Location is amazing - opposite to the train station, tram station right outside of the hotel’s front door. Shops and restaurants just next to the hotel. Room is spacious. Love the wood flooring.

The lady at the bar who serves me drinks was racist and flicked me in the back when she served snacks with the drinks I ordered. This behavior is not acceptable and tolerance of all races is a must in this day and age. I am asking for a refund of at least one night’s stay in view of this behavior.
