Our apartment was perfect for helping us settle into Auckland. The bed was really spacious and very comfy, and the kitchen facilities were exactly what we needed. The washing machine was very useful too! We enjoyed using the gym downstairs, but the sauna and hot tub did not seem to be in use (perhaps they are sometimes though). The location was perfect, really central for just walking into the CBD. We really enjoyed our stay here!

This property appears to be a former run down apartment building where the previous residents had parties all the time. The elevators are the slowest in NZ, wait time can be as long as 10 minutes. The door jams all had serious damage and the bathroom was poorly lit and various repaired tiles in the shower that didn’t match. The carpet needed to be replaced and the furniture had stains all over them. Very dirty kitchen/laundry area with slim to no utensils. The staff was nice and the location is good…honesty that is all that is good. Wouldn’t recommend staying there to anyone.

Has a washer/dryer, kitchenette, better tv than other places I’ve been to. Comfy bed with warm blankets, good closet space. Shower has a great pressure and lovely smelling body wash. Spa and restaurant with Buffett, great dinner menu at a good price too. I had butter chicken for $16. Reasonable pricing compared to other hotels. Definitely my favourite place to stay.

Everything was great except the dodgy elevator that would work sometimes or not work and lock you in and turn out the lights. No reply when pushed the alarm button. They are in the process of upgrading them.

Incredibly pleasant reception staff. Clean tidy but compact rooms. Proximity was close to everywhere we wanted to walk. Not that we wanted to use them but sauna and spa didn’t look to be operating. Will stay again for short term visits to Auckland.

A really cool and convenient little apartment. Had everything we needed including a washer/dryer. Bedroom and living area decent sized but bathroom very small and compact. Still manageable. Doing maintenance on the lift so there would often be a wait to use it. Charged $35 for parking (which I knew about), except our car was parked opposite the driveway about 20m to the side of the hotel, not undercover, and when we checked out they just gave us the keys to get ourselves so not really sure what we paid for. Other than that, enjoyed the stay.

Dirty bed sheets, no house keeping for days until you ask. Reception had no knowledge of surroundings areas. Spa and sauna not working. We left our stuff at hotel and they didn’t find for us and most likely chucked in a bin. Our sheets were stained . Never recommend anyone for this hotel.

On arrival the staff were only interested in getting us checked in, only a number really and it wasn't as if they were busy! The room was sufficient for what we needed for 1 night stay, but as we opened the door to enter all we could smell was curry, it lingered the whole time of our stay. A crock roach ran across the bench but I wasn't quick enough to take a picture it went behind the fridge. Lucky I took my hair dryer as there wasn't one in the room. The bed was comfortable for one night stay. Air con was not working efficiently. The shower was very good, but sighted mould on the tiles. Wall had been painted but they "forgot" to take the TV down to paint behind the TV lol

The room was dirty. The first, the rubbish bin was on the toilet. Body wash was empty. Cup is not enough. Bed sheets were not clean. Finally I found a few cockroaches. I tried to change my room. But reception said today was fully booked so tomorrow is okay. But they didn’t do anything for us.

The room was dirty. In the wardrobe is a white pages from 2021 the plastic cover is falling apart. Bathroom was terrible. Soap dispenser had fallen of the wall and was just left on the side of the sink. Body wash empty. There was still tooth paste spit from last person. When I said something I was told , that is not that bad. They are fully booked and nothing could be done. And the woman was putting words in my mouth. I felt so disrespected. As a single woman travelling I was made feel very unwelcome.

While the location of the property was useful for us on a single night stop between flights, the quality was a let down. There were stains on the couch, stains on the carpet, stains on the headboard, stains on the curtains. There were no towels in the room, and a big bag of what looked like soiled linen sitting in front of one of the elevator doors on the 9th floor. The bed was comfortable, the included breakfast was good and the staff were friendly, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Hospitality was good room not so good Tolite seat would not stay up so i was having to hold for my son the room was smelly like never aired and dusty we all got sick. However they tried to accommodate us and gave us option of another room which was kind. Also a big black full rubbish bag was left by the lifs for like 24hours yuck was there when we arrived at 4pm and still there folowing afternoon. I told them.

The appartment was really roomy and perfect for us as family (5 person). We got a very nice room with a top view over the city and a little bit from the harbour. Location is perfect and a lot of places can be accessed by a short walk (10-20min).

