Great property, recently updated with a light and bright aspect. After we arrived we decided to opt for a larger room and they went out of their way to accommodate us. Our very large balcony had a jacuzzi/ spa, sofas, chairs, and loungers - perfect for relaxing after a day out/ at the pool area. Pool area was gorgeous, with various pool options, including one with a swim-up bar, was not at all crowded eventhough we were there in peak season and service was good. Particularly loved the dining. Yacht club offered excellent choices - great buffet breakfast and lunch and dinner was excellent too. Whole family was happy, even the more discerning eaters. Thanks to the team - highly recommended!

Da Hotel war in der Zeit vom 29.12. bis 04.01. sehr gut belegt, aber für diese Zahl an Gästen dann deutlich zu wenig Personal vor allem im Sevice des Restaurants vorhanden. Der Spa-Bereich ist renovierungsbedürftig und die Sauna für die größe des Hotels viel zu klein!

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Das Hotel ist definitiv kein fünf Sterne Hotel, die Ausstattung ist ziemlich verbraucht und alt. Das gym ist muffig und leider nicht so ausgestattet, wie im Internet präsentiert. Es macht kein Spaß dort Sport zu betreiben. Die Küche ist zwar bemüht Variationen anzubieten, allerdings ist die Qualität von Gerichten mittelmäßig. (Resteverwertung) Das Frühstücksbüffet ist gut. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, benötigt aber definitiv Service-Schulungen.

Lovely hotel with a great pool and private beach. Plenty of sunbeds that can be reserved for duration of your stay. Shallow and sandy beach which is great for swimming. Food was excellent and varied. Staff were great and friendly. Rooms was comfortable apart from air conditioning, which wasn’t good and could do with an upgrade. Plenty of parking. Didn’t venture to local area but saw a supermarket close by. Would recommend.

We stayed at the hotel twice, for one night, at the start and end of a trip. The scores would have been better if this were based on the second visit. On the first visit the staff were surly and generally unhelpful, this was not the case on the second visit, so the balanced score was 3 (average). Cyprus hotels need to stop closing restaurants at this end of the season. People visit hotels to use the facilities not be told they are closed as was the case for us. Saying that the restaurants immediately walkable are fine for all different price points, and all cheaper than the hotels. The grass around the pool area needs better maintenance and the beds are tired an uncomfortable. Renovated rooms are nice. We had a junior suite which had a lovely big balcony and hot tub as well as sun beds (again not very comfortable). Room had all one needed and was clean. No bath but a large shower. The mini bar is emptied on purpose although you can get it filled up. A weird one was when I asked reception about some ice I was told in the same surly tone I would be charged 2 euros for it! Room Service did NOT make any charged. This might be linked to the all inclusive package?

We booked a double sea view room due to the fact we was only staying one night this time. We said if we liked it we would book when we came back in March. Very disappointed, the room as clean as it should have been and the bath had a crack with all brown colouring on it! The over the bath show was stained, the room and balcony was so small. But on checkin early hours the man on reception was lovely and very helpful. On check out it was ok! Just to add we tried to order coffee to the room and some food but no one answered the phone either my partner had to go downstairs to reception.

Was an ok stay, service in the restaurant lacking! Food was ok, although seemed lunchtime food was served again as another dish in the evening which didn’t taste good! In door pool area wasn’t cleaned regularly and you could see all the cobwebs/dust under the beds around the pool area! I can imagine in high season a better hotel which more food options and places to eat but was fine for a few days stay.

Excellent zoning de l’hôtel, tout est proche et bien pensé. Personnel très agréable. Chambre suite très spacieuse et bien équipée, avec terrasse directement sur la mer. Restaurant varié et bon. Seul petit bémol : le Kids Club, où l’animatrice est scotchée à son téléphone à toute heure au lieu de s’occuper des enfants.

The Staff were always extremely attentive and helpful. The only drawback is that there are insufficient rooms in the Hotel to accommodate guests who have disabilities and require additional aids in the bathroom (particularly a Shower Seat and Grab Rails on each side of the toilet). In fact, it appears they have only one room containing such aids. I questioned this with one of the Managers, but he never reverted to me. So, I do not know whether he is (or will be) reviewing the situation.

We have three of us Check in and they night auditor only said we had two rooms available so our other work Colleague had to go to another hotel I had to drive him 15 minutes after I checked in. Very disappointed after booking and had 3 rooms reserved Upon checkout the front desk advised they had three rooms I said that's fantastic but at the time of check in at 2 am that didn't help and we were there for two nights and had advised them we were delayed inbound into laranca. So had to spend an additional two nights in hotel fees Very disappointed other than that hotel was nice and clean.

Albergo direttamente sulla spiaggia anche se non grande, ma normale x Cipro. Belle piscine e ottime sale relax e colazione molto completa e di qualità. Le stanze non sono grandissime ma ckn bei balconi con vista sul mare. Ottima posizione per chi ama il mare, un po lontano dalla città e quindi è necessaria un auto. Nel complesso siamo rimasti soddisfatti e lo consigliamo senz'altro.

I would rate this hotel as the facilities, staff etc are all very good. However there is very little in the immediate vicinity. Therefore I spent most of my stay at the hotel. Would have been nice to have more within walking distance to see. If you want to unwind on the beach or by the pool it’s perfect (on my visit a bit unlucky that the weather wasn’t ideal for this)

Great Hotel in general in terms of facilities and cleanliness! Shame the staff/management are not that friendly. Only had one of the manager come and say hi on one day. Rest of the time was moody not approaching at all. No one smiled despite me smiling all the time. Not very veggie friendly. Lived on salad rice and potato and bread. No vegan protein/plant based at all. All carbs. Food in the buffet was cold every time we went for lunch and dinner. There was no consideration for veggie/vegan guest as other guest were picking food with their hands and tongue provided were used in meat dishes and then put into veggie/vegan dishes. Dishes were not labelled correctly. I had to ask every time what was veggie and what was meat. Staff were not approachable at all they seemed so miserable and not friendly at all. I’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels and this hotel is defo not 5 star. I won’t be staying there again. Cleaning staff were great. One gentleman working in the restaurant serving was absolutely delightful and he couldn’t do much more for us. The hotel need more staff like that. Very disappointed. The veggie friendly description on the hotels page needs to be removed as defo not veggie friendly.

Nette kamer en comfortabel bed Lekkee gegeten in de poolbar en goede service. Ontbijt was eeg goed alleen wordt ke bord al vam je tafel opgeruimt terwijl je nog zit te kouwen. Hierdoor extra afwas als je nog iets wilt eten. Zwembad prima Taxi service van en naar airport prima. Maar overiige ritten zwaar overprijat. Riekt naar oplichting. Ritje naar bestemming was 30 euro en roen we met 2 peraonen jdezelfde eit maakte was het ineeens 50 eueo. Dezelffde rit met een groep van 4 personen terug gemaakt met eenn taxi met functionerende meter en toen was het 22 euro. Let goed op, je wordr opgelicht.

Dette er et 4 stjernes hotellet. Negativt er øde og standarden på rommet. Derimot var stranda helt perfekt og hotel frokosten helt mid. Men ikke kjøp inkludert hotel buffé. Den var ikke bra.
