Old hotel but still good. Large room in the corner wing. Unfortunately the swimming pool is in another building so a bit inconvenient. I would stay again if the price was the same. Construction reduced the price. You actually have to walk through the construction site to get to the pool.

Stay was exactly what I needed. If you're planning on spending time lounging by the pool, be aware that there are multiple buildings and only the main one has the pool. I was placed in the newer building which means walking out onto the street over to the other building. Means nothing to those not looking for pool time, but if this is important to your stay it's something to note.

Excellent place to stay. Noisy due to onsite lounge/club and proximity of other lounges/clubs. Heavy traffic in the area. Hotel was clean. Beautiful rooftop pool. Great hotel!!!

I booked the Ambassador suite and it is super nice! Is a two bedroom suite with a jacuzzi. Definitely a great value. Very comfortable and luxurious. The hotel is nice and it looks vintage. It consists of two buildings so we had to walk to the other building to go to the pool and gym. The pool is nice, is on the rooftop. The breakfast is ok I just ate there once because there was not many choices. Our room was great!

L'hôtel est vieillissant, la moquette est tachée, les meubles sombre sont tout rayés. La taille de la chambre est correcte, la literie est de bonne qualité. Il manque des produits de toilette type contons tiges. Le buffet de petit déjeuner est correct. Le personnel est charmant. La piscine au dernier étage est tres froide et a besoin d'une renovation importante.

The hotel room was pretty dated but the suite had great amenities and a spa room. The hotel itself had everything you could ask for. Food court with two bars connecting the two hotel towers, pool and spa, Starbucks cafe in the lobby.

Very strange place. The staff were very friendly and the hotel is in a cool old building. Unfortunately, the inside does not seem to have been properly maintained. Our room was musty and smelled of mold. The shower had some visual mold. The hallways were also SO pungent with some kind of fragrance that it gave us headaches and made it difficult for one of us with asthma to breathe. Also, the description and images of the rooms are either false or very outdated. The rooms looked much more luxurious in the photos to the point that I thought we must have been placed in the wrong room and I even asked the hotel staff about it. They just said that they were updating the rooms so some of them look different now (no way we were in an updated room as the furniture was clearly worn). We nearly went to a different hotel but decided it wasn’t worth it since we were only staying a couple nights. Overall, I DO NOT RECOMMEND staying here.

Property older. My room was dark facing a garage dump, very little natural light. Bathtub was dirty. No spray douche available at the toilet. My shaving razor or shave cream. No hair conditioner. No hand towels. Nothing special at all.

The Davis Corner Wing is so clean and well maintained from the moment you walk into the building. Our room is unbelievablely clean and so nice. That says alot about the staff, the reception desk was friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff is also great and helpful. This is my wife and I first trip to Thailand, we own a travel agency that only handles Bali and have had many people ask us about Thailand. The part that impressed us the most is that the people here do not know that so this is just as our guest would experience this. We have been greeted with a smile everytime we see a staff member here. Truly makes you feel welcome. The owner of the Davis Corner Inn sound be very proud of the staff here. Thanks for a great stay...

The Davis has an impressive front facade and lobby. It is an inexpensive option in an area that is dark at night. Did not feel safe to walk around. The room smelled of old urine, and had an outdated carpet. The cleaning staff does what they can, and my room was cleaned by the time I came back, around 2 pm. The front desk staff was courteous. Buffet breakfast mediocre, nothing to write home about. They close breakfast by 10:30 am.

I had a great stay. Staff was great, room was nice, clean quite. I really needed a pool as I like to swim and found the pool very pleasant and swimmable. It's about a 15 minute walk to the subway just to note. Some great street food nearby as well.

Pros: Hotel had a nice aesthetic - felt a bit like we were staying in a hotel in Europe, room was spacious with two TVs and a bathtub, floors were quiet and barely any disturbances from the guests at night, housekeeping did a good job of cleaning the room, front counter staff were welcoming, there is a bar/club in the lobby so the hotel was bustling during the weekend, our deposit was returned with no fuss Cons: The view from our room wasn't the best - it was facing the other hotel so we had our drapes/curtains drawn most of the time, housekeeping missed out on towel changes a couple of times, phone had a dial tone but nobody picked up on two different occasions which meant we had to go down to the lobby for any requests, breakfast was very basic so not worth the price I feel, back to the bar/club - light sleepers may not like this because you can hear the bass thumping late at night even how high floors

The Davis is one of the older hotels in this area, but the rooms are large and comfortable. I love the large bathtubs in most of the rooms. It is about 1km from the BTS subway and the Emporium mall. There are some decent Japanese restaurants in the neighbourhood. It's good value for the money.

本館に宿泊しましたが、1階にクラブがあり深夜まで重低音が響いていたのが気になりました。部屋の設備はバスタブもあり特に問題なし。ただしなぜかシャンプーのみで、リンスが置いてませんでした。朝食もまあ普通です。建物はとても重厚感があり、付近で写真撮影をしている旅行者？が多くいました。駅からは少し歩きますが、付近には大型スーパーやコンビニ、マッサージ店もあり便利です。またバンコクに行く際には候補の一つとなるホテルでした。

The Davis is an old hotel, and there are advantages and disadvantages to this. Firstly, the rooms are spacious, but they tend to be poorly lit and both the carpeting and the decor could use a refresher. Having said that it is excellent value for the money, located about 1 km from the Phrom Pong BTS. There are some decent restaurants in the neighbourhood and a couple of grocery stores nearby. I would recommend the Davis if you are on a budget and yet still looking for a decent hotel in the heart of Sukhumvit.

