Hotel Ocean Pearl Frankfurt Central Station

Das Hotel erinnert mich an: wir würden gerne mehr bieten, können es aber nicht. Voll schade. Die Haus Tür ist die ganze Nacht offen auch wenn die Rezeption dauerhaft besetzt ist finde ich aufgrund der Lage in der Nähe des hbf beängstigend. Einen Safe gibt es auf den Zimmern nicht. Das Treppenhaus ist eng und gruselig. Fahrstuhl sauber und funktioniert. Ich habe um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten und das habe ich bekommen. Beim Blick auf den Notfall Plan habe ich gesehen dass das Hotel über jeweils 6 ruhige Zimmer verfügt. Alle anderen gehen zur Straße hin. Leider sind die Zimmer alle ziemlich klein. Tür direkt neben dem Bett. Sicherheitstür aber sehr hellhörig. Morgens habe ich die Reinigungskräfte laut reden hören. Fenster aufmachen geht nicht weil ein ekliger Essens Gestank hoch kommt. Rausgucken will man nicht. Schmuddeliger Hof und alles voll mit Vogelkot. Fenster schmutzig. Kopfteil wie bei allen anderen Bildern zu erkennen am abblättern dadurch verteilen sich die schwarzen Fake Leder Fetzen auf dem Bett und man denkt zuerst, dass sei Schmutz oder Tiere. Warum man das nicht ersetzt oder entfernt verstehe ich null. Das Bad ist renoviert aber verwinkelt aber immerhin mit Fenster. Nach dem duschen ist das Bad zum Viertel unter Wasser. In der Dusche ist die Ablage zu groß. Aufs Klo gehen geht dann nicht mehr ohne nasse Füße zu bekommen. Es gibt Hygiene Artikel wie Watte Pads, Watte Stäbchen, Kosmetik Tücher und einen gut funktionierenden Föhn.

During my stay, the hotel's fire alarm went off and all guests had to evacuate. A fire engine immediately arrived and an investigation began. As the evacuation order was gradually lifted, I tried to return to my room, but was stopped by hotel staff who told me, ``Your floor is still under investigation.'' At that time, I was deeply moved. The hotel staff remembers which floor the guests are staying on. After that, there were no problems and I was able to return to my room. It was a very memorable night, but the fire alarm was working properly, which is proof that the hotel's facilities are solid.

The location is good - just a short walk from the main railway station. Plenty shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel is clean and comfortable. The rooms are not large, but adequate for a stay of one or two nights. Good value for money. Staff are friendly and helpful and happy to store luggage after the noon checkout. I would use this hotel again.

Hotel bem localizado, próximo a estacao. Confortavel e limpo.

Lugar bem sujo. Minha toalha de banho estava suja, assim como o assento sanitário e cama tinham pelos.

Der er ingen varmt vand til at bade med om natten/tidligt morgen 04.30. Meget larm ved ventitalionsanlæg, en dag "glemte" de at gøre rent, sengen smitter sort smuds af i sengetøjet, det er ret ulækkert. Kun takke ham der arbejder sent om aftenen, han yder rigtig god service, eller hvad han har mulighed for. ulækkert på trappen, gør venligst rent tak.

Die Rezeption sehr freundlich und schnell. Leider war das Zimmer wie gerade benutzt und man hat vergessen das Bad zu reinigen. Total dreckige Handtücher die eigentlich weiß sein sollten, wo aber grau-schwarze Flecken drauf waren als ob jemand damit den Boden geputzt hätte und sowohl im Handtuch als auch in der Wanne lange schwarze Haare und ich habe kurze graue Haare.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber und es gab jeden Tag Probleme mit der Türkarte

Dirty hotel. We checked out 20minutes after checking in and went to another better hotel. We did not get our money back. Very dissapointed.

The hotel is conveniently located. It's clean enough. However, there was an air con unit but it didn't work. The noise from the street meant opening a window wasn't a good plan if you wanted to sleep. The laminate flooring had gaps. The headboard was peeling leaving black bits on the bed if you leaned against it. The bottom of the bathroom door was peeling too. The pillows didn't stay in their cases very well & we could see how old & yellow they were. That said, the shower was pretty good & the staff very nice.

Wi-Fi went down after 1st day and stayed down for the 3 days I was there. Room safe wouldn't lock, I was informed it would be fixed (never was).

No air conditioning.

Practical location for commuting from Central Station. Rooms require updating.

Location was very good. Not to clean. It was very hot couples of days , but no airconditioner in the room.

This property does not have air conditioner in the summer.

