The Sheraton hotel in Bangkok was a very good stay and we really enjoyed it. The facilities in the hotel including pool, jacuzzi, spa were all well kept and well utilised. We really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi area and my son enjoyed the complimentary ice cream! Evening cocktails on the house were well appreciated, I enjoyed my whiskey on the rocks. Small things usually make the stay at a hotel very pleasurable and the Sheraton did exactly that. Thank you for a great stay

The pool sala here wins me back each time I visit Bangkok - the best design of space ever with green plants, bubbling water, soothing music, attentive bartender, Thai wood. The perfect spot to end any day in the heart of BKK. Super well connected to BTS. Large bedrooms with luxurious bedding. Recommend this hotel highly.

Breakfast was outstanding and the location was very convenient. The hotel is right next to the metro and the Sky train. The pool was amazing as well. The workers are very polite and helpful, they answered all my questions and assisted us in the best way. I only wish the hot tub was open, other than that, everything was excellent. I would love to visit again!

This hotel is in need of a remodel. The public areas and bedrooms are dated and a little old fashioned. My room smelt of drainage. Not all restaurants are open. The area around the hotel is a little seedy. Staff are excellent. It is close to public transportation.

Top international service. The bellboys have been her for more than 20 years, and they remember old guest. I’ve not been in Bangkok for 6 years, but they remembered me, and I them. The hotel is in perfect shape, and the rooms are clean, spacious and sound proof. This is like home, in the middle of Bangkok. A must stay place. Highly recommended🙏😊

チェックイン時混雑して、通常他のホテルにあるwelcome drink などもなかったし、説明が早口過ぎて、丁寧さが感じられなかった。特定の外国人だけを優遇してるよな印象だった。室内は、シャワールームのドアがきちんと閉まらず、1日目は外に水が漏れて困った。メモに書いておいたので、日中対応してくれて、チェックアウトの際、レセプショニストからはお詫びが、好印象だった。ベルボーイは非常に対応きめ細やかで、予約した迎えの車が時間近くなっも来ず、送迎会社、ホテル内も探してくれて、無事に空港に行くことができた。この点に関しては最高点をつけたい。

This is one of the bestest Marriott hotels. The staff was very helpful especially with my mother who is on wheelchair and cannot walk. The staff did help her every possible way to give her the comfort and pleasant experience of staying here. Overall, it’s a great location in Bangkok. The train station is right outside the hotel and can be accessible from the hotel itself. Also, this hotel is in main shopping district. The Terminal 21 mall is accessible from the hotel itself. Other malls are nearby and you take the metro train to reach there.

We had dinner at Brossini’s which is a Michelin restaurant, yet, the service is beyond our expectation. The restaurant made the wrong bill and requested us to pay the difference afterwards which did cause us inconvenience as we had already shared the bill with our friends upon leaving the restaurant. You can imagine how embarrassing this would be for us to ask our friends for the difference.

Our experience at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit was amazing. Everything we saw through the on-line pictures came to life the minute we walked into this grand hotel. The hotel personnel are definitely classy and elegant, but are kind, charismatic and fun too! We were in the middle of everything and it was fun to gallivant with ease through the conveniently located Sky Train and MRT station. We were a step away from shopping and eating and entertainment. Our room was beautiful, we added the luxury service to our experience and that really gave our stay a an extra touch. Unpacking was included, some laundry service, & tea anytime!!! We always felt our intimate room was magically reordered and ready for us when we returned. We definitely partook of the morning breakfast buffet -- an international experience. Everything was delicious. Every now and then an exquisite sample was taken around by the courteous waiters and waitresses. It was the perfect way to start exploring Bangkok! The front desk and bellmen were super receptive and they were able to answer all our questions and suggest wonderful options for the inquiries we presented! And everyone always had a welcoming smile!

Concierge are always polite and friendly at all times. Receptionists well mannered and smiley as always. House keeper take good care of our rooms. Breakfast staff are very friendly and alert. The spread is very good with varieties and even menu changes daily. Location and amenities are within reach. Will definitely come back if visiting Thailand in the near future.

In allen Belangen sehr schönes Stadthotel, extrem guter Service überall, alles gut durchdacht. Auch das Angebot an Gastronomie. Auch ein Upgrade in die höhere Zimmer Kategorie lohnt sich, man erhält damit Zugang zu einem feinen Apéro, welcher wahlweise in zwei Einrichtungen des Hotels einnehmen kann. Hotel bietet sehr viel, geräumige und praktisch eingerichtete Zimmer. Schöne Poolanlage, wo man sich von der Stadt Hektik gut erholen und relaxen kann. Zentrale Lage in Bangkok. Das Hotel ist eine klare Empfehlung.

Amazing hotel. The staff is so friendly & accommodating. The pool is so relaxing, you don’t feel like you are in Bangkok. The beds are very comfortable. Best pillows in Thailand. The breakfast is amazing. The seafood buffet was fabulous. We will definitely be back!

Love the hotel - location is perfect for connections to other parts of Bangkok and amenities (pool, spa, etc.) are great. We do miss the fact that they no longer label breakfast buffet items to show whether they’re veggie or contain animal products, but the staff were incredibly helpful in offering us specially prepared, vegan friendly food each morning - special thanks to Chanida and Charinthip who proactively looked out for us, even after we had been away from Bangkok for a week. Staff in the hotel are so friendly - particularly in the lobby and spa area, at breakfast and in the bars - special mention for Kookai and Nice in Barsu!