This hotel was very central and easy to get around the CBD. Quite a spacious suite (with the kitchenette and dining area). However, it felt more 'old' in person, and the bathroom was claustrophobic. Overall enjoyed my stay, and good value for money

The WiFi was terrible. Room kitchen drawers were screwed. Air conditioning was sounding like generators. Bathroom exhaust was not working. On Expedia and on hotly website the good pictures were mixed to sell this room. No good hotel and misleading advertising.

We had a one bedroom apartment, which was very nice and had a great view. A few niggles though. 1. I tried to do some washing and the dryer didn’t work, leaving us with wet clothes. 2. The door between the bedroom and sitting area didn’t close. 3. There were no plugs in either sink.

I chose this property for its location and price. Great location, and it's cheap, but I expect to be given what they are advertising and I did not. The room was in very poor condition. The bed and linen were great, but everything seemed broken or not working. Heat pump (aircon) didn't work and was old. It whirred and tried to start then stopped. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work. The shower head dripped all night. The phone was strangely unplugged from the wall socket. And when I plugged it in to the wall to get reception, she informed me that no one was able to help. I rang again and there was no answer. The Tv remote had no batteries and the concierge was not able to come to my room to sort these things out. So, I used the batteries from the aircon remote but still the tv didn't work. The bathroom cupboard was falling off its hinges and wouldn't close properly. It took many trips down to the front desk to try and fix the situation, but all to no avail. I suggested another room and she said there was none available. I said I wanted a refund, she said no refund policy. 2 hours later she found me another room, which I could not access, the door lock was faulty. She was required to come up and use her computer on the lock. The new room was refurbished, new appliances. Bed was good, linen fresh. Everything seemed to work, until I wanted to watch Netflix which said there was a connection problem. If all you want is a bed & shower, then that is what you are paying for.

The weekend stay was as always very good but just with one exception this time - we were in room 2004 (in on 17th and out on 18th May) and the shower was completely blocked. Two quick showers of 3 minutes each before the shower overflowed onto the bathroom floor. Definitely a one off random event and we notified reception.
The weekend stay was as always very good but just with one exception this time - we were in room 2004 (in on 17th and out on 18th May) and the shower was completely blocked. Two quick showers of 3 minutes each before the shower overflowed onto the bathroom floor. Definitely a one off random event and we notified reception.

It took us 50 minutes to check in. Only two people checking people in we were queuing for ages. Then there was only one elevator working. There was 15 people waiting to use them. One of the people that was with us, there room wasn’t ready till 4.30 and we had to be down at the viaduct at 5. This morning there was nowhere for us to sit and have breakfast. Ques of people again. It was a very disappointing stay for us and our whole group.

Great property to stay away from home. Very cozy, perfect location. So many beautiful shops with a lot of unique things, good bars and restaurants. Pool hall and laser tag close by. Beautiful rooms, this is my 3rd time staying here. Only downfall is checking in after-hours, had issues trying to get inside. Communication wasn't there. I waited outside for a bit then someone let me in who was going out and I sat inside waiting for someone then finally realised there was an envelope with my name on it on the table along with others. The after-hours call centre didn't seem to tell me any of this and they said someone will come see me soon. Noone did.

Area was nice, view from room was good and our room and the location met all our expectations and requirements. On check-in, we weren't checked in thoroughly. The girl on the desk took our belongings. She arranged our valet ticket but proceeded to check in the next occupants in line before taking our car keys leading to us waiting with a confused staff member wanting to know what stage of the booking we were at until she stopped what she was doing to then take our keys. I had informed her we were needing to be at the airport early the following morning and was told that would be fine and just to ring reception around 5-10 minutes before we would need the car. In the morning my partner phoned reception 15 minutes prior to us needing the car to ensure plenty of time. There was no answer at reception so he had to leave our room to go down there to find no one available for some time. He informed the staff member he'd be trying to phone, then asked for our car to be brought around, now we were in a hurry. He came back to the room and we went downstairs to check out about 5 minutes later only to be told our car wasn't there because the staff member couldn't drive a manual. My partner then had to run with the staff member to retrieve our car and after performing a 14-point turn was able to get it out of the space our car had been wedged into. Our trip to the airport was then highly stressful despite us being organised with our timeframe. It really took the shine off our trip :(

Every time I called the reception for help (check leakages from washer) or bring something (clothes hangers, towels) to my room, the staff at the reception will tell me he/she is the only person at the reception and is very busy at that moment, hence, could not attend to me. He/she would ask if I could go down to the reception to pick up things I needed myself. When I’m at the reception, there were no other guests and I’m not sure what the staff was “busy with”. They also took very long to pick up calls when I called them. WiFi in the room was very unstable. It was raining heavily one day and I asked if I could borrow an umbrella. The staff asked for my room number and then told me I couldn’t borrow the umbrella since I was staying there?!?! I was puzzled! I asked if they only loan the umbrella to non guests! She then told me to pay AUD20 fo borrow an umbrella. What? I wanted to borrow, not buy an umbrella!

