I have stayed here numerous times to go to Bongos Bingo as it is only a short distance walk to cains brewary. The hotel is clean but the rooms could do with an update but can’t complain when we get a good price . The reception area, bar and restaurant are lovely and the food is great. Parking being free is also a real bonus

Very quick and efficient check in. Clean and comfortable room. Free parking and a cheap option to extend parking for the day of check out - great value. Option of breakfast at hotel or convenient fast food option across the road. Great location - within walking distance of the Albert Dock and Liverpool One.

Placeringen er god med kort gåafstand til Liverpool centrum. Hotellet og værelserne er dog noget af det værste jeg har oplevet. Standen er lang under hvad billederne viser. Værelserne er ekstremt nedslidte og beskidte. Langs gulvlisterne er der et helt lag af snavs på gulvtæppet. Møgbeskidt. Badeværelset er fyldt med kalk og begyndende mug. Værelserne var på grænsen til at vi overhovedet kunne holde ud at være og sove der. Uanset prisen vil jeg aldrig anbefale hotellet til andre.

It's fair to say I'll never stay here again! Room was tired, shabby, stains and marks everywhere. I had to swap rooms as the first room the bed was dipping in the middle. The second room wasn't any better but I couldn't be bothered to complain again. I paid extra for a Superior Dockside view room, I'd hate to see a standard room. The second room I had the window was so dirty you could barely see out of it. The bathroom was very tired and dated. The whole room felty very small. Couldn't get the radiator to work and no instructions in how to use it. Rooms or windows not very soundproof and could hear everything from outside and corridor. Carpet was filthy and stains everywhere, bits of hair everywhere. Every room needs a major overhaul and refurbishment. I remembered after leaving that I'd stayed in a Campanile hotel in Swindon last year and that was of the same standard so lesson learnt about booking them in future AVOID!! Few positives were staff were very friendly and helpful and let me check in early and dealt as best they could with my complaint. Parking outside the hotel was convenient and reasonable. Other than that I've not got anything good to say about the hotel. If you are considering booking here pay that bit extra and go elsewhere, I wish I had, it put a real dampener on my few days away. Normally I look forward to coming back to the room and chilling out but was dreading coming back to this room and hotel.

From the start the staff were very rude. My room was dirty with a very wet floor to the point I had to wear shoes to walk around my room but the most shocking thing was the very strong smell of smoke.

Stayed for one night to see a concert. Hotel was in great location near to the venue. Staff were friendly. Room was clean & warm but basic. In the bar/restaurant area some of the chairs were badly worn & need replacing. Overall satisfied considering the price we paid

It was easy to find, check in was quick and no problem. The rooms were basic but clean, beds comfortable. You could help yourself to extra tea/coffee for your room. It was perfect for an overnight stay in Liverpool and I would return if I was in the area again.

Basic accommodation but good value for the price. Windows are single glazed so can hear anyone outside. We were on the waterside the other side faces onto a busy road lots of ambulances and police cars going past with sirens on.

The bed is very uncomfortable. If you’re here for one night and don’t plan to spend much time in the room than this is the place for you. If you plan on sleeping here more than one night I would look elsewhere if you value good sleep.

Very very noisy due to constant traffic passing, I was on the ground floor; this resulted in very little sleep.Single glazed windows did not help either. Both hand and shower gel dispensers were empty. Would not stay again.

Hotel was ‘ok’. Staff were very friendly on check-in and out, and cleaning staff in the morning were lovely. The hotel is very dated and could do with an upgrade. My room was clean, but was definitely showing its age. Bed was really uncomfortable- could feel every spring in the mattress. Could hear people walking above me and every word from the room next door. For my purposes of a ‘bed for the night’ it was fine.

Opted for a room facing the dock so nice view and quiet as the hotel fronts onto quite a busy road. Check in was quick and easy. Room as expected for the price. Nice firm bed. Added bonus of a "hallway" with a second door so nice and quiet - no corridor noise.

