I stayed at this 4 star hotel in Cáceres and, unfortunately, I left feeling a bit disappointed. The bathroom was not as clean as expected, as I found hair left behind from previous guests. The bath towels also looked quite old and worn out. What disappointed me the most, however, was that the hotel did not have an iron available for guests to borrow. Instead, the only option was to pay for a separate ironing service, even if you just wanted to quickly iron a T-shirt. For a 4star hotel, I found this surprising and inconvenient.Overall, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness and better guest amenities for a hotel in this category.

The hotel was lovely and the staff very helpful, however the area was not what I expected and the bar/restaurant staff in the surrounding area had been rude and short

cleanliness of room/ bathroom okay, good quality bed, breakfast soso: choice okay, freshness and quality lower than in other 4 star hotels. Big plus: situated in walking distance to the main place and to many restaurants. Direct access to the undergroind parking, where parking lots for hotel guests are reserved.
