Lower floor rooms are not renovated. Very dated. One outlet on other side of room from bed. Smelly corridor. One elevator did not go to my floor. No working phone. Had to get maintenace to get me in my room because of dead battery on key card reader. Upper floor rooms were apparently much nicer. Great breakfast and nice view.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Personal durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist absolut top – zentral gelegen, mit vielen Geschäften in der Nähe und zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten, die bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit Restaurant und Bar, von der man einen fantastischen Blick auf die Akropolis hat – ein echtes Highlight am Abend, aber auch zum Frühstück am Morgen einfach perfekt! Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The front desk gentleman was exceptionally courteous and professional, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth and pleasant check-in experience. His outstanding customer service made me feel truly welcome and valued as a guest. The restaurant was equally impressive the staff provided impeccable and attentive service, making every meal a memorable experience. The lobby was elegant. The property was well maintained except for the lifts. It is centrally located in Athens. The staff at the front desk was amazing! Housekeeping was great. Nice hotel, well located. Near Metro, walking distance to Monastiraki/Psirri/Plaka areas, Syntagma, and others. Great breakfast buffet, nice rooftop bar/restaurant. Elevators are a little slow for the size of the hotel and number of guests. Rooms are clean and well appointed, but a little dated.

Elevators in a very bad condition that can be dangerous I was once stuck in one and reported it but judging from the sound coming from it the next day I don’t think it was fixed The staff some of them are not very friendly

I stayed for just four days, as I had important matters to attend to in Athens. The rooms are equipped with all necessary amenities like towels, bathrobes, and excellent toiletries, including shower gels, lotions, and other essentials for a comfortable short stay. The terrace, though wow! The view and the piano music were absolutely stunning 😍, instantly lifting your spirits. Last but not least, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and pleasant experience, especially since it was my first time in Greece. When I felt unwell, they upgraded me to a larger room at no extra cost, checked in on me to ensure I was okay, and even provided complimentary chamomile tea to soothe my stomach being unwell. It truly made a difference. Very kind and thoughtful thank you so much!

A nice hotel, but for its size, there really needs to be more lifts. We spent most of our time waiting for them! The breakfast is excellent, rooms comfortable & clean. Friendly staff. We only chose it because it was significantly less expensive than other hotels in the area, so good value for money too.

When you first walk into hotel it is very nice. I had a junior suite it was horrible. The carpets were old, stained and bubbled we kept tripping. There were dead bugs in the bathroom and the sheet were like sleeping on paper.

Whatever you do do not stay at this hotel the staff is horrible. The food is horrible. You can’t even get a coffee till past 10 AM and the rooms are full of cockroaches three different guest found the same issue.

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich schön und hat eine gute Lage. Man fühlt sich sicher. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist absolut reichhaltig. Die Betten sind für meinen Geschmack sehr gut. Deutlich verbesserungswürdig ist die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern. Der Fußboden wurde in 5 Tagen nie gesaugt. Daher war auch Lurch und Schmutz am Boden zu finden. Außerdem lässt sich die Lüftungsanlage nicht ganz abstellen und ist viel zu laut. Der Fernseher dreht sich automatisch bei jedem Betreten des Zimmers auf, was ziemlich nervig ist.

The hotel was nice but the cleanliness was average. Our room smelled awful but I think that has to do with the drains. It was very pungent. Housekeeping didn't replenish some items nor rinse our used mugs but I'm not that picky. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet tasty and plentiful. Dinning area was beautiful and just the view of the Acropolis was worth it.

Was a great location but for sure not worth the cost. It was an amazing lobby but the room was extremely dated. 2 twin beds, and as stated very dated. The breakfast on the roof is nice but the room was a major let down.

The value that you get is not proportional to the amount paid. Hotel is nice, service is ok, good breakfast. In general it is ok but the photos presented are taken with special lenses which give the appearance of a bigger room and once you arrive you are presented with a small bedroom and even smaller bathroom. Not impressed. Mattress and pillows sort of uncomfortable which was an issue during the night. The worse thing is the water pressure. It would take ages to properly shower.

