Swissôtel Bangkok Ratchada

Everytime i have traveled to Bangkok i stay at swissotel. Very friendly staff. Great food. Kid friendly pool and expansive gym

Imposantes Hotel von Außen, Riesige Lobby. Klasse Service an der Rezeption. Zimmer sind Sauber und gepflegt mir hat nur die bum gun in der Toilette gefehlt. Steckdosen auf den Zimmern könnten mal erneuert werden. Fitnessstudio ist top es gibt alles was man braucht. Pool und Außenanlage haben schon ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich und das Wasser ist sehr kalt. Zu dem Preis was ich bezahlt habe ist das noch ok aber zu dem Walk in Preis würde ich mich für ein anderes Hotel entscheiden.

とても立派なエントランスと、カフェ。セキュリティーもしっかりしていて、安心して滞在できました。 ホテルの部屋もキレイで、シャワーの勢いなど全く問題ありませんでした。 近くに駅もあるし、セブンイレブンもあるし、マーケットもあったので中心街からは少し離れているかもしれませんが便利な立地です。

The breakfast was good with a lot of variety. However, the room and the facilities are quite old.

El hotel es muy bueno como instalaciones. Esta muy limpio y el servicio de habitaciones trabaja muy bien. El check in y check out.muy lentos . El restaurante japonés cierra muy pronto,los Cameros no hablan inglés y es un hotel internacional ,por eso cuando pides algo no te entienden.un gran error. Buena comunicación con el transporte público.estacilon de tren a unos 100 metros

Super nice hotel with amazing staff all over the place Stayed for 9 nights and will be back. Super good breakfast WiFi was quite bad in my room, excellent elsewhere but they are changing to a new provider so I’m sure it will be better shortly Best gym ever Thanks for a great stay Henrik

가성비 최고이보 근처에 마사지 식당 카페도 훌룡하고 매우 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 모두 친절하고 시설도 모두 최고입니다.

Overall is okay and you feel 80s. Only the swimming pool is a bit disappointed. It's old and small. Breakfast is good and staff are helpful. Also close to subway and night food market.

早餐很棒，交通方便離地鐵站很近，對面就是有名的建興酒家，旁邊也有Lets relax可以按摩，可惜裡面設備比較舊，尤其是水龍頭還是雙頭的那種，蓮蓬頭也是固定在牆上的不太方便使用

Not well maintained

Trevliga personal, bra frukost, god mat framför allt från den japanska restaurangen. Rummet var gammalt, mattan var gammal och såg smutsigt ut. Badrummet behöver fräscha upp och renovera. Det fanns inget strykjärn. Vi var 4 personer men fick bara 2 stora handdukar så jag fick be om flera.

古いホテルとは感じない清潔なホテルです。 ホテルから歩いて5分ほどのところにマッサージも多くあり便利です。

スタッフの方もとても親切で、素晴らしかったです。部屋も清潔で広く、使いやすかったです。ただ、扉🚪１枚で繋がった部屋(お互い行き来は出来ない)だった為か、夜に少し話し声が聞こえて来ました。

親切友善，很大的空間，住房人也多，但服務人員都很熱心笑容可掬。 發覺房間內殘留前一晚房客的煙味，告訴前台後，馬上搬出空氣清淨機幫忙除臭，效率第一。不過前一位房客為何在禁菸房裡抽菸，真是不應該，沒有水準。

Grosse, komfortable Zimmer, gutes Essen, freundliches Personal, etwas abgelegen, aber Metrostation in unmittelbarer Nähe

Very satisfied with everything there. I'm very happy that I had choose this hotel for our vacation there.. really very comfortable to stay here , spacious room, only if have bidget near toilet bowl that would be perfect definitely. spacious cafe and quite convenient to mrt station, just a walking distance. Hotel Cafe staff are nice too , especially Noey very hardworking person. .Breakfast also good and alot of varieties too. Definitely will stay here again if we come by Bangkok.

Outstanding service

Again , our stay are amazing😊😊this is our 2nd times staying here , with same view, and really very happy with our choice. All the staff here are very helpful & friendly . They really make our stay feel welcomed. I received flowers and cakes from the hotel for my birthday, and on arrival day too for our anniversary 👍👍👍. Definitely will come back here again. Very clean with good air-conditioning room . The cafe breakfast good too.This times round the weather are so good. Cooling maybe because of year end soon. We really love to stay here because of the location as well. Cos just within 10 mins walking distance to BTS station. And i would like to said Thank you to all the staff here. We will back here soon , see you guys soon.😁😁 Thkq very much🙏👏👏

I was bumped off my early morning flight and decided to stay at the Swisshotel. When I arrive at 6:30am they told it was too early to check in and that they were fully booked, so I would not be able to have an early check in and would have to wait till at 10:00-11:00am for housecleaning to make my room. They told me that I can sit in the lobby and they will inform once my room was ready for me. I checked with another girl at the front desk around 9:00am and she said the room was still not ready, however, she reassured me that they knew I was waiting and as soon as the room was ready, they would come and get me. At 10:30am, I checked again with a different front desk girl, this time my room was ready! How long was my room waiting for me? I think the girls at the front desk dropped the bomb and made promises they didn’t keep! It wasn’t super busy up there and I was super tired sitting on an uncomfortable couch in the lobby. I wanted to complain to many but was more tired and anxious to get to my room! I realize that the normal check in time was 2:00pm, but don’t make promises you can’t keep and especially from 2 different people! The hotel hotel is nice and elegant overall but being a service oriented industry, it could be a 5-star hotel with 2-star staff!

Dislike this stay! Checking in process took an hour. Booking information was not sent to hotel. Front desk wouldn’t check me in and asking me contact agency on my own instead of assisting or checking with agency. Easy NOT being handy at all, 11pm at a rainy night. Hotels.com could make the call to neither hotel or me. Over all checking in process was terrible. Hotel claim not receive agency information. Agency claim hotel not reachable, and just let me wait at lobby till midnight.

I have stayed at this hotelat least five(5) times and enjoyed my times there but this time was disappointed that they lost my reservation and I had to pay more for the suite than I was quoted in my resrvation

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a good stay. The food was good. Location was convenient to the metro and it was easy to get a taxi or a grab. Was a little far out from the airport though. I would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel accommodations were excellent as well as the staff. The breakfast that was available for purchase was really outstanding as far as quality and price. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I would do it again!

The aircon system is stuffy and the whole room is not “ freshed “ - feels like there is a virus inside that cause sleepiness, running nose and body aches. Breakfast noodles don’t taste good and porridge is not warm, quite disgusting to eat if your Asian taking the breakfast.

In the heart of Rachada. World Class breakfast Buffett. Luxury 5 Star without breaking the bank. Highly recommended!!
