The executive suite was amazing, especially the service from the concierge and the cleanliness of the space. The resort did seem a bit understaffed in certain areas like the outdoor facilities but we still managed to get the appropriate service when required!

Otele girişte iyi karşıladılar Ancak oda ile karşılaşınca şok olduk Fotoğraflarda oda court yard görüyor diyor ancak hiçbirşey gördüğü yok Gün ışığı dahi almıyor duvara bakıyor Sadece tavanlar yüksek Duş tuvalet eski ve yıpranmış Duş küçücük girmek çıkmak çok zor biraz iri yarı bir kişi girip çıkamaz Kahvaltı yetersiz otel kahvaltıyı moi diye bir işleymeye vermiş Yemekler idare eder ancak etraf çok pis masalar hiç temiz değil nerdeyse yemek yemeden kalkılacak kadar kötü Çalışanlar yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar ancak çok tecrübesizler Her söylediğimiz ikinci seferde zar zor geldi Kumsalda servis almak çok mümkün değil az kişi çalışıyor Kahve makinesi bozuk Çok üzülerek söylüyorumki gecesi için verdiğimiz ücreti beklentiyi hiç birşekilde karşılamıyor.
