The reception staff weren't friendly nor particularly helpful. They all looked glum. We had some small issues abd rgey weren't really interested. The room was ok, there was a musty smell. Breakfast was nice with a good selection of food. The pool areas were both nice and there was also a small gym. Area wise, lots of restaurants and massage shops etc. A 10 minute walk to Khao San Road

Nice hotel in a good location, unfortunately the pool areas are too small when they are full. A little noisy towards the aisle.The rooms could use more space for luggage. Very good breakfast and friendly staff

La struttura era in un'ottima posizione, vicino al centro e alla movida notturna, ma comunque abbastanza lontana da non sentire alcun rumore dalle stanze. La stanza era grande e comoda. Ottima anche la presenza di palestra e della piscina sul tetto, che ci ha permesso di rilassarci dopo giornate a visitare Bangkok. Anche la colazione molto varia e buona.

This is a reasonably quiet and comfortable hotel. there are two good pool areas and would be well suited for families. The gym could do with an update, the breakfast was ok for the price. They have a mini-bar and pool bar but neither of them serve alcohol, lots of options just accross the road.

Nice overall. Recommended. Good breakfast, nice rooms, excellent bed, spacious. quick walk to Khaosan rd. Right by hotel massage and food if needed. Swimming pools need better cleaning (not just chlorine but inside. hair, hair bands and dirt.)

Fint hotell til bra pris! Fint basseng på taket med litt få solsenger ifht hotellets størrelse. Luktet mugg på rommet men fint, rent og forøvrig bra! God beliggenhet 🙂

the bed sheets were not clean, and the rooms were dusty. its a very big and older hotel, possibly difficult to maintain. the personnel was very kind and understanding though, we received an upgrade to a bigger and clean room.

1st of all, id like to apologise for a misunderstanding on my side, me and my husband dtayed in toom 2218, there was a feedback card thrre and i wrote that my bed sheets on some days didnt get changed or made up, it was only when i was on the plane going back to London that i realised on a pictures that i took of the elephant towels that there was a card next to them saying "if you want your bed sheets changed then turn this card upside down, i had placed that card on the counter!!! So sorry about that... apart from that, the hotel was amazing!! Halal food available aswell as a prayer room, our room was so spacious and clean! Thank you again, i will be coming back with my mum soon xx

L'hôtel est bien placé. Deux superbes piscines pour se râfraichir après une longue découverte des rues de Bangkok. Le personnel est toujours d'une incroyable gentillesse. Cette fois-ci, la chambre sentait le renfermé & les poussières n'avaient pas été faite.

Das Hotel liegt perfekt, wenn man nur kurze Zeit in Bangkok ist. Nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zur KhaoSanRoad. Leider hat es auf dem Flur und im Zimmer sehr moderig (schimmelig) gerochen. Nun riecht unsere Kleidung leider auch so 👎 War vor 4 jahren schon mal hier und da gefiel es mir deutlich besser. Es ist leider auch sehr hellhörig...man hört den Wecker aus dem Nachbarzimmer.

really nice quiet corner of the city. Friendly, simple hotel. clean and efficient. Room overlooking canal - recommended. the bathroom/toilet is part of the room with partitioning - not great but not a major issue. breakfast was reasonable - more choice than i as a vegetarian could access

The hotel served it’s main purpose, just a place to sleep at night. Breakfast had a good selection. The biggest negative about this hotel was the beds. Horribly firm/stiff, woke up with back pain every day.

The hotel staff is friendly and the location is walkable to khaosan road… The walls are super thin so its pretty loud being in your room, specially if you’re next to a family that has loud kids. Walls are so thin you can even hear footsteps. There’s good food walking distance and a 7/11 next door which was nice. Room was clean.

Good little hotel. Breakfast was great. Rooms a bit outdated and stale, but they were adequate for the price in this area. I thought that noise might be an issue, but it was fairly quiet for the short time we were there.

We had a great comfortable room and everything was fine. We really appreciate the water cooler on every floor to minimize the use of plastic bottles and have access to as much water as we need. Staff is extremely efficient when there is an issue. We have stayed here many times and will continue to do so.

Room is decent, not small. Air conditioning a bit noisy but overall quiet hotel, had a very deep sleep. They forgot my morning call on my last day, luckily I had an extra alarm and didn’t miss my flight. Receptionist was rude when confronted her about my missed morning call, then she used bad words in thai (she didn’t know I can actually understand thai) when I was asking some questions about my taxi, she seemed very offended of my questions. Apart from this, the hotel is recommended and will probably come back here. P.S. you still need to walk 10-15 min to Khaosan road but the location is good.

We stayed in Bangkok during a heat wave. Staff were very accommodating. Food service was great atvthe pool. Bellmen were amazing at helping us with rides. Tour desk was also very helpful. Great hotel in great location!

The manager is from california was very nice, as were the cleaning staff. The buffet is complete but the staff in the dining room were extremely hesitant when I wanted to take breakfast to my husband who was bedridden. They disappointed me deeply and in the end, one day I was allowed to bring food to him and the next day at 10:08, after they first refused, but at 10:00 said I could, I was then told it was too late.

The hotel had a lot to offer including 2 pools and 2 restaurants. I used the hotel transportation service to pick me up from the airport which was so convenient. I used the activity desk in the hotel lobby to book a tour. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean.

Great location with very helpful staff. The location is near the canal, and a peaceful place to walk with many small restaurants and cafes. The breakfast buffet is outstanding! The gym has a beautiful koi bond at the entry, and meditation area. Overall, the hotel is a wonderful place to stay, and I'll be returning in the future.

BTS is not near. However, travelling in cab to central world is about 20 mins only. The hotel has nearby cafe and restaurants which cooks delicious Thai food. It has a 7-11 shop just beside the hotel too. You can also do massage at nearby shops.

Its in a quiet location but 5 minutes walk to the Khoasan Road. Really nice restaurants near the hotel, especially The Island. The hotel has a great buffet breakfast with so much choice, and 2 swimming pools. The room was large and well decorated, beds super comfortable, loved this hotel!

Ce n'est pas du niveau 4* !! C'est un très grand hôtel. J'avais une grande chambre donnant sur le canal, propre mais un tas de finitions à revoir. L'environnement n'est pas terrible. Le plus terrible : le pdj :( C'est bruyant, beaucoup de monde, les fruits sont souvent manquants, personnel pas très aimable. Vous vous levez pour aller prendre quelque chose et votre assiette soigneusement préparée auparavant a disparu.... ramassé par du personnel trop pressé. Le café n'est pas bon. Il y a mieux dans le secteur !
