Pro: Great location, buffet breakfast with many options, swimming pool is just excellent, value for money, Chat Had restaurant is gorgeous and nice food, friendly staff, loved swim up bar Cons: check-in and check-out was very slow, no tour desk or support for booking local experiences, don't get classic rooms they are non-renovated rooms and are tired, lifts are too slow and we're mostly broken at times Suggestions: offer live music or BBQ at the beach bar , increase staff and check-in devices at the reception, upgrade the lift systems, offer better poolside menu to include finger food or easily consumable bites for swimming up bar

Underbar vistelse igen på Hilton i Hua Hin. Vi hade förmånen att bli uppgraderade till ett rum på 16:e våningen med utsikt över hela stranden och stora delar av stadenHotellet har ett utmärkt läge mitt i stan och direkt vid stranden. Stor pool med gott om solstolar. Flera restauranger och barer att välja på. Inom kort öppnar även Hard Rock Café i samma byggnad. Personalen är väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma.

Utrolig dejligt hotel. God service og meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Et stort udvalg af aktiviteter på hotellet fx yoga, fitness tennis osv. Vi havde booket et Executive værelse med lounge adgang - det var virkelig god værdi. Perfekt beliggenhed med by og strand. I gå afstand til night market.

The hotel is nice but it is old. It doesn't look like the pics shown online, specially on the outdoor areas. Actually they are renovating part of the building and you can hear the construction noises during the day. The service was great.

Excellent hébergement. Très bien situé ans Hua Hin et agréable. L'ensemble de l'hébergement est en cours de rénovation et j'ai pu faire une chambre non rénovée puis rénovée : la rénovation apportera un plus indéniable même si je n'ai pas regretté d'avoir une chambre avant rénovation. Seul bémol s'il en faut un : les ascenseurs. Il manque clairement des ascenseurs pour un hotel de cette taille.

住在412房間，浴室地板會積水，身為五星級飯店應該要改善這件事情。剛入住房間的時候覺得濕氣有點重，空調和窗戶打開後才比較緩解。飯店的環境非常優美，有著很棒的泳池，還有一個滑水道也挺有趣。直接面對沙灘，風景真的非常棒。交通位置也是還不錯，出來步行五分鐘左右就能到華欣夜市，附近按摩店家與酒吧都很多，夜生活也豐富。飯店的早餐種類算多，西式、中式、泰式料理兼具，也好吃。

Room was very poor, furniture out of date, TV and Stations was terrible. Rust stain in shower and various spots in the room. Dust and cob webs were present. Spoke with the manager of the hotel. Was offered an executive suite but was not looking for a handout. Just wanted them to know that there is a lot of work to be done and standards are below par.

Et lettere slidt hotel med meget begrænsede aktiviteter for både børn og voksne. Ekstremt dyrt at købe i deres barer og så bliver der pålagt serviceafgift oven i priserne. Manglende service: vi skulle låne en computer til at underskrive et forretningsdokument i vores online bank - men det kunne man til vores store forbløffelse ikke på hotellet - men vi blev henvist til en internet café ude i byen. Rengøring af værelser var mangelfuld. Der blev ikke vasket vægfliser i 14 dage, til trods for at der var synlig skidt på væggene i badeværelset.

Views from our room wete superb Rooms although decor was in good overall condition bathroom was not up to 4* standards Cracks in wash basin. Dark patches on tiling grout repairs to shower were poor.Holes in bedside furniture and half varnished. Communal and public areas were great. Staff really welcoming excellent but the bedrooms were well below expected standards. More like a Blackpool b&b

I have stayed at the Hilton many years now , every Xmas , but always got the upper floors , as this was only a three day stay while we located a condo , I booked a classic room, these rooms are not renovated yet . No smart tv which is pretty bad for the Hilton. We were offered an upgrade but at a cost despite being a silver member and go every year. When your paying such expense you should have a proper working smart tv as this is 2025 . So in my opinion , if you book a classic room , it’s not up to standard at all. Staff were not as helpful as last year or previous years . Felt let down really and upset . It cost us what it costs for a month in a condo just for the nights and as a regular customer I expected more .

Hotel is sitting in a perfect location. Ocean view from the room was fantastic. I really enjoyed the view by the poolside when the sunrise. Heaps of shops, restaurants, massage places, etc right in front of the hotel. Staffs were great. There were few things I didn't like though. Noise - there was a relatively large gap between the door and the floor, so the noise from outside was not blocked at all. Especially door banging, people walking and talking when you tried to sleep at night was almost annoying. TV - it was not a smart tv USB - there was no USB charging port. I had to buy a wall charger. I really loved everything else about this hotel, but they really need to do something with the noise issue.

It's a Hilton so you know what to expect. I had 2 issues. 1. The internet was terrible, especially for a Hilton 2. They have a very restrictive beach towel policy. You can not take the towels to the beach. This was a problem for us. We are not pool people. We are beach people. When leaving on a tour you can not take the towels. We had to speak to a manager to get permission to take the towels with us. They need to fix this. It's annoying and ruins an otherwise great hotel. 3. They have a sign when entering the beach that says no drones are allowed in Thailand. That is inaccurate. The facilities are great and the people are great but these 3 things daily made the experience less enjoyable.

We have been there many times and noticed the rundown property. We have leaked in our bathroom, no nonskid floor mat the bathroom.. I almost slip and fall. The sofa cushion should be replaced, flat like sitting on the floor. The pool bar service was non-exited… we could have drink more if someone would come around more often. We liked the location, and that’s it…

Location is unbeatable. Steps to all restaurants, massage, laundry etc. Lobby is new and nice. But rooms are bit old. Pool side service not as good as I expected. I requested to open an umbrella at 4ish. The lady not kind and denied my request, she said it’s cloudy day. After half and hour , sun came out , she set up for me without asking. In general, service and dining are good. I’ll give a credit to kids club, it’s nice and clean

I was very pleased we chose the executive room. Very nice room and lovely view from the balcony, and we thoroughly enjoyed having breakfast in the executive lounge which was always quiet. The staff were always helpful and friendly and housekeeping was excellent. I think the food around the pool could be improved - it wasn’t great. The hotel does have the best location - walking distance to everything.

This is an older hotel. Very well located in Hua Hin in easy walking distance to a lot of restaurants, bars etc.. We stayed at the executive club floor with an ocean view room. The room had a great view but was fairly old. The staff at the lounge were very nice but the lounge lacked atmosphere and was well set back so not a great view. Breakfast in the lounge was limited in range and you could not use the restaurant instead of the lounge. The rooftop bar has a lovely view at night and the staff there were alao excellent. Common areas are recently renovated and well maintained
