Parkhaus kostet extra obwohl dieses zum Hotel gehört. Sonst liegt das Hotel für den Karnevalszweck Recht zentral. Die meisten Sachen kann man zu Fuß erreichen.

Die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage eine Hölle! Der Abstand von Asphalt zu Gehweg sind Höhenunterschiede von bestimmt 5-10 Zentimeter. Ich habe das sofort gesehen und bin langsam darüber gefahren und habe es trotzdem nicht geschafft. Ab nächsten Tag ging meine Motorkontrollleuchte an. Es hat sich herausgestellt, dass sich mein Mittel und Endtopf verschoben hat und ich fast meine lambdasonde zerstört habe, da ich diese durch den hohen Bordstein mit Wucht ausgesteckt habe. Wenn ich mir diese Lambdasonde kaputt gemacht hätte, hätte ich Werkstattkosten von von 600-700 € gehabt, da dieses Bauteil stark mit dem Mittelrohr verbunden ist. Glücklicherweise kann ich da nochmal mit einem Schrecken davon und habe für Drüber schauen und Fehler löschen im Bordcomputer in der Werkstatt 60€ gezahlt. Sorry ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Viel zu gefährlich für Autos in die Tiefgarage zu fahren.

Im Grunde war das Hotel gut aufgestellt. Check in und out lief reibungslos. Der Barbereich war sehr einladend. Der späte schlummertrunk war aufgrund der vielen Gäste und nur 1 Angestellten für bar und Rezeption schleppend zu kriegen. Vielleicht sollte bei Konzert Wochenenden an so einem Abend eine 2. Person mithelfen. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das bad extrem klein. Aber für 1 Nacht war es ausreichend . Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, die Waffeln sehr zu empfehlen..

Tolles Hotel für einen Kurztrip in Köln.Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer sauber.Das Bad ist sehr klein.Könnte für große Menschen ein Problem sein.Tiefgarage direkt am Hotel.Kostet 15€ pro Tag.Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen.Waren rundum zufrieden.

Die nähe zur Bahnstation war super, Personal war freundlich. Zimmer: Klein aber ok. Das Bett hatte nur 1,6*1,9m, es kam keinen Schrank, leider auch keinen Mülleimer (nur einen Mini Eimer im Bad), wir sind eigentlich nicht so penibel, allerdings war der Teppich anscheinend nicht gesaugt, der Spiegel und das Fenster waren auch nicht so sauber. Das Bad ist definitiv nichts für dicke Menschen (wir sind gut gebaut) und es war schon echt eng drin. Wir hatten uns das Frühstück dazu gebucht, für 17€. Für den Preis erwarten wir mehr. Die Semmeln waren fast leer, die Säfte waren Sirup mit Wasser gemischt (geschmacklich voll ok) des einzig tolle war die Waffelbar, man konnte sich selbst frische Waffeln machen. Auf der Webseite stand dass es in der Bar auch Cocktails gibt, daher sind wir nach unserem Konzert direkt ins Hotel zurück gefahren. So unhappy, there was no air conditionner in any rooms and I specifically booked this hotel because on their website is says AIR CONDITIONING , well its not true, they only have fan systems and that is not working, guest were complaining it was 32 degrees in the rooms, the staff at the reception are trying to find all excuses, that they have it but its not working or its working in some rooms but they dont know which one, I ask for a refund , they refused , I ask they to transfer me at another Accor hotel with air conditioning and they also refused, they are basically laughing at you , even the reception was so hot you could not have a drink at the bar, my first time with such a bad service, I will write a letter to customer relations.

I got there before 3pm, at around 12:15 or 12:30pm, and the staff very nicely told me that unfortunately there weren't any rooms available. However, I waited only 20 minutes, and the front desk immediately told me a room was ready and I was able to put my stuff down before heading over the the Gamescom convention center. The room was spacious and clean, enjoyed my stay there

Nettes Personal,die Parkmöglichkeiten sind leider etwas mau und in der Umgebung ist das parken fast unmöglich.Die Erreichbarkeit ist super,man kommt mit den öffentlichen in kurzer Zeit überall hin. Das Badezimmer war leider extrem beengend und es hätte sauberer sein können. Ein Mülleimer im Zimmer wäre auch toll gewesen,der winzige im Bad reicht für normalen Müll leider nicht aus. Fast 5€ für eine Flasche Wasser fand ich dann schon sehr heftig,also loeber frühzeitig eindecken. Ein- und auschecken war problemlos und ging ganz schnell. Alles in allem war es ganz gut.

