The room is modern and comfortable. The location is good. The washer and dryer are just outside the room, and shared with one other room are a plus. But the layout of the rooms is not good for senior and handicapped people since guests have to walk up or walk down stairs to access the room

Bring mattress topper with you bed is rubbish

No help with our luggage. Travelled with my 88 and 83 year old parents. And it is NOT for them. And not for me too. aside from walking up we had to walk further up for the rooms. I expected more.

We were very disappointed. We thought we were getting a lakeview room but the listing is misleading and we had a room with no view, couldn’t even see the mountains as it was like a basement standard room. Wifi was working, the stopper in the bathroom sink didn’t work and we had to walk a long distance on a rock walk path to get to our room. Then we got an upgrade for the next night for a lakeview room which was quite expensive. The view was great and the suite large but otherwise was very disappointing The bathroom had hair on the floor and no stopper for the tub and the underside of the toilet seat had urine stains! The fireplace didn’t work properly. Don’t stay there, not worth it!!!!