So everything the advertiser is way not how it is when you show up. Ever give the, your card for your security deposit. They took $99 usd from me 5 weeks ago I’ve callled management went there in person. They just say it’s processing. It’s not they are stealing fractional interest. Every card that is charged that goes into a pull of money the collect and won’t return yours. Tomor will be we 6 of pending room charge they said they were returning. I didn’t have any damage or smoke. At one point the told me 90 days it takes to process the obviously stole it and will steal yours welcome to Bangkok.

We were in the room, all was fine. Then another customer tried getting into our room. Front desk had given that person a key to our room. So I guess you could say they doubled booked our room. The staff apologized and brought a plate of fruit (1-Apple, 1-Orange, 1-banana) to our room. Later tat same afternoon, our room key would not open our room. Our key worked for the elevator, but not room. That night the club/bar was having a party. Music was LOUD!!! This went on until 4:00-am … needless to say we will not be looking for a hotel property in the Davis company anytime soon.

Loved the Davis Bangkok hotel so much I extended my stay instead of finding a new place. Compared to the other places I stayed in, this was so much better at around the same price. Great value and location is wonderful. Staff is friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Agnes for her attentiveness and special hospitality. Will recommend Davis to all my friends and also visit again soon!

While I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, there were a couple instances of double charges for things like breakfast and ordering room service that seemed a bit off. Was made to feel as though I did something wrong when checking out and I had an outstanding charge for breakfast that I obviously had already paid for, and in fact was initially double charged for at the time of purchase. Bottom line, keep receipts. Other than that, the hotel was really nice and clean. Like others have said on reviews, it does get very loud at night with the club downstairs.

Having Stayed at this Hotel several times a year for the past few years we have got to know it very well. On this occasion it was disappointing that neither Hotel.com or the Hotel advised of building work going on in the adjacent building. Which on occasions went on during the night or starting around 6am. It was the workmen shouting and whistling loudly as well. The outside pool area is now tired with several advertised features not functioning still. We had two rooms one experiencing problems with the A/C the other with WiFi. Both were fixed within a good timescale and we were very happy. On occasions we did come home late afternoon to get ready to go out but the rooms had not been Serviced which was inconvenient. Another point the excellent Reception in the Corner Wing sorted with speed and efficiency. We plan to be back in mid March for another Month, as the Hotel meets all our needs.

Incredible experience at the Davis. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I asked to have my room switched from two beds to a king bed and they upgraded me without me even asking! I will definitely be returning next time I am in Bangkok

A nice hotel that we got for a decent discount. Really enjoyed the grand lobby and decor. Rooms are dated but fine, though beds are very hard. Breakfast was only meh. Pool area was nice but small, always people looking for a seat that couldn't get one. Pool is unheated, so even in 28C weather, it was a bit of a shock to the system. Probably the worst thing is that it's a 15 minute walk to the subway west, and 20 minutes to the subway north, and both journeys are terrible for walking. Sidewalks appear and disappear, change heights, are broken, you gotta walk in the gutter for a while, and then the road is always full of cars going faster than you'd expect. I liked the property enough to stay again, but I don't think I would because it wasn't really convenient enough to BTS/MRT in a way that felt safe.

Great property away from the hustle of Sukhumvit road. Pool area was great for relaxing during the hot part of the day. 10 minute walk or 1 minute taxi to Sukhumvit, where multiple shops eateries are located.

I loved the location of the hotel as it was conveniently located next to all the needs I had. Need food or groceries a plethora of food stands and a "Lotus" grocery store. Need laundry done? Around the corner is a 24 hour Laundromat and in the same area a laundry service. What to visit the mall? 15 minute walk. I highly enjoyed my time at the "Davis" and will be booking my stay here for my future trips to Bangkok!!!!

安価なのに非常に広く清潔快適で、スタッフの皆さんも親切です。ソイ24の端なので、プロンポン駅からは遠いですがエンポリの送迎が出ているので問題なく過ごすことが出来ました。以前、プロンポンに住んでいたのですが、このホテルはタイの人にとって観光名所でもあり、建物がすごく洗練されています。インスタグラムに載せる写真を撮りに来た若い女性が多くいるような建物です。とにかく、安くて広くて清潔なので、とても良い経験になりました。プールも2つあり、子供も大喜びでした。日本人はほとんど泊ってないので私のように元駐在員でないと知らないホテルですが、知る人ぞ知る、素晴らしいホテルです。朝食もおいしかったです。家族がとても喜んでくれて、このホテルにして良かったです。

This hotel is good - the rooms are spacious, the staff are friendly and the location is pretty good. Breakfast was very bland - the spas upstairs aren’t the greatest and the club attached to the hotel is mega expensive and exclusive- should have hotel guests specials or something. Everything else was amazing- I’m giving 3 stars mainly for breakfast and room service food. The room service food is expensive and not nice. All in all it was a nice stay

Make no mistake, the Davis is great value and most staff really do their best. Over the years it has become a little tired. However, services and staffing have improved since Covid. New furniture at the pool is terrible. Pool area needs a refresh and redesign. Smoking at the pool might be something to reconsider, either that or don’t allow children. Given how many times we have stayed at the Davis, a “Welcome back” would be nice. The breakfast was acceptable but boring. A return of the omelette bar would be great. Location is convenient but hotel transportation planning, systems and service needs improvement. Bathrooms are large and well designed but need to be refreshed. What’s great? Staff are generally very helpful and full of smiles. Location is walking distance to Big C and the BTS and MRT! Rooms are fabulously decorated and appointed.

Ordered the big room with jacuzzi, and it was great. Huge and clean. Was a bit worried after reading reviews, but it exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. I would not recommend the breakfast, quality was ok, but very limited selection. We only used it once, and choose to go out the other days.