Extrem laut und extrem heiß, da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist, nur ein lauter Ventilator. Fenster öffnen nicht möglich, da extrem viel Straßenlärm, der auch bei geschlossenem Fenster zu hören ist.

Alugamos um quarto de casal com cama queen, que não é queen. O tamanho está entre casal e viúvo e fica encostada no canto, o que é muito desconfortável. O box do banheiro tinha 2 portas de correr que deveriam se encontrar no meio, mas estavam com problema de alinhamento e ficava uma fresta de cerca de 1 dedo de largura, o que fez molhar o banheiro todo. O quarto é bem apertado e precisa de uma certa dinâmica para duas pessoas trocarem de roupa ao mesmo tempo, considerando malas e outras coisas mais, principalmente quando é uma bagagem de inverno. O café da manhã fica no hotel da esquina, não tem passagem por dentro do hotel. Isso eles só explicam na hora. Você leva um voucher e a pessoa da cozinha recolhe para controle, então não desça desavisado de pijamas, a não ser que não ligue de andar de pantufas pela calçada. O café é bom. 8/10 Apesar de estar na área central, isola bastante o som externo (que nem é muito).

Nähe zum Hbf ist für Weiterreise praktisch. Zimmer war sehr laut und stickig. Lüften aufgrund des Lärms ausserhalb nicht möglich.

Staff were very helpful in finding me a room when I unexpectedly had to extend my stay.

Customer service was very good

Festhalleでのコンサート目的で滞在。Festhalleが中央駅からUバーンでひと駅のため、駅周辺は治安がイマイチと言われているけどチョイス。 朝10時頃空港に着き、昼前にダメ元でチェックイン出来るか聞いてみたら「掃除が終わってたらモチロンいいよ」と快諾。お陰で時間を無駄にせずに観光に出かけられた。フロント(名札を見なかったけど、黒人の方)の対応が凄く親切で良かった。 旧市街にも徒歩で行ける距離だし、値段もリーズナブル。次回もまた是非利用したい。

Was great except they didn't clean the room daily.

Muito bem localizado, de fácil acesso e com farta opção de transporte tanto para os bairros de Frankfurt como também para todas as cidades europeias.Muitos restaurantes e lanchonetes nos arredores Atendimento muito bom por toda a equipe, desde a recepção até a arrumação dw apartamentos, muito prestativos e simpáticos.

Une petite remarque le jour de notre départ on a laissé notre sac à l'accueil lors du check-out et vu qu'on avait notre vol le soir on est revenu prendre notre sac et on est resté à l'accueil pendant une petite demi-heure et là l'agent d'accueil a mis sa doudoune et ouvert la porte et l'a bloqué vu qu'il faisait très froid 0° ce jour là je n'ai pas du tout apprécié ce geste mesquin par ce pauvre énergumène

チェックインの時間になってもあなたの部屋の準備は出来てないと言ったままそのスタッフはどこかに行ってしまった。

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber und es gab jeden Tag Probleme mit der Türkarte

Beskidt, uanmendligt dårlig service fra hotel personalet. Blev flere gange mødt af en låst hoveddør, hvor man så kunne så og vente i 10min sammen med andre hotel gæster, indtil personalet gad at låse hoveddøren op igen.

Too loud at nights and not safe

Decent accommodations just around the corner from Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, yet far enough away from the inescapable local undesirables that litter the area near main train stations. Numerous shopping and dining options nearby.

I loved that it’s just 5min away from central station. What i loved more is it’s accessibility to everything i needed like just one block away is DM, outside the hotel there’s atm machine, beside it is asian food cuisine w/c i loved! I also did that expect that there would be refrigerator in my room for a hotel room with cheapest price. I had good night sleep . Would highly recommend!!!

Otel çok eski , gara çok yakın. Yeri çok kötü, ama merkeze yürünüyor çok eski ve bakımsız.bulunduğu çevre çok karışık, tedirgin olduk. Birdaha tercih etmem.

ホテル自体は受付の方も良く綺麗で快適でした！ですが、周りの治安がかなり悪く夜は歩けません。

중앙역에서 걸어서 5분 거리, 출장으로 5박 했습니다. 침대는 약간 낡았지만, 시트나 모든게 깔끔했습니다. 거리의 소음도 심하지 않아서 모든게 좋았어요. 아침식사도 포함되어 있어 가성비가 좋았습니다. (음식이 많지는 않아요.) 그래도 중앙역 접근성+가격 봤을때는 최고입니다. 다음 출장 때도 이용할 생각 100% 있습니다.
