Unlike our other stays during our trip in Andalucía, this hotel was a low point. While the location is good and parking is available, the parking access is very narrow and poorly managed. The main issue was the reception staff’s inability to handle arriving guests efficiently. At times, both staff members focused on a single guest while other guests were left waiting. The short-term parking area at the entrance is almost always occupied, even though it is supposedly limited to 10 minutes. As a result, we were forced to park on the sidewalk, risking a fine, due to the staff’s poor handling of guest check-ins. Additionally, when we tried to make dinner reservations at the hotel restaurant, we were told that this was not managed by reception. This is unacceptable for a four-star hotel. In the end, we chose to dine elsewhere, which I would actually recommend. Overall, this stay did not feel like a four-star experience. Considering the price, the hotel is too expensive for what it offers. There are better options available in the area, and I would recommend staying elsewhere.

The hotel is excellently located. Very spacious parking and charger for electric cars. The charger is payable with the application, unlike other hotels in the hotel parking lot. Rooms very small and a bit old but comfortable. The biggest downside of the hotel is the uncomfortable beds. Reception very nice and helpful. Breakfast very good and varied.

Ubicación muy buena, pero has de aparcar por la zona del Mercadona cercana al hotel. En cuanto a descanso, el personal de limpieza se escuchaba desde lejos. La gente en la calle se escuchaban. Y pedimos cama de matrimonio y nos pusieron dos individuales. Que eran comodas, pero no lo que pedimos, y no quisimos reclamar. La calefacción en su punto exacto. La bañera, que no ducha, algo sucia de los años. Y no había escobilla en el water, con lo que debes utilizar papel para quitar tus deposiciones restantes. Por tanto, el mensaje de cuidar el planeta y reciclado, es un poco inchorente, porque con una simple escobilla, se hubieran ahorrado papel.

Schönes Hotel. Nähe Altstadt. Frühstück fand ich nicht besonderes. Zu wenig Angebot. Preis/Angebot übereinstimmen nicht. Sonst freundliches Personal, sehr hilfsbereit. Sie zeigten mir den Bus zum Flughafen Granada. Zeitigt und Ort des Buses. Zimmer sind sehr gut und sauber. Gern gehe ich wieder in diesem Hotel.

Leider war der Zimmerservice recht schwach. Bei 6 Übernachtungen keinen Bettwäschewechsel ist eher unerwartet, Kaffe/Tee wurde meist nicht nachgefüllt, Krümel über Tage nicht aufgesaugt, unter dem Bett große Staubflocken. Das Hotel ist etwas hellhörig. Positiv: Gutes Frühstück, Innenstadtnähe.

Es war hervorragend. Es hat uns an nicjts gefehlt. Nachts ein wenig laut, weil direkt am Hotel eine Bar ist und die Zimmertüren knallen sehr laut ins Schloss, und etwas hellhörig. Aber sonst war es wirklich seht toll und ausgezeichnet.

We are an Australian couple, in their 60’s, on 12 month retirement holiday. The Vincci Albayzin is a delightful hotel in a perfect location. The rooms aren’t large but are comfortable. Good bathroom. Excellent breakfast. The hotel has a lovely bar and lots of inviting sitting areas. A step back in time feeling which is comforting. Lovely staff.

The location and walkability were definitely the highlights of this stay. Easy to get around and the breakfast was great. That said, the room itself was just okay. For a hotel listed as 4 stars, it didn’t meet expectations compared to others I’ve stayed at in the same category. Overall nice boutique hotel in Central Granada in walking distance to all sights. Did not eat at the restaurant but it looked nice. Quiet room even it was facing the street. Pleasant neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bistros. Cons: parking was ot available, had to ise public parking garage a mile away. No help in getting luggage cart / loading luggage and help bringing to room A 4- star hotel should have that concierge service. Otherwise nice hotel, i'll recommend for biz or vacay travel with reasonable rates. A good deal.

The stay was perfect from start to finish. Thd staff were exemplary and the ambience of the hotel was perfect. Room and bed were comfortable and had all the necessary facilities. A big shout out to Claudia, as she responded quickly to our emails and, as we were there for our 42nd wedding anniversary, was surprised when a complimentary bottle of Cava arrived at our room. A fantastic, truly appreciated gift.

The location near centro is ideal for walking everywhere. The tree lined wide avenues are attractive. This hotel is immaculate, quality, modern. The breakfast atrium with high glass and superior breakfast was good. Next door we had the end sept celebration of Our Lady of Sorrows, a serious comminity celebration with bands, floats and a Basilica that was incredibly ornate . Room.was clean and acceptable space. All staff members friendly and helpful. A 5km run along useful straight major streets was good. Tourist tip if you want to see Alhambra book many weeks in advance or it wont happen. We would stay here again.

Its a gorgeous hotel. Friendly staff who were incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They even prepared breakfast picnics for us upon requests as we had such an early flight back home. It was so beautifully prepared & kept us going on our entire journey home. We loved our stay there and would definitely book with them again. Beautiful building and ambience. A lovely home from home. Easy to walk everywhere as its in a great location. Definitely a gold star & a big thank you.
