The hotel is strategically located close to the pedestrian area of Granada. If you are coming by car be aware that you will have to inform the hotel prior to arrival to get authorisation to access the area and to reserve the parking inside the hotel’s building. Fortunately, the hotel will provide you with great and easy instructions to follow to get to them. The last bit of the road is quite tight so you are warned if you have one of those large SUVs. The building in which the hotel resides is historical and has a moresque architecture that resembles a riad. Rooms are spacious and clean and have everything necessary to make your stay comfortable. Once you are there, you can reach any point of the city by foot or using public transport. Great restaurants are close by and you have a lot chose from. Breakfast is OK and has sufficient choice to make everyone satisfied unless you are into exotic things or you like herring on your bread to get you going in the morning.

Rummet var rymligt och bra. Ingen utsikt trots fönster åt 2 håll. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade ok. Sängarna var lite åt det hårda hållet, men vi sov gott. Städningen av golven var inte så bra. Handduken blev väldigt smutsig när man torkade upp vattnet efter duschen. Frukosten var helt okej men inte toppklass. Kunde vara lite mer att välja på för 15 euro. Läget var fantastiskt bra, nära till alla sevärdheter och restauranger. Mycket bra med parkering under hotellet men något svårnavigerat. Man kan inte köra på gps eftersom många gator har begränsad access. Detaljerad färd beskrivning från hotellet måste följas noga, annars riskeras böter från kamera övervakning. We experienced the country blackout event during our stay and the staff was very supporting and safe at all times !! Parking is very convenient. Highly recommended. Difficile à trouver l’endroit même avec un GPS, mais bien situé pour visiter. Très bon accueil, personnel, courtois. Et on nous a suggéré des endroits à visiter. This hotel is noisy, both inside and out. Inside there are lots of hard surfaces and sounds reverberate. The plumbing is audible. You can hear people moving around on the same floor and the floor above. Sound from outside is worse. We made the mistake of arriving on a Friday. The bars and streets near by did not quieten until after 0230, and then not properly until about 5am. I wouldn’t stay in this part of Granada, should I visit again. Other than the noise, a nice hotel, and lovely staff.

The hotel was in an excellent location, moments from the Moroccan market & the Cathedral. There were lots of bars & restaurants close by. Our room overlooked a courtyard towards the rear of the hotel & was very quiet The bed was very hard which meant that I did not sleep very well. Welcoming staff, decent breakfast. There were no tea & coffee.making facilities in the room, though there was a minibar. It was my birthday while we were there & they delivered a plate of fruit to our room. I would rate this hotel as a good 3.5*, not a 4*.

a few importan items were misin , no towell ( we need to ask to reception) no mumber from room to call reception, found later it was 9, no tv remote control, one of our companion got sick, we arrenged with reception extention untill 2 pm, the guy said 10 euros extra, wich is ok, but when we paid, he said that is 10 euros per hour, He never mentioned before, so we paid 20 euros. nothing else. sadly

A challenge to find in the centre of Granada, reception staff unfriendly and dismissive. Bar/ restaurant not open on the day we arrived (Monday) but plenty of bars locally. Room nice with decent enough Aircon. Hotel location convenient for sight seeing. Just let down by the rather unfriendly receptionist, an easy thing to fix a smile and a warm welcome would do it.

When we complained about the repeatedly unfriendly comportment of this receptionist, the manager offered the breakfasts on the house, which was excellent customer service. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and conveniently located.

It has a palatial feel. Everything's marble and ornate. It's conveniently located in the center of the city, and there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. It's close to many of the top attractions, but it's quiet. Getting to the parking garage is an adventure; you really have to follow their detailed instructions to have any hope of getting there. Rooms are quiet and well appointed, staff are friendly and all speak good English.
