Jättefint rum med en jätteskön säng. Vilka sängkläder! Fick ett rum i South Tower med ett fönster som vätte mot EmQuartier och Benjasiri Park. Under vistelsen var det någon mysig indisk matfestival på gården på 9:e våningen. Poolen kunde då inte nyttjas den helgen, men gästerna hänvisades till den mindre poolen på 4:e våningen. Gymmet var jättestort för att vara ett hotellgym. Riktigt grymt att de hade en squashbana där också. Lite synd att hotellet inte hade 7Eleven i byggnaden eller utanför. Lawson 108 fanns, men hade inte öppet dygnet runt. Jag åt inte på någon av restaurangerna på hotellet. För att gå till hotellet måste man passera en massa mindre rena barer så området i sig är sådär. Annars är det gångavstånd till Emporium och EmQuartier åt ena hållet och Terminal 21 åt andra. Uppe på 38:e våningen finns en fin skybar med ett biljardbord på våningen nedanför.

A beautiful place to stay. Staff are so friendly and very helpful. (Land of smiles) the people one In particular made us little animals like one day it was a little elephant out of towels a nice added touch. Housekeeping cleaned our room and I mean cleaned everything. We had the breakfast buffet added to our stay, amazing they had everything you could imagine and very clean. Walking off the property is harder you have to really watch where you are walking cracks different sizes of steps etc, but that’s Thailand for you not that it’s a bad thing. The pool is nice the pool area very clean the pool bar food is good and they always have drinking water available can’t wait to go back.

Very comfortable stay for one night, staff was warm and welcoming, room had all the amenities you need, breakfast buffet spread was excellent, gym was very well equipped too. Walking distance to some of the trendiest spots in town though traffic is congested in this area all the time.

The room is beautiful but in my room there had been a water damage from bathroom so the wall was not clean, also mold on the bathroom ceiling and the shower head was clearly dirty with old grim which you need to avoid in a hotel at this price point.

It was a busy season & as such, service quality was affected. Our family of 3 stayed in a room but amenities were provided for only two. We have to keep calling for basics eg. water bottles, towels, toilet papers, etc… even they saw there were 3 in the room. Wondered if they conserving room supplies. However. Staff members were polite & visibly working hard to manage the work load. Thank you for making our stay pleasant.

Really bad service. They screwed up my booking and tried to charge me for 3 rooms instead of 2. They made us wait 2 hours upon check in and 30 minutes check out and no apology. I can feel that overall training is very poor as staff in general has no serving spirit. Never wanna step into this property again.

so far the stay is not great, given we are coming from Ritz carlton in bali. the check in was horrible it took an hr to check in because the staff was too busy chit chatting with other guests. After I asked to speak to manager it still did not get better as they could not find our reservation, even with expedia confirmation. this hotel should say it takes 90 min to get to it from BKK.

プロンポン駅から公園を横切り、ホテルに入る入り口が復活していた。プロンポン駅や２つの巨大デパートにこれでとても行きやすくなっている。アソーク駅やその周辺の繁華街にもかろうじて徒歩圏内と周辺環境は最高。ホテルはルーフトップバーもあり、プール、レストランなど施設も完璧。ロビーはとても豪華でスタッフもキビキビ動いていて気持ちよかった。他の口コミで指摘されていたチェックインは窓口が複数化してあてスムーズだった。チェックアウトはお金を払うから15時までとお願いしたら、無料で延長してくれた。部屋からの眺めも最高で、全て満足。唯一、値段が他のホテルの倍くらいしたけれど、高騰する東京のホテルをみたら許容範囲。

The room is clean and comfortable, and the staff are helpful. The breakfast buffet is outstanding with many live cooking stations and numerous food choices. The 24h gym is also spacious with different equipments. The downside is its location. Walking out from the hotel front door is an area full of bars and erotic massage shops, many ladies were sitting in front of their shops. Family travellers may want to take note of it.
