We appreciate the upgrade to a suite. However the design of this hotel is non-conventional. Side counter mounted controls for the centred faucet. No towel racks. In room dining app was not working and had to order by phone. The mall integrated hotel resulted in an inadequate entrance whereby luggage could be wheeled requiring a lift or carrying it on the stairway to the lobby. Nice looking hotel with many impractical design elements.

The staff are very helpful and attentive! They made our stay very comfortable. Good clean and comfortable room, nice bathroom. We had the continental club lounge which was lovely to relax in, with a good choice of drinks, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Very good location for shopping, and fairly close to the ferry. It feels clean, elevated contemporary. We were sad to leave! Please be aware the location shown by Expedia is incorrect. The hotel is at the northern end of the Harbourside mall and a good 10 minutes walk to the Star ferry.

Convenient location near major shopping malls. Would definitely recommend splurging for the nicer rooms with continental lounge access. We enjoyed the daily breakfast included with the package, and the room was very spacious and well-maintained. The staff were professional, efficient, and attentive. Would stay here again when we visit next time!

Rooms on top level are spacious. You have access to their Club Lounge which has breakfast, afternoon cocktails, and tea and coffee till 11pm. Service is attentive. My room did not have a USB port but other rooms did. Loved the access to shopping centre and eateries.

Club lounge was very good. But it open in afternoon. I could not eat breakfast in club lounge. So, we have to go 3rd floor restaurant. Restaurant service was not good. Too many staff. Almost staff were young, I did not feel hospitality. I do not want to stay this hotel. I recommend Marco Polo Hongkong or Gateway.

Got to the hotel really early, ten am , and the receptionist suggested we pay a supplement to access a room, which we did. Well worth the extra, we got a suite and got in immediately. We had club privileges with the upgrade. So had breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails all thrown in. Loved it. Staff were amazing. Hotel is central to Kowloon , near the ferry terminal. Shopping in Hong Kong is very good now. Loads of food options, you can pay anything from ten pounds to a hundred. Transportation from the airport great very cheap on the bus A 21 or 30 pounds for a taxi. Hotel was really good.

Location was excellent. Just below a popular harbour shopping centre with many luxury brands. Many eateries were walkable and MTR station is about 5 mins walk. Friendly and helpful staff. Big room but sound proofing not too excellent as can hear people talking and walking especially morning. My room was in front of lift lobby. I requested to switch to a corner room after few days of disturbance. Hotel is nice to give a small cake to celebrate my hubby’s birthday.

Imagine staying at a hotel where both bed and pillow are old and uncomfortable. The bed sunk in the middle. Ask housekeeping who said is bcos guests sit in the middle of the bed thats why the bed sag in centre.

I enjoyed my stay because of the location, comfort and excellent service. The room offers lots of storage spaces. The bathroom was spacious. The housekeeping team, receptionists, in-room dining team, and bellboys were very professional, polite, and friendly. The services that they delivered were efficient and exceptional! This hotel is conveniently located in Tsim Sha Tsiu and it connected to Harbour City (one of the best malls) and close to shopping, restaurants, groceries, and public transportation. The team was able to solve the issue in a timely manner. One night, I smelled smoke, so I called the Guest Service. They sent someone to do investigation immediately and found out the guest next to my room was smoking cigarettes with his door opened. They gave this guest a warning, as this was a non-smoking property. The customer service rep gave me a follow-up call and kept me updated with the situation, apologized for this happening, and thanked me for reporting. I was very grateful for how efficient and professional the team handled this. I highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay there next time when I visit Hong Kong!

Great hotel. Spacious room. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and always went the extra mile to get the information I was asking about; if they didn't know they would ask a colleague and I really appreciated this. Great location - 5 minute walk to the Star ferry terminal to go to Hong Kong Island. Easy to get Uber from HK airport to the hotel.

This was my 2nd time staying at Prince Hotel, and like last time, I was very happy with the overall service! Mr. Kevin Lam assisted me with the check-in process as well as the dinner reservation. He was pleasant, friendly and helpful! Once I reached my hotel room, he even made a courtesy call and asked if I was satisfied with my room! I loved the ocean view, the cleanliness, and the spacious bathroom! There were lots of storage space in the room. I liked the open closet! One of the best things about Prince Hotel is the generous counter space in the bathroom. Also, the toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), slippers, soap, and toothbrush were high quality. Savvy, the hotel restaurant, offered a fantastic buffet experience! ALL the staff, including the receptionist, manager, waiters/waitresses, and chefs, were very nice and cheerful! Their service was exceptional! One of the waiters even recognized me (he delivered orders to my hotel room in August last year)! The food selection and quality were exceptional! I enjoyed everything! I had the most wonderful time! Thank you for such an unforgettable memory! I ordered room service twice afterwards, and Savvy never disappointed me! The delivery was quick, the waiter was courteous, and the food was tasty! The check-out process was also a breeze! The bell boy was also very helpful and professional! Thank you for everything!

The location is super convenient. Near the ferry pier and mtr station. It is a part of the Harbor city shopping mall and there are so many luxury shops. The breakfast buffet was a nice blanding of asian and western foods and service was excellent. Special thanks to Fran and Isabella!!!

Club lounge was very good. But it open in afternoon. I could not eat breakfast in club lounge. So, we have to go 3rd floor restaurant. Restaurant service was not good. Too many staff. Almost staff were young, I did not feel hospitality. I do not want to stay this hotel. I recommend Marco Polo Hongkong or Gateway.

Buffet breakfast adequate with many juices, hot drinks, fruits, salads and congee. The concierge service was excellent too. China ferry a 3-minute walk from the hotel, across a big Apple Store and many cosmetic and luxury brands.