Pretty basic and tired room. Beds felt old, decor is very dated (artexed walls and ceilings), room was small. Quite a basic hotel. Staff were very friendly and it was clean.

Both the receptionists were exceptionally welcoming and informative. I was concerned about parking my motorcycle and they made sure it was in view of the cameras. Really kind, thoughtful and professional. I had travelled a long distance and arrived early. I was just going to ask to park and use the facilities but my room was already available. And with a view of the Mersey. Fab.

Waited 30 minutes to get checked in even though i had all correspondence to say i had paid .Plus not what i expected for the price £151 plus when asked for late checkout that is no longer available REALLY??? I paid for premium not basic WHAT is the difference??? Need updating IT equipment VERY disappointed

On arrival whilst we were checking in I attempted to buy myself and my partner a pint the barmaid was hostile regarding not taking cash payments I therefore changed my mind , At 1139 am this morning a housekeeper entered our room unannounced my partner was naked having just got out of shower I reported this on checkout the reception man didn’t seem fazed Awful trip I will be complaining officially to the hotel head office

Staying at the Campanile Liverpool was great. I was there for a week long stay and it was smooth, staff is nice, clean, quiet and easily accessible to all town center locations. To top it off, it was extremely affordable. It is not a fancy place but a very comfortable and convenient spot to stay if on a budget and still enjoy a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

Staying at the Campanile Liverpool was great. I was there for a week long stay and it was smooth, staff is nice, clean, quiet and easily accessible to all town center locations. To top it off, it was extremely affordable. It is not a fancy place but a very comfortable and convenient spot to stay if on a budget and still enjoy a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

Good location with 15 min walk to city centre. Car parking fees very reasonable compared to parking in other city car parks. Would be handy to have a screen to enter reg details in reception rather than having to go back to car park to scan QR code though. KFC, Mcd’s just over road with a Tesco express 5 minute walk away. Room clean enough just very tired & whilst bed was comfy, bedding had seen better days. Lovely view of docks & great there was a bath which is unusual nowadays. A basic hotel, good value & handy for the city centre & Albert dock.

Good location with 15 min walk to city centre. Car parking fees very reasonable compared to parking in other city car parks. Stayed for one night to see a concert. Hotel was in great location near to the venue. Staff were friendly. Room was clean & warm but basic. In the bar/restaurant area some of the chairs were badly worn & need replacing. Overall satisfied considering the price we paid

Great location a very basic room but everything for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was a bit poor other than that it ticked all of our boxes. All of the staff were amazing and the bar is a pleasant place to sit.

I booked the Campanile for one night on both ends of a steam ferry packet to the IoM for the Manx GP races. I chose it as A) it was only a mile or so from the docks (and other attractions) and B) they have on-site parking, which was essential for me as I was traveling by vintage motorcycle. The staff was friendly, professional and personable. The food and bar were adequate. The room was spacious and comfortable. The proce was a good value. I would stay there again in the fututre.

Good friendly reception staff. Bar staff did like his mobile. Room was adequate plenty of in room drinks. Not much of a drinks (spirit) selection. Very poor food menu.

Good place to stay in Liverpool docks area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good. Fabric of building a little tired. Towels could also be a bit bigger!

Great location walkable to tourist attractions and restaurants. Free parking and delicious English hit breakfast we're great amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The traffic noise and only being supplied two towels total was a bit disappointing, but not enough to discourage booking there.

The property was run down , dirty , very close to a major road without adequate glazing. The shower was hanging of the wall , very old, accessing was also difficult due to it being over the bath. The food was awful and expensive. The staff looked unkept and scruffy. Overall we would not recommend nor return

Restroom was dirty, heater kept cutting off, charge £10 for an extra hour to checkout, hotel extremely outdated with poor man’s fixures to broken amenities. Best thing is it’s ver close to Albert dock, the museum of liverpool, and the Beatles statue. Also walkable to city centre.
