Staff was amazing. Very friendly. Would definitely recommend. The room was kept up pretty good. You are in the jungle and small encounters with small animals is possible. We only saw 2 dragonflies but noting bad. Overall great vacation spot for Americans.

The hotel room was quite dark, the shower head was broken, the room did not smell good. Staff was awesome, breakfast was mediocre. Hotel was undergoing construction.
