The air conditioner was just noisy but not doing its job. In the room sould be at least a glass of water or a mini bar?

The hotel was very clean and conveniently located close to the S-Bahn to the airport. Once in the hotel, the staff was very helpful. The kitchen staff was extremely friendly early in the morning. It was a great, great deal price-wise. However, we needed to communicate with the hotel about our unexpected late arrival. The fact that nobody responded to our Hotels.com messages or picked up the phone caused us a lot of stress. In addition, the A/C didn't work to our satisfaction and one bulb was missing in the lamp next to the beds.

Stayed 2 nights. First night, I had the key card to access the room. Somehow, someone was given the key to unlock the door and they did. Somebody at the reception desk made a mistake and gave him the wrong key. The room has a coffee maker in the room, but no cup, a sink in the sleeping area, but no water. Breakfast wasn't worth the price. Overall, it was clean, bed was comfortable. It's a new facility, so I guess there are some glitches to be expected. It's not far from the airport, and the price was right.

Preis-/Leistung passt total. Für uns war die Lage in Nähe zum Bahnhof optimal. Ruhige Lage und Garagenplätze verfügbar. Sigar mit Ladestationen. Einfahrt könnte für die/den einen oder anderen etwas eng sein. Zimmer soweit sauber. Frühstück ist ok und hat alles was man braucht. An unserem ersten Tag war einiger leer und wurde lange nicht aufgefüllt, der zweite Tag war aber alles ok. Wir würden wieder kommen.
