Sunway Putra Hotel was clean. The staff were courteous and couldn’t do enough to assist their patrons. The room was fresh, clean, bright and airy. The location was perfectly located near the shopping centre for all of your dining needs. There is a roller skating rink and toddlers play area in the shopping centre. We would definitely recommend the Sunway Putra Hotel for couple or family stays. A lovely pool on the 15th floor is available for hotel guests until 7pm.

Fastidioso vedere il cartello di divieto di ingresso alla sala colazioni con infradito e poi vedere quasi tutti con le infradito ai piedi. Se metti il cartello, lo fai rispettare, altrimenti evita di metterlo. La piscina sempre piena di bambini che urlano, nessuno che si preoccupa di fare ordine, infatti non l'ho mai potuta usare.

A lovely hotel but very large and a bit soulless. Breakfast huge choice but very very busy if you’re not there early. No restaurant just room service but attached to a Mall so food options. Good situation with easy access to the next door Mall. Wouldn’t choose this again as I prefer smaller hotels with more character

We loved our stay here. Complimentary parking, easy walk from here to center and easy access to metro. Breakfast was a multitude of cuisines and we had fun every morning mixing and matching items. Rooms were spacious and air conditioned.

施設は古めだが、ひととおり清掃されている感じ。けど、シャワールームの床についてはヌルヌルしていた。また、シールの黒カビは目立つので、対処した方が良い。 エレベーターの近くの部屋になったら注意。運転時の騒音が響いてきて自分は寝れなくなった。部屋を変えてもらった。 海外初心者のためどうしても日本のホテルと比較してしまい辛めになるが、本国の生活様式を踏まえるとかなりラグジュアリーなんだろうとは思う。 朝食はとても良い。多くの種類があって、味も良かった。 繁華街から遠いため目的によっては立地が良いとはいえない。 家族連れだと、ショッピングモールがあるので安心。

Overall the property quality and maintenance is average. Some mold in the shower, room design very simple, water drains very slow from shower and sink. The hotel offers a good value and some of the best Pakistani barbecue restaurants are nearby in a cluster that gets busy. Metro is a 2-3 minutes walk away. I would stay here again, but the hotel should address maintenance and quality issues

以我住宿經驗這間飯店不到五星級水準甚至連四星級也不到，入住第1天洗手台就有問題(飯店有立即處理)，熱水壺無法使用，杯子清潔不乾淨，房間有股異味、潮濕味，飯店住宿雖然便宜但是完全沒有五星級飯店水準(住過特價的五星級飯店，飯店得品質確實就是五星級)，建議入住去找價格高一點的也不要選便宜的，不要期待便宜又有五星級水準。 飯店優點:飯店旁有2個地鐵站、飯店樓下有商場跟超市飲食購物方便、床還算不錯好睡。

we had an excellent time in Kuala Lumpur. Hotel staff were very friendly; especially shout out for Shervin, Akmal and Habibuz Jakir. They gone extra mile to make our staff comfortable. My only issue was noise from lifts shaft. I explained to staff and they changed our room from 2601 to 1816. But in this room we were disturbed by noise from the trains every 3 minutes. My only suggestion to improve experience is the Rooms should to be sound proof otherwise it an excellent hotel with nice location and all the amenities near by especially shopping experience.

I stayed at the Deluxe Classic Room, the room is very spacious and comfortable, and has a balcony with a nice view of KLCC. However, the rooms needs some improvement, such as the carpet requires to be washed, the tiles at the room entrance needs to be properly installed, and the door of the shower cabinet needs to be adjusted to avoid water going out and spreading all over the washroom. The towels are very old, needs to be replaced with new ones. I don't recommend to take the room with connection door to other room, as all night i can hear the other guest. The breakfast area is good with a lot of variety to choose from. They need to improve the egg station area, as it is very confusing to know the line starts from where, and it takes a long time to take your order and prepare. Overall, I stayed almost 14 nights in the hotel, and it was convenient, especially the premises is connected to a mall. It is only located 15 minutes by car from KLCC, Pavillion Mall, Bukit Bintang, and 20 minutes from TRX Mall. The staff are very friendly and helpful, but they need to have more at the reception to attend to incoming guests.

Upon arrival at 2:00 PM, I found that there was a room available at the hotel. Unfortunately, the room did not have a single bed as per my reservation, but since I am traveling alone, I am comfortable with the twin bed. The view was fantastic. It is recommended to request a corner room, as they offer the best views, including all four towers. The hotel is conveniently located near the PWTC station and Putra Mall. However, one issue that has affected my four-star rating is that some white plaster or paint has fallen from the ceiling onto the bed. I only noticed this upon my departure, and it fell near the pillow. I hope that management can investigate this matter, as it poses a health hazard if inhaled.

