Booked this hotel because it listed "soundproofed rooms". I had a big day the following day and needed to be sure I'd get some sleep. I even requested a quieter room at the end of the hall, etc. That didn't happen. The rooms were definitely not soundproofed. I could hear neighbors, people in the hallway, and worst of all my room was facing the street and the windows did not block any sound. I got no sleep despite having earplugs and "white noise" playing. What's more is the room was on the 10th floor and was boiling hot and humid (it was 11-14°C that day). I left the windows open to air out and cool down the room and within 3 hours it was hot again. Horrible stay.

Staff has normal service. Nice hotel, clean. Area around hotel is very far from actual turistic places, 45-80 mins away AT LEAST. They are not flexible with dates as to refund, cancelation or adition.
