Decent enough hotel with ample parking. Decent selection at breakfast and excellent comfortable rooms. Let down slightly by slow service. Stormont Park opposite is great for fig walks albeit many of the locals seem to think that the ‘please keep dogs on leads’ signs do not apply to them.

We had a lovely stay here on a family weekend away - staying in two interlinking rooms. We are at the restaurant after a late arrival (maybe room service would have been easier) and a Sunday breakfast (delicious!) - staff were helpful, rooms were comfortable and clean, location worked well for us with free parking.

Spotlessly clean, we had a twin room ,the beds were so comfortable, excellent quality bedding, towels. The hotel smells fresh ,is very clean and good breakfast. Plenty of free parking available

This is a beautifully built hotel with comfortable bar/cafe and a good separate restaurant. Parking is easy, too. It is quite a way into Belfast.

The hotel is nice with a very good restaurant. The facilities are a bit limited with no fitness center. The staff was very friendly. The location is in a residential area, there is not a lot to do within walking distance. If you have a car there is plenty of parking.

Great location if you are flying out earlier morning and a great looking hotel. The room was lovely and great bathrooms. There is a lot of people with 600+ rooms so bar area was packed. Food was ok in the bar - nothing special. Would be back again

Parking was good at the hotel and the hotel was well situated to use the Glider bus service. Whilst the hotel had a restaurant, there were no bars, restaurants or convenience stores within easy walking distance.

Great place to be. The facilities are great, and the breakfast was scrumptious.

Booked for one night stay as an anniversary occasion. Main purpose of visit was to see an ABBA Tribute Show. Show itself was ok. As regards the Hotel, food was disappointing. A buffet was provided for thos specifically wanting to eat earlier before the show, However there were only two choices of Mains provided, both spicy type curries. No alternative. Alcohol prices were a little on the expensive side, £38 for a bottle of ordinary Sauvignon Blanc and £7 for a pint of Lager. Breakfast was again, buffet style, choices of the usual cereal, porridge, sausage, bacon scrambled eggs, potato bread and soda bread but these were generally all on the cool side. Overall not what we expected from a renowned 4 Star hotel. On the plus side the beds were very comfy, room was clean and quiet, so we did get a good nights sleep.

We stayed the one night, Room was large and very clean, Bathroom was the same. Staff are excellent

We stayed for 5 nights. Towels were not changed and the bathroom was not cleaned at all for the last night and barely cleaned on the other nights; towels therefore remained wet. The toilet was constantly dripping, making an annoying noise.The lights above the bed didn\'t work.The room was small although it was advertised as a "superior " room which we later found out was the lowest category! The restaurant was not open in the evenings and there was no fridge in the room. There was no provision of gluten free foods at breakfast. We were woken on 2 of the nights by false fire alarms.When we expressed our concerns on discharge, no note was taken of the issues.

This was my and my fiancé’s 3rd stay in the hotel. It is always excellent. The rooms are clean and spacious and the bed is big and comfortable. The tv is a bit awkward to use for an old fart like me but grand. The rooms are quiet and a pleasant environment. The hotel bar is a wee bit soulless but the staff are lovely which makes up for it. We used the restaurant on night one. It was a little slow and a tad underwhelming. I had the tikka which was in my opinion was made with a paste possibly pataks. It was made with fresh chicken and peppers added but wasn’t anything special considering the price. My fiancé had the chicken supreme which was all very tasty if sparse. My fiancée is not a big eater but was still hungry. It came with one potato albeit very fancy. Again fine if the price reflected it but it doesn’t. The sweets were fine. We didn’t have starters it was 25 minutes for mains to arrive in a restaurant with 8 customers. This felt longer as we were seated at a window and the evening sun was boiling us! The best way I can describe the food is that if we’d got it in a Wetherspoons we would’ve been happy but not blown away. The breakfast was great on both days. The staff again were very pleasant and helpful. The car park is spacious with plenty of space in each parking spot. With an Uber being between 9-11 pounds to Belfast city centre it’s a great option for a city break, with the ability to escape the hustle and bustle to the quiet hotel. We love it and will be back!

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in and won't be back! The Service was shocking - Staff was low and rude The toilets were absolutely disgusting.. I have numerous photos of proof. The prices - my god you would need to remortgage just for the night out!

Couldn’t fault it, the service at reception was great, room was so clean and the decor was great! Really good value for money! Will be returning next time I am going to Belfast.

Staff were friendly. Room was okay - a bit tired and the bathroom was dated. I was given an accessible room which I had not requested. There was a constant buzzing noise and no way of adjusting room temperature.