I originally booked a King bed room from Hotels.com. When I arrived and checked in, I found that was a double bed room type. I asked the front desk if I could change it to a king bed room in the same room type, and the answer was yes. , but when I went to the counter to ask again the next day, the front desk told me that the hotel only guaranteed the same room type, and the bed configuration was random, which was obviously different from what I asked about the day before. I had to pay an extra fee to upgrade to a room with a king bed,so I disappointed with this handling The hotel room is obviously older, and there is a bad smell in the air. The carpet in the room is not comfortable. There are many choices for breakfast. There is a shopping mall downstairs to improve the convenience of accommodation.

Understand as your property is under some refurbishment project. Nonetheless, guest experiences shouldn’t be neglected. Luggage was wrongly delivered to me (not belong to me) broken Iron and stain mark on the ironboard placed in the room. I have to call 2 times to get my call to be attended for the iron to be changed. When I advised the service crew to check the guest supply thoroughly, he just said we have 600 rooms, then you should know better. We stayed in a suite, and the rooms were in an excellent condition and comfortable. The breakfast was high quality, we normally ate enough to last us until evening. The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. There was a 4-floor mall below the hotel if you need anything for your trip. We were there for a conference at the Trade Center, which is easily accessible from the hotel. To go to the city center you need a Grab app to ride in cars (similar to Uber, costs about $5 to go to the city center, about $10-20 to go outside the city) or learn how to you the extensive public transportation - the metro station is right at the exit of the hotel. On the whole, a very nice experience.

Breakfast area is a chaotic site after 9am, the staff in the breakfast area are unhelpful and not bothered. The food variety is plenty but freshness, taste and flavour is missing. You go to egg and dosa station to ask for fresh dosa or omelette they point you to the pile that they had already made. The puris and roti are cold and hard to eat, requests for fresh were just ignored. Front desk is always chaotic. The concierge desk is the most helpful and welcoming. difficult to find any management who is looking after the quality of service. Not a 5 star property. Cancelled the next booking and moved to a better hotel in the same area

I stayed at the Deluxe Classic Room, the room is very spacious and comfortable, and has a balcony with a nice view of KLCC. However, the rooms needs some improvement, such as the carpet requires to be washed, the tiles at the room entrance needs to be properly installed, and the door of the shower cabinet needs to be adjusted to avoid water going out and spreading all over the washroom. The towels are very old, needs to be replaced with new ones. I don't recommend to take the room with connection door to other room, as all night i can hear the other guest. The breakfast area is good with a lot of variety to choose from. They need to improve the egg station area, as it is very confusing to know the line starts from where, and it takes a long time to take your order and prepare. Overall, I stayed almost 14 nights in the hotel, and it was convenient, especially the premises is connected to a mall. It is only located 15 minutes by car from KLCC, Pavillion Mall, Bukit Bintang, and 20 minutes from TRX Mall. Upon checking in, the receptionist neglected to inform me about the need for a $400 deposit on my credit card, in addition to the cash payment for my stay after he collected the money first. All he was care about is to collect money and he didn’t give me any information about the hotel It wasn’t until I asked about hotel facilities that I was made aware of this requirement. Now, after checking out, I’m still waiting for the refund, which they say will take two weeks.

We loved our stay here. Complimentary parking, easy walk from here to center and easy access to metro. Breakfast was a multitude of cuisines and we had fun every morning mixing and matching items. Rooms were spacious and air conditioned.

中心部からは少し離れています。grabを利用するのが良いです。 隣にモールがあるのでお土産を買うのには困りません。標準の貸し出しはバスタオルのみ。小さなタオルは0番に電話して依頼する必要があります。朝食バイキング期待していましたが、あまり美味しくなかったのと冷房が強すぎるため、滞在中一度しか利用しませんでした。スタッフはみなさんとても親切です。改装工事中なので、客室まで一度階段を登り、エレベーターを乗り継ぎします。荷物はポーターの方が階段部分のみ手伝ってくださいます。

O hotel está passando por reformas. No entanto, sua estrutura é muito boa apesar de mais antiga e o serviço atencioso. A grande vantagem é sem duvidas sua conexão direta com o trem/metrô e o shopping, onde há um supermercado excelente e diversas opçôes de restaurantes, além das lojas, claro. O café da manhã é enorme, com muitas opções, especialmente de comidas.

It was a great place to stay, it was clean and the people were so friendly, positive, and helpful. I felt like I am at home, thanks to Sunway Putra family! Can’t wait to visit again!
