観光地のど真ん中にあり、どこに行くにも便利だった。スタッフの方はみんな気さくで親切。5月中旬で朝晩はまだ肌寒かったが、冷暖房はシーズンで切り替えるそうで、既に夏仕様で暖房は使えなかった（とはいえ、我慢すればいい程度の話）。部屋の内装はグラナダらしいタイルもしようされていてチャーミング。小さいが冷蔵庫があってよかった。レンタカーで行ったが、車は通行不可であり、ホテルの、または近隣の駐車場に止めて歩いて行く必要があるので要注意。

Absolutely perfect location, overall a good little hotel, quite comfortable. Our bathroom was in quite poor condition (room 22), seemed there was an ongoing leak from upstairs and there was actually black mould growing on the ceiling. I imagine ours was also leaking to the floor below because the silicone around the shower was completely broken. Clearly the hotel needs to step up is maintenance procedures, but it was a good value stay. A selection of English language TV stations (even if just CNN or BBC news) would have been a nice addition. Overall though we had a great time 👍

El hotel está muy bien, es precioso no me lo esperaba así, el suelo de la habitación no estaba muy limpio se notaba que no lo habian barrido, todo lo demás mut bien, lo único es que al estar sobre la plaza por la noche hay mucho ruido, pero cerrando las ventanas se amortigua bastante

Terrible experience. Bathroom dirty. Bed no confortable and we I Arrive to the hotel at 111:30 pm the TV Control was not working. I should have my money back. Besides the Hotel is located at a place that use to have garbabe on the streets.

Es un agradable hotel de 3 estrellas en pleno centro de Granada. Me gustaron la limpieza general de las instalaciones, la ubicación, la amabilidad del personal, la amplitud de la habitación así como su buena insonorización a pesar de estar en hotel en uns zona concurrida. El desayuno continental es correcto y cuesta 6 €. Lo que no me gustó fue el colchón, durísimo para mi gusto, lo que me impidió descansar como pretendía. Una pena porque los demás aspectos de este hotel son realmente positivos.

Great central location, but I’d love to give it a better rating. I was on the first floor (European 2nd) on the alley side of the building away from the main square. It was quite noisy until 1-2AM and also again at 6 AM in the morning. Earplugs worked for me. The shower isn’t for tall people. I’m 6’2” and unfortunately, there is a bar that goes across the top of the shower to hold a glass panel in place. It’s about 6 feet. This could be just my room, I don’t know. Other than that, though, the staff was extraordinarily nice and accommodating.

Property is well located. Seems to be short staffed, only one person manning the main office. Breakfast is offered at an additional cost but is not appealing. We did not eat there. Rooms are outdated and one of the 2 elevators were out of service the two days we were there. Would not select this property next time in town.

Very central position. Room not big but very comfortable bed. Warm room. Nice toiletries and the possibility to make a drink. Bus stop from the square, C31 or C34, takes you up the hill to Albaicin, where you get amazing views of the Generalife gardens and the Alhambra. Pay on bus €1.40 per adult.

I stayed for one night and was very pleased. The hotel is in walking distance to the Alhambra and the town centre, many restaurants are nearby for dinner or lunch so it was very convenient. The room was good and clean, the shower warm and the bed comfy. I’d like to especially emphasise how lovely and kind all the staff members were! Thank you for your help with my bus ticket! ;)

la verdad es que me sorprendió bastante, es un hotel muy bien situado y con todo bastante cerca. el personal es bastante agradable y tuve un problema con el agua de la caldera en la habitación y solucionado súper rápido. lo recomiendo y la próxima vez que vuelva por granada volveré seguro.

A la llegada teniamos plaza de garaje y el de recepcion un hombre mayor tenia una mala leche desde luego esa experiencia mala, havia mucho frio en las habitaciones y al dia siguiente que nos ivamos ya era una mujer super atenta ,simpatica y muy humana por el ultimo aspecto volveria pero si veo al hombre mayor no entro .

Leuk hotel op toplocatie, alles binnen loopafstand in gezellige buurt met veel barretjes en eettenten. Verwacht geen overdadige luxe maar een prettige kamer, goed bed en ruime badkamer. Hotel is van vliegveld of busstation makkelijk bereikbaar per bus. Kortom: aanrader!

We spent two nights here in the deluxe double room with balconies overlooking the plaza. The room was large with a comfy bed and well appointed bathroom. The plaza is noisy in the evenings but we were mid week so it quieted down around midnight. Nice little continental breakfast for a reasonable price. Easy walking to the beautiful cathedral and up to the Alhambra. Lots of shops and restaurants around. We would stay here again!
