Stayed for two nights to break the journey down to Cadiz from the ferry. What a stroke of luck to pick this hotel on such an important festival weekend. It’s an ideal position to enjoy a stroll to the historic centre only about 15 mins to the main plaza and tourist office. The hotel has easy safe underground parking at a reasonable price of €15 per night. Reception staff were very friendly and professional on arrival and the whole weekend it was a pleasure to deal with friendly staff in every area of the hotel. Our room was very spacious and caters to most people’s needs no tea/coffee in the room but the included buffet breakfast was lovely and as much coffee as you would like. We will definitely come to Caceres again and stay at this great hotel.

It is a modern hotel with underground parking that costs extra. The cafeteria offered a good range of food, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was large and very clean as was the bathroom. Unfortunately the bed was hard and therefore, for me, very uncomfortable. The buffet breakfast was abundant with a good selection of items.

Not far from the main route up to Santander. Short walk to the Plaza Major and old town. Good tapas bars and great free pop concert on the Saturday night in an enclosed courtyard of a bar on the edge of the old town. Breakfast was good just a shame we arrived at the same time as two coach parties. Overall good hotel and good sized underground parking for our cars. Would stay there again.

Excelente hotel calidad precio. Fácil acceso desde cualquier carretera. Muy cerca del centro, unos 10 minutos. El parking de fácil acceso y plazas muy amplias por 15 € la noche. Totalmente recomendable.

Everything was on point clean and effective but no frills. I thought the bar and restaurant was excellent with super service and good free tapas with your beer. Car park was 15 euro per night in underground garage safe.

Na recepção foram muito prestáveis. As funcionárias de limpeza deixaram o quarto bem limpo e arrumado. O pequeno-almoço era bom. Quarto confortável e insonorizado. A piscina muito boa. Em geral muito bom tudo.

This is a run down place, everything is dated, the room smell like people have smoked 1000 cigarettes in there. It's very expensive for such a place. The toilet was broken, the door to bathroom couldn't close and the room smelled terrible, so we asked for another: the lady behind the counter was incredibly rude, but we weren't going anywhere so she got us a new room. Same cigarette ash and smoke smell, but the door and toilet worked. At 3 am, terrible noice came from the badroom; very loud and persistent; something bad with the drains. It lasted an hour. We complained the next more; they just shrugged and charged the parking money. Avoid this place, at all cost.

Creo que hay ciertos aspectos que deberían renovar, las camas de muelles me han sorprendido no las veía desde niña, creo que un hotel de 4 estrellas debería revisar este aspecto. Por lo general todo bien, distancia la centro, servicio y desayuno muy bien

Para nosotros fue un hotel de paso..pero maravilloso...excelente atencion de sus empleados y un detalle del recepcionista,nos dio la habitacion y al decirle que venia detras nuestra hija con su marido e hija,nos cambio a la planta de su habitacion. Volveremos a ese hotel sin dudarlo.

Todo perfecto. La atención recibida fue amable y eficaz en todo momento, tanto en recepción como en comedor y en la piscina. El desayuno bastante bueno. Las instalaciones son adecuadas y la relación coste/calidad es buena.

Stayed for two nights to break the journey down to Cadiz from the ferry. What a stroke of luck to pick this hotel on such an important festival weekend. It’s an ideal position to enjoy a stroll to the historic centre only about 15 mins to the main plaza and tourist office. The hotel has easy safe underground parking at a reasonable price of €15 per night. Reception staff were very friendly and professional on arrival and the whole weekend it was a pleasure to deal with friendly staff in every area of the hotel. Our room was very spacious and caters to most people’s needs no tea/coffee in the room but the included buffet breakfast was lovely and as much coffee as you would like. We will definitely come to Caceres again and stay at this great hotel.

Excelente hotel calidad precio. Fácil acceso desde cualquier carretera. Muy cerca del centro, unos 10 minutos. El parking de fácil acceso y plazas muy amplias por 15 € la noche. Totalmente recomendable.

Big room with large bathroom. Our 5th floor room was quiet even though there was a loud Christmas party happening in the conference area. The hotel is on a main street but traffic noise was minimal with the window closed.Location is great, just a 10 minute walk from old part of the city and easy to get to by car.

Spacious well appointed room, lovely bathroom and very friendly and professional staff - gave me exactly the room I’d pre-requested! Good a/c and WiFi. The breakfast buffet very good with a wide selection of hot and cold choices though, & very unusually for Spain, the coffee was pretty poor. The hotel’s situation was ideal to walk into the historic centre and about 15mins on foot to both train & bus stations making it an ideal choice for a day trip to beautiful Trujillo. Swimming pool not open until June.

Para solo tener 23 años el hotel parece inaugurado en los años 70. Necesita una actualización de manera urgente. Las habitaciones son grandes y los baños también. Pero los colchones... Un desastre. Estan hundidos por el centro y hacen una U. Deberían cambiarlos cuánto antes ya que no es propio de un hotel de 4 estrellas (creo que le sobra una... Es más de 3 que de 4). El trato humano genial como siempre y los desayunos escasos en variedad pero pasables.

Petit déjeuner insuffisant. Tous les produits sont de mauvaise qualité ( café, pain, jambon…). Les petits déjeuners des chaînes d’hôtel de périphérie sont meilleurs ! Pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles. La réception doit paramétrer le WIFI pour les appareils Apple.

Großes Zimmer, großes Bad. Frühstück sehr gut, kalte und warme Speisen sowie frisch gepresster Orangensaft. Ein besonderes Lob geht an die, dem Hotel angeschlossene Cafeteria. Das Essen dort war sehr gut, Personal war sehr freundlich, fleißig und hilfsbereit. Sehr zum empfehlen!

Todo perfecto. La atención recibida fue amable y eficaz en todo momento, tanto en recepción como en comedor y en la piscina. El desayuno bastante bueno. Las instalaciones son adecuadas y la relación coste/calidad es buena.

Everything was on point clean and effective but no frills. I thought the bar and restaurant was excellent with super service and good free tapas with your beer. Car park was 15 euro per night in underground garage safe.

Very good location with underground parking. Always good when travelling on a motorbike. Friendly welcome at reception. Good size room with the all important comfortable bed and a good shower. The bar is a good size with friendly and efficient bar staff. Good tapas. We also had a meal in the evening, fish, very nice. Also, good pool and lounge area. This was our 2nd stay, no doubt, we will stay again

Extremely bad WiFi signal, better stated without WiFi. Parking is extremely expensive €15 per night and the room itself is €78 per night. The room is big and spacious. Beds are big too but old fashion furniture and there are some mold by the bath tub. The aircon is not working, the room is stuffy, we opened the window for fresh air but came in with the smell of kitchen (cooking oily food that sort of smell).