Terrible service. We had a room booked for 3 people. We arrived and was only made up for 2 people. We tried to call down to reception but unable to dial out. We went down stairs to collect bedding, took them a good half hour to get a blanke, 1 sheet, and a small pillow. Advised the staff member I needed a pillow case for the pillow but this was a big problem to get it. No duvet cover on the duvet and wouldn’t give me one. Was provided only one sheet even when I asked for another to use as a top sheet. So I had 1 sheet under me to put on a tiny uncomfortable couch, a duvet on top of me with no cover, and a very small pillow case with no cover. The room only had 2 of each kitchen item (plates, knives and forks etc) even though we paid for 3 people. When we checked out, got over charged for room service and then was made to feel like we were lying criminals when we asked about the charges they were making us pay, after half a hour and a very unprofessional argument in the reception area, we finally got charged for what we had actually ordered. Will never go back, really terrible service. Can tell money was spent in the foyer area to make it look beautiful but the rooms were not good.

Pretty solid 3 star property. We liked the location, you're up on a hill but very close to the harbor and downtown. Few options at the bottom of the hill and they are much more expensive.

Pretty central to the Viaduct, Ferry Building and Uni of Auckland etc. We had a view of the Sky Tower amongst other buildings. Rooms were good and bed was comfy. They let us chrck in early without fees (front desk specifically pointed this out). On a bit if a hill so need to be okay with the dlope. Amenities were good and US traveller liked they had creamer!

Billeder på nettet så meget fine ud- men realiteten var nu et helt andet. Sengen var blød, TV virkede ikke de sidste 2 dage. Køkkenet var slidt og har haft sine bedre dage. Der var relativt mørkt på badeværelset selvom lyst var tændt. Internettet var mega langsom, og man hoppede tit af, så man skulle logge sig ind igen. Morgenmaden var så tilfældigt god og personalet var smilende og flinke.

I really enjoyed the Spa and the Room was fine for me, but the shower space is quite small, also very limited crockery and utensils. In addition, not having the Restaurant/Bar/Spa open through the lunchtime period was slightly inconvenient. Overall a good stay for the price.

We like staying here. The room rates are very affordable. The furnishings are dated but the rooms are very clean. The staff at the bar and restaurant are so polite and go out of their way to please. The food is great, not gourmet but better than home cooked. Great Happy Hour Beer Prices.

Has a washer/dryer, kitchenette, better tv than other places I’ve been to. Comfy bed with warm blankets, good closet space. Shower has a great pressure and lovely smelling body wash. Spa and restaurant with Buffett, great dinner menu at a good price too. I had butter chicken for $16. Reasonable pricing compared to other hotels. Definitely my favourite place to stay.

Its not in the most accessible location for Auckland CBD- it requires a bt of a walk and the return is uphill. But in its favour are the fairly reasonable rates. The Indian restaurant downstairs is very reasonable and the buffet breakfast was good value. For a single night in Auckland I'd recommend it. You could spend easily double this and be closer to Queen St but is it worth it?

Tidy, clean and comfortable. Bed needed more blankets as we were cold snd maybe an underlay as it wasn't overly comfortable. Bathroom was tiny and smelt like sewage. Needed better lighting for makeup!!! Super friendly staff and great valet parking. Would recommend!

Travelling around the world, this hotel has the most complicated and illogical process for security bond refund. Staff is not helpful, wasting a lot of time. Manager promised to ring back, but never happened. Wouldn't say the room is very clean either. Location is great though...not coming back any more.

the staff were exceptional they went the extra mile I had chosen this hotel because of the in room cooking washing machine the airconditioner squealed all night the washing machine in my room broke down half way through my stay so all the clothing I needed for a meeting in Akld were wet - long story short I bought new clothes something definitely unplanned.. however the staff really worked hard to fix the washer to no avail- even as far as offering to take my washing and drying them the staff were amazing
