No coffee maker in room. Felt like I was going to fall through the bed. Always had to use keycard to get through front doors, even normal hours. Staff wasn't present at front desk 4 / 5 tine I walked by. Saw a roach on wall next to room's door on my way out

Great brand new hotel! I think we were the first ones to ever sleep in our room. It was very clean with modern decor, new appliances and very nice bathroom/shower. Nice little fitness center, high-tech vending machines with a huge variety of food. Staff was so kind and very knowledgeable of the property and nearby stores and dining. Highly recommend.

The hotel had only been opened two weeks and the elevator was out of order. There was no ice machine, only ice cube trays in the fridge. Luckily I was able to snag an almost full bag of ice from another room that housekeeping was about to throw out. It took me 5 minutes to figure out how to turn the shower on. Way too complicated. It was a nice hotel and the price was right, but they nead to tweak a few things.

New property so very fresh and bright. It caters to long term stays so no breakfast and house keeping or new towels have a fee. Lots of work trucks in the parking lot but plenty of open spots. The EV vehicle charging spots were frequently taken by non EV vehicles. I was able use the charger one of the 3 days of my stay. Was a good value at $80 a night.

I stay here like once a week with my dog. The rooms are always nice & clean. It’s pretty quiet. No breakfast but there’s plenty of places within minutes. For the price, it’s totally fine. The drinks in the vending machine are a little overpriced, that’s my only negative.

This is the one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The fire alarm would go off at random times in the middle of the night for multiple nights and the staff would not let any one know anything about what was happening. Any door but the front door worked properly so people had to wedge something to keep the door open because your hotel card would not open. There would be cars blasting music late into the night with drug deals going on in the parking lot. I could never take a warm shower the water was always cold and shower door leaked water onto the bathroom floor so your floor would be completely covered in water.

New property, great condition, very clean, nice exercise room. Very low price- in turn no frills ie. no breakfast, coffee- which I like. I always bring my own and have been looking for a great place like this without frills that I’d rather not pay for. Shakira at check in was great.

The floors were very dirty and needed to be swept. We had to rinse out the hair in the sink and shower before we could use them. The sink faucet was not attached to the countertop so it moved everywhere and made a mess. Our toilet wouldn't flush in our room so we went downstairs to the main bathroom and it wouldn't flush either. Just not a good experience!

I enjoyed my stay. Staff was very personable and friendly. I had no issues during my stay. All members at the front desk were friendly. Cleaning and maintenance staff seemed to always be working to maintain a clean hotel. Was quiet and convenient to local shopping areas.

The property overall is a great value - comfy, clean room for a good price. I only stayed one night but can see how it would be very convenient for a longer stay (stove, full size fridge, microwave, etc.). If you're a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider though. The walls are pretty thin so I could hear my neighbor "entertaining" at 2am and the windows don't do much to block outside noise. Or else, bring earplugs.

Echo Suites was fabulous. New property, well taken care of, office staff was excellent, clerk recommended an eating place called Beacon which was on Food Network. We would’ve never found it without her.

This is my first time here and the experience was bad. I came to check inn and the guy at the front desk had his AirPods in the whole time and there was no professionalism or hospitality. I then asked if y'all had any cutlery for us to eat and he stated we would have to pay for it. So we just went to what we thought was our room (124) and someone was already in there. I went to the front desk and he gave us another room (135) and it was occupied as well. Finally we got out in room 107 (by now my food is cold). We go ask if they had ice and were told no. I'm just so upset about this visit.

I booked a stay at ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Spartanburg through Expedia. Upon arrival, the hotel asked for another credit card to put a one-dollar deposit on, so I gave them a different credit card than the one I used through Expedia. Later that night, I noticed I was charged a second time for the room I had already paid for. When I spoke to the manager the next morning, she gave me an explanation that didn’t make much sense but assured me she would contact Expedia and resolve the issue. Despite this, I was charged two more times by the hotel for the same room, totaling four charges. After several phone calls, they refunded a couple of the charges but left two, meaning I was still charged twice. I made five phone calls to the hotel and contacted Expedia several times to finally resolve the issue. The hotel was unhelpful and failed to fix the problem despite promising to take care of it and call me back, which they never did. This experience wasted a lot of time and was very frustrating.

I arrived about 30 minutes prior to the check-in time so I was prepared for them not having the room ready, but I thought I would just check. I was told I was in luck because the room was ready and they could start the check-in process but they wouldn’t give me a key until 4pm. So I checked-in and then was made to sit in the lobby until 4pm. Seemed a little silly since they told me my room was ready The room had also been prepaid by my company. They did take a card to “charge it for $1” - assuming for incidentals. Of course they charged my card for the room rate. When I asked about it the front desk couldn’t help me but said a manager would look into it. So right now I am waiting to get the money refunded. Also this is the only extended stay hotel that I have used that doesn’t have basic kitchen utensils. You can rent them but nothing is provided. It seems to be their policy but I find that a little weird and a bit of a money grab. While the room was clean and the room rate was good the hassles that I had to deal with make it easy to say I wouldn’t use the ECHO brand hotel again

We were told that they had recently held their grand opening this past week. We loved the newness and layout of the rooms and public areas. The staff at the front desk when we checked in was superb! We were told that they had recently held their grand opening this past week. We loved the newness and layout of the rooms and public areas. The staff at the front desk when we checked in was superb! After a long drive and an early morning arrival at the hotel I come to find out that they gave my room away canceled my two night reservation. Then refused to refund me or give me a room. Expedia was no help in resolving the issue. I suggest staying elsewhere and looking into an alternative service to book your rooms.