Die Zimmer sind klein. Das Bad ist so klein, dass man nicht richtig auf dem Klo sitzen kann. Das Zimmer wird auch nicht wirklich richtig gereinigt (Habe einige Haargummis der Vorgänger gefunden). Was auch nicht verwunderlich ist, da es nur im Bad einen ganz kleinen Mülleimer gibt. Der Mitarbeiter am Check-In war nicht besonders freundlich und vernünftig verständigen konnte er sich auch nicht.

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich und uns wurde sogar ein Bett für unseren vier Jährigen Sohn aufgestellt. Im Badezimmer ließ die Sauberkeit leider zu wünschen übrig. In der Dusche waren Haare und staub war auchzu genügend vorhanden wenn man über Amateuren etc ging

Sengene er korte, så er du over 190 cm. er det ikke særlig bekvemt. Hvis prisen var 700 kr. Passede det til kvalitet.

I’ve stayed in many an Ibis over the years and I’m always more bothered about location, this one is five stops from HBF/Dom and the immediate area has Lidl and Rewe supermarkets plus plenty of food and bar options around. Room was fine, not the biggest and small bathroom but ok for my needs and at €50 a night, what you’d expect!

Für ein Ibis sehr modern. Zimmer sind alle renoviert. Das Bad war sehr klein. Sehr klein. Tiefgarage direkt im Hotel. Frühstück war okay. Für Lage und Zustand ist der Preis okay.

The hotel staff allowed us to leave our bags in a secure room from early morning prior to check in snd again for a few hours following check out. This proved to be very helpful. The room was small. The staff were super nice, and genuinely helpful. The hotel manager was very friendly and personable. The bathrooms are really small and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. The location is really accessible and close to many places to eat and walk around. I will stay in this property all over again if I go back to Koeln.

Die Zimmer sind klein. Das Bad ist so klein, dass man nicht richtig auf dem Klo sitzen kann. Das Zimmer wird auch nicht wirklich richtig gereinigt (Habe einige Haargummis der Vorgänger gefunden). Was auch nicht verwunderlich ist, da es nur im Bad einen ganz kleinen Mülleimer gibt. Der Mitarbeiter am Check-In war nicht besonders freundlich und vernünftig verständigen konnte er sich auch nicht.

So unhappy, there was no air conditionner in any rooms and I specifically booked this hotel because on their website is says AIR CONDITIONING , well its not true, they only have fan systems and that is not working, guest were complaining it was 32 degrees in the rooms, the staff at the reception are trying to find all excuses, that they have it but its not working or its working in some rooms but they dont know which one, I ask for a refund , they refused , I ask they to transfer me at another Accor hotel with air conditioning and they also refused, they are basically laughing at you , even the reception was so hot you could not have a drink at the bar, my first time with such a bad service, I will write a letter to customer relations.

I’ve stayed in many an Ibis over the years and I’m always more bothered about location, this one is five stops from HBF/Dom and the immediate area has Lidl and Rewe supermarkets plus plenty of food and bar options around. Room was fine, not the biggest and small bathroom but ok for my needs and at €50 a night, what you’d expect!

Everything was great. The hotel is 10 minutes from the main station and the old town. Check-in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly. I can recommend it for a shorter wtay.

Die nähe zur Bahnstation war super, Personal war freundlich. Zimmer: Klein aber ok. Das Bett hatte nur 1,6*1,9m, es kam keinen Schrank, leider auch keinen Mülleimer (nur einen Mini Eimer im Bad), wir sind eigentlich nicht so penibel, allerdings war der Teppich anscheinend nicht gesaugt, der Spiegel und das Fenster waren auch nicht so sauber. Das Bad ist definitiv nichts für dicke Menschen (wir sind gut gebaut) und es war schon echt eng drin. Wir hatten uns das Frühstück dazu gebucht, für 17€. Für den Preis erwarten wir mehr. Die Semmeln waren fast leer, die Säfte waren Sirup mit Wasser gemischt (geschmacklich voll ok) des einzig tolle war die Waffelbar, man konnte sich selbst frische Waffeln machen. Auf der Webseite stand dass es in der Bar auch Cocktails gibt, daher sind wir nach unserem Konzert direkt ins Hotel zurück gefahren. Müssten dann aber leider feststellen, dass es gar keine Cocktails gibt, nur Longdrinks.
