Gorgeous. Rooms and resort have all of the finishing touches for a high end resort. The staff are experienced and add an extra level of class to the place. They were outstanding. The food is another highlight. Excellent sommeliers too! Comfortable beds (and they accommodated the temperature I wanted the room nice and cool). Pools were heated and there were always staff to help with towels and cabanas. The spa is exceptional.

Amazing hotel. Excellent quality food, facilities and services. Great spa, pools and beach (facilities and service). Nice gym. Great breakfast and dinner buffets. Lovely staff, friendly and caring. Fantastic kids and baby club. Super family friendly. We loved it! Only thing is thats a bit isolated and not much to do on the surroundings. But absolutely recommend!

Great, high class resort! Family trip 3 nights bed&breakfast. We had a regular room with sea view. The room was high standard, big and just amazing. Perfect size for 2 adults and two children. Nice balcony. Service impeccable with everything from handling your car, luggage and anything else. Absolutely great outdoor areas, many pools (6+?) and direct access to a sandy beach with sunbeds. Several restaurants on the premises, although quite expensive compared to the local restaurants in the nearby. We did a mix of this. Seperate kids area, with a big (!) playgorund and waterpark. Very popular. Breakfast was very nice, good coffee and they offered eggs benedict upon request. We will come back!

Excellent. Fantastic kids club set up form out 5 and 3 year old. Very friendly staff and welcoming. Super pool/beach set up for family. Great restaurants. Only thing was the Lanes evening buffet I believe was not super value. Touch expensive for what it was. Otherwise could not fault the trip.

The hotel is clean but very crowded. Nice little private beach. It is not very close to restaurants, you need to take a taxi/uber or drive out to other areas of town with restaurants. If you look for a romantic or peaceful vacation, this may not be the hotel as many families with kids are at this hotel.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Everything is beautiful and carefully looked after and every member of staff we encountered was amazing. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. We travel a lot and the Parklane is up there with one of our favorites ever.

Πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο με ωραίες ανέσεις. Πολύ πλούσιο πρωινό. Άνετο δωμάτιο κ καθαρό. Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι στις 3 το πρωί χτύπησε συναγερμός για πυρκαγιά κ εκκένωση του κτηρίου που ανακλήθηκε λίγα λεπτά μετά αλλά στην πορεία χτύπησε άλλες 2 φορες. Προκάλεσε αναστάτωση σε εμάς κ στα μωρά. Κ γι αυτό δεν υπήρξε καμία απολογία από το ξενοδοχείο ή κάτι σαν αποζημίωση.

Leider ist hier mehr Schein als Sein. Preisgefüge passt mit Service und Zustand des Hotels nicht zusammen. Liegt wahrscheinlich daran, dass hier sehr viele wohlhabende russische Gäste sind, die einfach zahlen ohne etwas zu hinterfragen. Je nachdem welches Personal man erwischt reicht die Spanne von super Service bis sich selber Getränke holen müssen, nachdem man drei mal danach gefragt hat. Dann kommen leider bauliche Themen hinzu, die ärgerlich bzw. wirklich gefährlich sind wie bspw. Pool: Hauptpool wurde vor der Saison getrichen, was dazu führt, dass man blaue Füße bekommt und die Kinder zu, teil komplett blau aus dem Wasser kommen, wenn Sie tauchen. Der Meerwasserpool wurde mit Naturstein (rauh, nicht abgerundet) umrandet und auch die Stufen damit belegt, so dass sich Erwachsene und Kinder ständig verletzen bzw. Kratzer bekommen - wirklich gefährlich! Essen wird teilweise kalt gebracht und viele Informationen (ein kostenloses Essen zum Beispiel für Kinder unter 3 Jahre) bekommt man auch nur nach ein paar Tagen, wenn man die richtige Servicekraft erwischt. Zudem finde ich es ärgerlich, dass mit einem großen Kinderbereich geworben wird, dass leider weg vom Hauptgeschehen/Hauptgebäude ist und wenn das Kind in den KidsClub gehen möchte muss man dafür auch extra bezahlen, je nach alter des Kindes. Das kenne ich so von anderen Hotels nicht, außer für Babysitting. Wir werden wahrscheinlich kein zweites Mal mehr kommen

This hotel exceeded all my expectations!!! We had booked a regular room, but upon check-in, we were upgraded for free to a suite with a private pool! The suite was gorgeous and huge! Excelllent service by all staff members! Thank you for making our stay memorable!