Lovely spacious old fashioned hotel. Great food in the restaurant. Rooms are large but no aircon, which leads to the rooms being uncomfortably hot. Great breakfast and the reception manager was very helpful. Lounge bar was nice and comfortable. Set it a lovely part of Belfast.

Been loads of times and been good, but this time massive problem with heating and making massive noise and super hot, ended up with very sleepless night. Think they have fundamental problem, felt like it was going to explode

The hotel is lovely, overlooking the Stormont Estate. The staff were very attentive and lovely. The bistro food and breakfast was lovely. The only issue i had was the bedroom walls were thin, we could hear the people in the next room, not just voices but what they were actually saying. Didn’t appreciate it at 1 am -until approx 1:45. Also the hotel is around half n hr out via the bus. The glider route 1 runs past the hotel and stops at the side of the entrance to the Stormont estate.

Lovely big room, bed very comfortable, super wifi, shower amazingly powerful

While the room was very nice, it was too warm. Opening the window resulted in our sleep being disturbed as there was an event going on at the hotel and the guests were quite loud when in front of the hotel on the drive.

The hotel itself is very nice. If you are looking for a quiet stay request staying on the upper floors. We were there for one night on a longer road trip through Ireland and ended up there for New Year’s Eve. We were not out celebrating as we had to be up very early to be in the road early for our next stop. We were on the first floor and the people that were in the rooms all strong us keeps going in and out of their rooms slamming doors, arguing, shouting, doing what they do from when they checking in until about 10 when I had to call down to the front desk. There was another guest who also added to the enjoyable experience by letting her toddler scream in the hall way. How some people have zero manners is beyond me. The staff were extremely accommodating to my needs and helping resolving the rude guests. Unfortunately the lack of manners of others have ruined the experience and I cannot recommend this place, unless you request or pay more for the higher floor and further away from the main staircase.

I stayed at the stormont, Belfast on Saturday night 15th feb. It was a late decision as I was in the tennis tournament and my next match was early next morning, so i decided to stay so i would get a decent sleep instead of driving back up early so i paid 225e for one night.  However this ended up giving me less sleep. At 5.30am a staff member opened my door without knocking and came in. I couldnt go back asleep as i was still in shock. I was explained why it happened but that doesnt change the fact it did happen. This is an ivasion of privacy and ruined my experience. This was my 3rd year staying here. I don't feel this stay should cost me anything and I want to know what you plan to do?

The staff was really friendly and helpful the room was lovely and clean and the bed really comfortable. We eat in the restaurant and the food and service was excellent.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, at check-in/check-out, breakfast and the bar. The room was well appointed and comfortable. I had stayed previously and they had various parties going on (it was over the Christmas period) and it was quite loud. The hotel again had parties on both nights I stayed this time, but it was actually quiet and I was able to sleep very well, so was very pleased about that. The only point I thought was a bit cheeky was automatically adding a 10% service charge at the bar. I don't mind service charge if there is table service - but when I'm walking up to the bar to be served like any old pub, an automatic service charge is somewhat taking the ...mickey.

The staff were so amazing and helpful and had a huge sense of care in what they are doing. The gentleman at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and also the gentleman who was at the restaurant and then the bar once that closed. Both of these guys really turned a frustrating situation around for me. They got us into dining last minute and I couldn’t ask for more! Thank you all so very much! I’d love to go back one day!

As always the hotel and especially the staff were amazing

The weather was as expected….grey. But luckily dry. This is our second visit to the hotel as our son lives out here. Lovely hotel, the evening bar service was a little “lack lustre”. We stood at the bar where there was one bar staff member sweeping up glass, but no acknowledgement from him to let us knew that we were waiting, and when we were served he didn’t seem friendly at all! Checking in was quick and easy, the room was ample with a massive bed that felt like you were sleeping on a marshmallow… so comfy! The rooms were also quiet and bathrooms very clean with towels changed daily.

Sarah from Reception was a Star, looked after us from beginning to End ! Nothing too much trouble !

Friendly staff very helpful with bus and train information re getting into Belfast city, hotel was very clean, I did fine it a bit strange that they didn’t accept cash when I tried to pay a bar bill with a 50 sterling I was told it wasn’t legal tender and hadn’t been since last October I still think it’s odd also the breakfast wasn’t good value for money

Great option near the George Best City Airport in Belfast. Ideal as a base camp to start exploring the Irish northern coastal route

A very enjoyable stay, and the staff were fantastic. The only disappointment was a very average Chicken Balti curry in the Bistro.

Warm and inviting. Staff very friendly and eager to assist with queries. La Scala Bistro offered an interesting menu. My Vegetarian meal was fabulous! Will stay again.
