Zentrale Lage. Parkhaus praktisch um die Ecke. Freundlicher Empfang. Beim Frühstücksbüffet haben wir nichts vermisst. Am Marathon-Tag extra frühes Frühstück für die Läufer. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer war aber renoviert, insbesondere das Bad. Auch das Bett war neu und sehr bequem.

The property was old and not well-maintained. Our first room looked out on scaffolding in a tiny triangle shaped corner between hallways. The front desk staff changed our room the next day for a city view but it was a much smaller room. The on-site laundry was a paid service. We found a laundromat instead.

I loved that it was close to Interlaken East train via a bus station and within a 7 minute walk to Interlaken West train station! I also appreciated the open room that we could use a small microwave or eat our salad from the grocery store! The breakfast had a good variety!

This hotel was an easy 5 min walk from the Interlaken West train station. The front desk manager was very friendly and helpful, explaining how to get around town. Coffee and tea were available in a common area. Our room was super clean, with good lighting and everything we needed. We could walk to a Coop grocery in about 3 minutes, very convenient.

Excellent location. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Train station a few minutes from the Hotel. Be aware that they are doing some remodeling in some of the rooms. Adela at the front desk was excellent and she gave us lots of tips to explore the area after she gave us our Interlaken Pass that you can use for unlimited public transportation around the Interlaken area .

The experience overall was great with the staff being extraordinary helpful. The only drawback was that we were told that parking would be 25 francs for 24 hours and we were charged 34, we parked for 20 hours.

Very pleased with our stay here. The hotel is centrally located, about 10 minutes walk to either east and west Interlaken train station. The room is very clean and spacious, so is the bathroom. There are many restaurant options with a short walking distance. A Coop store is right across the street, convenient for us to pick up some sandwiches to bring to a hike. The buffet breakfast is excellent with a lot of choices. The morning of the Jungfrau marathon, which was we came to the town for, the hotel started the breakfast at 6am, instead of the regular 7am. It was such a kind offer to us runners! Thank you Hotel Weisses Kreuz!

Clean room, everything worked. No problems. It was good to see a fan in the room, this part of the world seldom gets hot but without A/C it’s nice to have a fan for when it is hot. Staff was super!

Nice clean hotel in a great location in old town center of interlarken. When we check in, the guy receptionists are a bit cold. But nice to see the lady receptionist the next day is tatally warm and make us feel welcome. Bus 21 and 103 stop right in front the the hotel make a lot of convenient for the tourists.

UBER....was the man...took time to speak to me/help me...a genuine kind soul. Also, the lady/blonde/pretty...ponytail...at the desk was massively helpful too. Was thankful to have met both. Great location...great brekfast...I look forward to returning...

Excellent location. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Train station a few minutes from the Hotel. Be aware that they are doing some remodeling in some of the rooms. Very pleased with our stay here. The hotel is centrally located, about 10 minutes walk to either east and west Interlaken train station. The room is very clean and spacious, so is the bathroom. There are many restaurant options with a short walking distance. A Coop store is right across the street, convenient for us to pick up some sandwiches to bring to a hike. The buffet breakfast is excellent with a lot of choices. The morning of the Jungfrau marathon, which was we came to the town for, the hotel started the breakfast at 6am, instead of the regular 7am. It was such a kind offer to us runners! Thank you Hotel Weisses Kreuz!

The hotel was right in the middles of Interlaken dowtown, walkable to two train stations and some tourist attractions, restaurant. The breakfast here was great with good options. The staff was very friendly and they gave us a free upgrade!

This hotel was in a great location in the center of all the action. I was just disappointed they didn’t have A/C as it was warm in the day and night only cooled down a little. The breakfast buffet was nice and they were happy to store our luggage.

The location of this hotel is quite good, but be aware that it is an older building with a very small elevator and small rooms. The beds were very comfortable, we were lucky that nearby guests were quiet. Because the hallway is narrow, noisy guests could disturb your sleep. (We always try to stay on the top floor of any hotels to avoid noise above us. This worked well at this hotel.) A bonus: from our window, we could watch paragliders descending. (There are many paragliders in Interlaken.) For us, the price of the hotel was rather high, even though it did include a buffat breakfast. But hotel prices in general are quite high in Interlaken. The bathroom was a bit challenging for us, as senior citizens, because you have to step over the high edge of the tub to take a shower. Also, the shower door does not close fully so you have to take care not to get water on the floor. And the bathroom does not have a shelf or counter, so there's nowhere for a bag of toiletries.

Sehr gute Lage. Gegen Innenhof ruhig. Älteres Hotel, unser Doppelzimmer war aber renoviert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

The hotel felt tired and run down. The room was very dated and minimalistic, the hotel needs a major upgrade and renovation. The towels were so thin The WiFi was absolutely useless, it was appearing and disappearing and we were not able to use it for 2 days. On the positive side the hotel offers breakfast.

一階がレストランで、その上を利用したホテルなので、受付ロビーは狭い。少し古く感じたが、要所要所で新しく改修されていて、トータルではそこまで感じなかった。ヨーロッパのホテルには珍しく、歯磨き、カミソリのアメニティがあり、とても良かった。