I've stayed at this hotel in the past and found myself here again this past week. I must say, the service was simply stellar. As someone who travels for work quite a bit... the small things as a business traveler are what bring me back to book the same hotels on return. So here too, actions and assistance were great with the staff simply perfect. And it was appreicated

As someone who travels for work quite a bit... the small things as a business traveler are what bring me back to book the same hotels on return. Leider ist hier mehr Schein als Sein. Preisgefüge passt mit Service und Zustand des Hotels nicht zusammen. Liegt wahrscheinlich daran, dass hier sehr viele wohlhabende russische Gäste sind, die einfach zahlen ohne etwas zu hinterfragen. Je nachdem welches Personal man erwischt reicht die Spanne von super Service bis sich selber Getränke holen müssen, nachdem man drei mal danach gefragt hat. Dann kommen leider bauliche Themen hinzu, die ärgerlich bzw. wirklich gefährlich sind wie bspw. Pool: Hauptpool wurde vor der Saison getrichen, was dazu führt, dass man blaue Füße bekommt und die Kinder zu, teil komplett blau aus dem Wasser kommen, wenn Sie tauchen. Der Meerwasserpool wurde mit Naturstein (rauh, nicht abgerundet) umrandet und auch die Stufen damit belegt, so dass sich Erwachsene und Kinder ständig verletzen bzw. Kratzer bekommen - wirklich gefährlich! Essen wird teilweise kalt gebracht und viele Informationen (ein kostenloses Essen zum Beispiel für Kinder unter 3 Jahre) bekommt man auch nur nach ein paar Tagen, wenn man die richtige Servicekraft erwischt. Zudem finde ich es ärgerlich, dass mit einem großen Kinderbereich geworben wird, dass leider weg vom Hauptgeschehen/Hauptgebäude ist und wenn das Kind in den KidsClub gehen möchte muss man dafür auch extra bezahlen, je nach alter des Kindes. Das kenne ich so von anderen Hotels nicht, außer für Babysitting. Wir werden wahrscheinlich kein zweites Mal mehr kommen

Excellent. Fantastic kids club set up form out 5 and 3 year old. Very friendly staff and welcoming. Super pool/beach set up for family. Great restaurants. Only thing was the Lanes evening buffet I believe was not super value. Touch expensive for what it was. Otherwise could not fault the trip.

Amazing hotel. Excellent quality food, facilities and services. Great spa, pools and beach (facilities and service). Nice gym. Great breakfast and dinner buffets. Lovely staff, friendly and caring. Fantastic kids and baby club. Super family friendly. We loved it! Only thing is thats a bit isolated and not much to do on the surroundings. But absolutely recommend!

Great, high class resort! Family trip 3 nights bed&breakfast. We had a regular room with sea view. The room was high standard, big and just amazing. Perfect size for 2 adults and two children. Nice balcony. Service impeccable with everything from handling your car, luggage and anything else. Absolutely great outdoor areas, many pools (6+?) and direct access to a sandy beach with sunbeds. Several restaurants on the premises, although quite expensive compared to the local restaurants in the nearby. We did a mix of this. Seperate kids area, with a big (!) playgorund and waterpark. Very popular. Breakfast was very nice, good coffee and they offered eggs benedict upon request. We will come back!

The hotel is clean but very crowded. Nice little private beach. It is not very close to restaurants, you need to take a taxi/uber or drive out to other areas of town with restaurants. If you look for a romantic or peaceful vacation, this may not be the hotel as many families with kids are at this hotel.

Gorgeous. Rooms and resort have all of the finishing touches for a high end resort. The staff are experienced and add an extra level of class to the place. They were outstanding. The food is another highlight. Excellent sommeliers too! Comfortable beds (and they accommodated the temperature I wanted the room nice and cool). Pools were heated and there were always staff to help with towels and cabanas. The spa is exceptional.