I had a lovely stay in Athens at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, they made my birthday stay really special and when I had some health issues they were really accompanying and helpful. Views of the acropolis from the rooftop were beautiful and the rooms were spacious and clean. Would recommend.

15 minute walk to Syntagma square. I had concerns about safety in the area but no issues at all. Hotel is well kept, room was a bit small but had a nice upgrade to a balcony. AC was not working though and was blowing hot air so had to leave the balcony door open at night which was quite loud with the surrounding bars.

Reservamos una suite deluxe porque somos 4. Se compone de dos habitaciones muy espaciosas con dos camas dobles, un baño que podria ser mas grande y un balcon enorme con mesa y sillas. El desayuno buffet completo y de excelente calidad. Es la segunda vez que me alojo en este hotel. Lamentable no tenga piscina.

We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. This time around we did not have a good experience. We stayed for 5 nights and we were put in an inner handicapped accessible room which was not what we booked through Expedia. Housekeeping used very strong smelling cleaners which was terrible. I ordered a club sandwich from room service that had raw bacon. Room service also did not bother to pick up our plates. I had to bring it over to housekeeping which is unacceptable. The rooftop view is nice however the breakfast buffet has gone down in quality. They do not offer actual fresh squeezed orange juice anymore. The orange juice from the machine was watered down. I wanted an espresso and the coffee machine dispensed foam which was disappointing. The hotel is in a good location but there is need for improvement.

The staff at reception were very helpful and made everything happen for us. The 11th floor hospitality in the evening seemed understaffed and somewhat inflexible in what they could offer. This spilled over into room service which was very slow and then unskilled. Overall though, we felt comfortable and will certainly come back! Thank you!

The service at this hotel was outstanding! From the moment we arrived until we left. The speed of an extra blanket being delivered was the fastest room service Ive ever experienced. The breakfast buffet selection was huge with a mix of western and traditional greek breakfast foods. An excellent standard and food selection. With the rooftop view over breakfast and afternoon snacks of the acropolis making the hotel even better! We will definitely stay here again and the kindness and professionalism of all hotel staff members were one of the main highlights of our stay in Athens.

I have stayed here many times and each time the quality of stay has gown down further. The location is great as it is very close to the metro. Surrounding area is not ideal for a first time traveler though, specially at night. Breakfast is consistently good and rooftop views are amazing. It is not a 4 star hotel for sure, at best 2-3. Rooms are clean, bed not so comfortable. Dont expect to be pampered here, it is just a place to stay.

Recepção bonita. Mas, o atendimento do gerente no Check in foi péssima. Ficou irritado com a chegada de várias pessoas juntas e perguntou pq chegamos tão cedo. Informei que saímos de um cruzeiro e fez careta. Gritava c o senhor que ia guardar as malas até o horário de entrada no quarto em grego em tom de reclamação. Os demais da recepção eram simpáticos, Não gostei também do quarto que é muito simples para o preço. O café da manhã é realmente excelente. A localização não é ideal. Não fica perto de plaka ou psiry, regiões animadas da cidade. A noite fica escuro e não me Senti segura na região do hotel. Chuveiro molhava tudo no banheiro. Não voltaria.

It was clean, comfortable rooms and nice welcoming. Rooms are a little bit old but all works well. Its not that close to old town, but by walk you can reach everywhere and on your way to old town you pass by all amazing neighbourhoods so as if you are looking to live like athens its amazing location with hi secured zone. Price/performance is really good.

We had a superior room and the twin bed were old (even though room was refurbished)….it dies not match decor Also bath should have a wider screen IR be a shower only Staff/Service at breakfast was poor compared to previous stays (6 times previously). All other services were excellent

Very clean hotel. We loved our stay, the breakfast was great. Their rooftop restaurant is a must at night. We had outstanding service and our drinks were great. The pianoman was a nice surprise, he was really good. we really enjoyed our time and the view.