I enjoyed my stay. Staff was very personable and friendly. I had no issues during my stay. All members at the front desk were friendly. Cleaning and maintenance staff seemed to always be working to maintain a clean hotel. Was quiet and convenient to local shopping areas.

Location was fine, and facility was clean. However, the entrance doors are a disadvantage, when loading and unloading. The carts also weren't very effective, especially when pushing with pull open doors. Waited nearly 25 minutes to greet receptionist who was away fixing a tv upstairs. Even a new employee that started that night had to wait. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Missing toilet paper holder, and lavatory sink faucet was very loose.

Pros: The property was clean and updated. The area was a great location with lots of food and shopping. Cons: A fight in the hallway involving a group of people with lots of screaming and shoving was brushed off as nothing by the staff and made it so I didn't feel safe to leave my room for the remainder of the evening. I was also expected to check out and return the hair dryer each day of my visit. Seems silly I couldn't just keep it in my room for the couple days I was there.

I stay here like once a week with my dog. The rooms are always nice & clean. It’s pretty quiet. No breakfast but there’s plenty of places within minutes. For the price, it’s totally fine. The drinks in the vending machine are a little overpriced, that’s my only negative.

This is the one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The fire alarm would go off at random times in the middle of the night for multiple nights and the staff would not let any one know anything about what was happening. Any door but the front door worked properly so people had to wedge something to keep the door open because your hotel card would not open. There would be cars blasting music late into the night with drug deals going on in the parking lot. I could never take a warm shower the water was always cold and shower door leaked water onto the bathroom floor so your floor would be completely covered in water.

My partner and I travel a good bit but never stayed at a place like this one. I guess I should have looked at the reviews better before booking. It has nothing you would need while there. While it may have a stove and refrigerator, there's no pots, pans, eating utensils, or coffee maker. Nothing you would normally have anywhere else. They gave us 2 towels and when we needed an extra we was told that they had none clean. Its not in a safe area. We noticed what looked to be drug activity. The room across from us had a lot of activities and they were in the halls and seemed to be having a party or get together at 4 a.m. needless to say we got no sleep. The bed was super hard, the pillows are awful and the sheets had stains. It wasn't a good experience and will not be going back there.

The property overall is a great value - comfy, clean room for a good price. I only stayed one night but can see how it would be very convenient for a longer stay (stove, full size fridge, microwave, etc.). If you're a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider though. The walls are pretty thin so I could hear my neighbor "entertaining" at 2am and the windows don't do much to block outside noise. Or else, bring earplugs.

We missed that extended stay meant no coffee maker in the room, and no breakfast of any kind, including coffee. There is a kitchenette, but the drawers and cupboards are completely empty, so guests must supply their own cooking and eating ware. There are no restaurants in walking distance. We ended up driving to Olive Garden, and for breakfast we drove across the freeway to IHOP. We were confused about how to get on the wifi, as to select the free signal you must click on a button that says "Purchase". No instructions were supplied. To get help at the desk I needed to wait about 15 minutes in line. Staff were friendly, but not especially helpful the first time around.

No coffee maker in room. Felt like I was going to fall through the bed. Always had to use keycard to get through front doors, even normal hours. Staff wasn't present at front desk 4 / 5 tine I walked by. Saw a roach on wall next to room's door on my way out

Could be nice, but cutting too many corners. NO chairs behind front desk (so staff was never at front desk. (Check in showed up immediately, but check out never appeared so just left key on counter.) NO hotel breakfast. So we brought milk and cereal. Extended stay room with like new kitchen and appliances, but NO dishes, glasses or silverware. (Ever try eating cereal with no bowl or spoon?) Finally, there was NO coffee in room or even lobby. That was my deal-breaker, so I would not recomend this hotel or stay here again. I fear management's efforts to save money will backfire by resulting in lost repeat guests.

The room was clean and in good condition. Early check-in resulted in being charged twice for the deposit. There was no roll-away bed as advertised. You will need to bring your own coffee maker, cooking utensils, and dinnerware for extended stay.

I booked this hotel as there was a kitchenette with a stove so that I can cook a few meals. However, there is no pots, pan or utensils. Only option is to buy from reception for $50 each set. It doesn’t make sense to have a kitchen and not provide anything - people don’t travel with pots and pans. If management is reading this then please add basic requirements to make a meal in the kitchen.

The people that work there were nice the rooms were clean be prepared to bring your own stuff definitely if you want to use any of the fridge stove microwave there's no cups no plates no anything but my biggest complaint is as soon as you pass the desk and go into the second door the place stinks of marijuana just totally reeks the elevator reeks the floor we were on number two just totally reeks the whole place you walk out the back door it smells of marijuana it's so disgusting
