel condition. Great staff and very good location if you want to stay on the beach. very nice restaurant with reasonable prices adjacent to the lobby. Make sure you rent a car if you ar planning trips to los cabos or san jose. very chill place to relax and enjoy costa azul and the surf breaks out front. highly recommend it.

This was an amazing property right on the beach, it was quite and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The only downside was that it wasn't super convenient. There were only 2 restaraunts nearby and they were a little pricey. The restaraunt right up against the hotel played techno all day and night, sometimes way too loud. We were given the name of a driver from the airport, hoping we could trust the hotel, the driver was great but WAY more than a small uber, which is all we needed. We walked 2.5 miles to town every day, but that isn't for everyone, I recommend renting a car if you stay here. It's right on the beach, we had spectacular sunrise and sunsets right from our room.

The small (11 room), new hotel is very clean and comfortable. We paid a little more for a spectacular 2nd floor oceanfront room, absolutely worth it! Staff is very friendly and helpful, with adequate English. We loved the attached (though unaffiliated) Pescadito Break restaurant. Wonderful breakfasts. Next to that, Zippers restaurant is a more typical, slightly louder beachside restaurant. Snorkeling beaches and other sights (San Jose, Cabo San Lucas) are all 10-20 minutes away. We Ubered easily, never waited more than 5 minutes for a car. A great spot.

The hotel is on the beach, yet when I went to the counter to report I was in the incorrect room, the employee looked at me like I was filthy for having sand on my feet. I had just come from the restaurant, which is directly behind the desk IN THe SAND. I got moved to another room before beong told I needed to pay more because my room has a couch. They are pressing me for $250 USD for a damn couch. My father had been having medical issues, so he was having prescriptions delivered. I was waiting downstairs and kept being approached about it. NO MEDICAL STAFF or equipment on hand. I did not even want to here any more, but my father was unable to transfer/relocate. Very uncomfortable stay. Restaurant was lower than sub par. Will never again stay here.

Theres a restaurant/bar down stairs that’s not affiliated with the Hotel that was quite good with a very accommodating staff as well. The Hotel is away from the main parts of San Jose but that’s what we wanted and an uber was only about $3-$5 to the main areas. We will definitely stay here again and will most definitely recommend this Hotel to everyone! Thank you for everything!
This Hotel was amazing. Very clean and had everything we needed. Literally right on the beach. Closer to the water than any other hotel in the area. We booked the Deluxe Suite and it was worth every penny. Full view of the ocean and you can’t beat listening to the waves at night. Hanging out on the spacious deck was a highlight. The Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made sure to always ask if we needed anything and suggested transportation and food options. They made us feel very welcome. Best hotel stay! Gorgeous views, beautifully decorated room, luxury products, rain shower with window looking out on Sea of Cortez, comfortable bed with premium linens, balcony with chairs for watching sunrise, hear the waves at night, perfect sized plunge pool and chaise area with umbrellas to watch the surf, super friendly and accommodating staff, attached restaurant is 5 star, chef is fantastic, amazing vegan options, great music, steps from surf and board rentals, Zippers restaurant next door, beach walk for miles. Corner store at street for picking up water and drinks for room. Well priced hotel and won’t last long! Brand new, loved it and can’t wait to go back.

This is a terrible experience. The pictures look nice, but the actual property is the complete opposite. The room they gave me was completely infested with ants, there were ants everywhere and they got into all my things in my luggage. When you ask them for a refund because the room that they put you in is completely infested with ants, they refuse to give the money back. Also, the restaurant they have downstairs is all full. The food is terrible, completely not worth the money. These people are just the greediest people I've ever seen, they make you never want to come back to cabos. The only thing good about their hotel is that it's it's right on top of the beach, but that is not enough to make up for how terrible the services and the cleanliness of the rooms is.

The location is beautiful. Specially suite looks right over the ocean. But for 300 plus dollars There is no service after 9 pm Staff is helpful during the day No one is around after 9-10 pm Amenities provided are extremely poor Only 2 bottles of water are provided Need to pay if you want extra Towels and bedding is clean but quality of soap, shampoo is awful I think it would be an amazing option if they improve the immeneties ! Not expecting resort but basic stuff should be of high quality Stay for the view if you want to Rest bring your own stuff !

Beautiful hotel right on the beach in SAN Jose Del Cabo. My wife and I stayed in the penthouse suite which was amazing with beautiful views, comfy king sized bed and a huge balcony with jacuzzi tub. Only complaint if you’re driving, their parking lot is quite small and there was no signage on the street which made finding it a little confusing. Other than that will definitely stay there next time we’re in town.

The hotel is how Cabo was a few years back. Laid back and informal. It’s a great place with excellent food. I would suggest: Food was very slow to table. To sign the restaurant tab to the hotel bill. Add an AC area where the surf boards are located enclose Wasted space. Definitely worth every dollar. Congrats.
